Yoga Patch: what do users think?
Sarah Mackay: This space with the teachers and students is so welcoming for everyone. I started taking classes with a friend a few years ago, having been being very unflexible for my entire life and always saying that I "Don't do yoga". The teachers that I started with specialized in slow flows and meditatiive classes and helped me to feel secure in where my body should be in each pose and how to make it work for my level of flexibility. I was hooked and have been a student here for the past 4 years. I love the community in this space - you can feel it when you walk in. There are plants everywhere, multiple studios as well as a cafe and shop for fun items, pet birds that sing to you as you are in the space, and people that are real and wonderful. Maria, the owner, has created something magical here - a safe and welcoming space to be, to move, to stretch, and to breathe.
poonam bhyan: I have been practicing yoga for 10 years now and I’m beyond disappointed in this studio. Their facility and space is very spacious and natural feel with plants etc. However, their yoga classes are very basic level and hardly any teacher does or teaches advanced level poses. More importantly, I felt so much negative energy and tension in this place especially with couple of teachers who I felt were outright rude, very unwelcoming & even racists.I have lived in DC, New York, North Carolina and have especially noticed that among trainers, yoga teachers are specially the most mentally peaceful people, they are kind and they are role models by their attitude and their behavior. This is the first place I felt that their teachers have may be learnt sequences of asanas but not the real meaning/essence of yoga. They definitely have work to do on themselves before they teach others. Adios!
Carolina Santiago: What an amazing place to practice! They have a variety of classes with really good instructors. No matter what class I have taken I’ve had a great experience and left feeling recharged.
Jen S.: Yoga Patch is an exceptional studio. It is a warm and welcoming space, and the instructors are all wonderful. There is a meaningful emphasis on mindfulness and meditation—I always feel noticeably lighter after class. I am so glad that I found my way to Yoga Patch!
Chanelle Johnson: First time going to yoga patch and had a great time in hip hop yoga taught by Veronica. I can't wait to come back!
Bryan Miller: Very clean, polite, professional, safe, and AMAZINGLY relaxing. This is like a hard reset for your body. Pain, stress, anxiety, and PTSD are greatly reduced!
A L: I just started practicing yoga and I feel so welcomed and comfortable in this space despite being a newcomer to the practice. Every instructor I've had here has been wonderful and offered lots of modifications to suit the needs of everyone in the classroom, and they've been approachable for any questions and offered supportive advice. I am so happy I found Yoga Patch to continue to grow my daily yoga practice with. I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous space!
Will Hall: One of the best yoga classes I have ever taken - thanks to the consent cards teacher Kate wisely offered to opt-in to instructive touch. I hope this becomes widespread in the yoga industry and am grateful to Kate and Yoga Patch for helping lead the way.
Abby Condon: Such a beautiful studio with diverse classes, gorgeous and warm atmosphere, and the kindest owner. She even hand delivered a yoga block to me over COVID, when I had just had a baby!
Auburn Ellis: Such a dynamic space with so many offerings! Yoga classes in Spanish, hot yoga, silks-I truly enjoy every bit. The space is also peaceful & beautiful with great instructors to match the vibe.
Shelby: There’s so many amazing things I could say about Yoga Patch. No matter where you’re at in your practice, the teachers and students are warm, welcoming and accepting. I always leave here feeling so full and whole. I’ve found wonderful teachers here at Yoga Patch and I’ve begun to heal in ways I no longer thought were possible for me. It’s a safe and validating environment to show up just as you are. There’s a variety of classes offered throughout the day to meet your scheduling needs, too. I highly recommend this studio. I can’t thank you enough, Yoga Patch!
michelle gordon: Any class guided by Anna Koehler is the perfect gift to give yourself or anyone you care about and humanity at large! I participated in my first evening class with her last night and slept better than I have in months and literally woke up laughing several times! The sincerity in her guidance is awe-striking and will change your life.Anna has the gift of transforming the confines of a physical space into a universe of endless possibilities. Her practice encompasses all of our senses that frequently get overlooked in western yoga practice. The powerful healing properties in her voice alone are worth investing your time. She guides verbally, visually, energetically and physically-best adjustments ever! Her generous spirit will take your yoga practice to a deeper level and you will experience a shavasana of a lifetime.
Brock Exline: I have been following Yoga Patch since being on Wornall. U can’t find a more caring group of like minded people in the area. I can’t say enough about how they have trudged thru the pandemic and still created a since of calm and belonging. I feel lucky to attend a safe/ social distanced/ masked class when ever I can ( and on line when I can’t). Thank you Maria!
Cami Reign: So far so good, I have only attended one class so far but it definitely made me want to go back. I love all the plants and the whole calmness about the building and the yoga session was amazing. I plan on trying every class they have, it's an amazing way to get out of the house right now and they are very mindful of social distancing. So 3 weeks in and still loving it. Will definitely keep going.
Molly Flynn: Best yoga class in KC on Wednesday night at yogapatch with Anna K. The room is gorgeous.... candles, a fireplace and it smells amazing. The music is fun and hits exactly on point with the movement. The combination of escaping into this gorgeous studio with an awesome instructor for relaxation while simultaneously getting an awesome workout is top notch
Laura Klover: I go weekly just to attend Anna Koehler’s classes. Her hot flow and iron yoga are KILLER! She’s hands on and energetic which keeps classes exciting!
Derek Garcia: Yoga patch has an amazing Shangri-la feel to it. You step in and feel the positive energy. As far as class selection goes, we are pretty much spoiled for choice. Whatever your preference, it is likely they have a quality class, usually more than one, for you to enjoy. With 3 rooms they are able to accomodate a lot of classes and people. All of the teachers I have been to (about 8) have been extremely knowledgeable and led wonderful flows. They have classes throughout the day to fit everyone's schedules. They also have kid's yoga classes! The hidden gem of Waldo!
Kate Feder: I've been practicing yoga for about 15 years, and when I moved back to Kansas City after college, I found Yoga Patch online when looking for a place to practice regularly. The first class I took was Rachel's Hot Flow, and I was immediately hooked. So much so that after about 6 months, I joined their new Teacher Training program. It's been about 4 years since I first walked through the door, and not only do I still hit up Rachel's class when I can, I now teach 3 classes a week and attend others regularly. I've seen this studio become a community for so many who needed one, a home for small businesses and non-profits, and a life-changing outlet for people with all types of limitations and insecurities, physically and mentally, that made them think yoga wasn't for them. YP's classes are truly for everyone - there's more than 60 classes a week, almost half of which are offered for $5-$8, and dozens of workshops and trainings each year. All of this is a testament to the owner - Maria Murphy - and her passion for empowering others and her selfless love of this community. I know I'm biased, but only because once you get to know YP, most people find they have no choice but to get involved.
Sage Harper: Gwendolyn White (Buti Yoga)is extremely disrespectful & very standoffish. I’m beyond disappointed that we need to find a different yoga studio considering me & 5 of my friends were about to purchase a year upfront memberships. She’s put a sour taste in our mouths. You’d normally expect to be greeted by a yoga teacher kindly & respectfully. Typically they tend to have a sense of zen about them but the negative energy was very unwelcoming & discouraging.I understand that one teacher shouldn’t dictate the overall vibe of a studio but we’ve never been so incredibly disrespected in a yoga studio for asking a few questions.
Derek Black: I went to Brandon Vogt's Yoga Basics class. It was the best Yoga class that I've ever gone to. He's also a musician and plays his guitar at the end.
Daniel Edwards: Coffee

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation: what do users think?
Don Matthews: I have only experienced three sessions but the results have been remarkable. I have gained body, mind and spiritual benefits including better sleep, more ease of movement and better awareness of others and situations. The instructors are competent, compassionate and caring. Check it out and make your own conclusions. The prices are affordable and there is no pressure to join. I am a Christian minister and scholar and find them respectful of others.
Nicholas Summervill: I had the pleasure of staying at the ashram this weekend. I can't say thank you enough to Sat Inder and Karta Purkh for a wonderful experience. Those two are full of joy, and they love to share it. I came as a stranger, new to yoga, and was welcomed as family. The sadhana and kriyas I learned from them will be a tool for wellbeing and enlightenment for me in my journey of sobriety. Special thanks to Ananda and Jeanette for some awesome and fun classes. Sat Nam! I can't wait to return to further deepen my spiritual life.

This is a studio that is not intimidating and a perfect place to learn what yoga is or to get advanced instruction if you are farther along in your practice. I highly recommend taking a class here and staying for a cup of tea afterward!
Mg 0: Warm & welcoming to all, regardless of your yoga experience (or newness to it). Impressive variety of classes, from yin yoga to aerial to vinyasa. And, it’s (one of ?) the only in this part of KCMO to have classes on Sundays.

Kansas City Wellness Club: what do users think?
Jennifer Hoyer: The facility was really nice and clean and I enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and all the kind workers but SAM! What a great massage! Sam has such a special talent, a very kind heart and a true desire for helping people. He worked on areas I didn't realize were problematic, but the massage was made even more meaningful by Sam's true investment and care for the wellness of his clients. He has a lot of knowledge in many different areas, seems to enjoy problem solving and offered me some great ideas of things to try to improve my health. He really makes an effort to listen and engage and do all he can for you, I've had plenty of massages but none like that. It warmed my heart that someone unknown to me until that appointment would have so much compassion and concern for me. He is a very special human being. I wish I lived locally but if I'm ever in KC again, I will be back! Thank you, Sam!
Ramin Baranpourian: Well setup. Nice people. Great massage :)
Shirley Caston: The staff was awesome and so was the therapy treatment I recieved.
Samantha Ramirez: I joined KC Wellness Club a few months ago when I was not healthy mentally and physically after being diagnosed with cancer. I’m also a single mother of 3 boys and manage my own small business. On my journey I learned I needed to take better care of my well being if I wanted to survive. I would say this goes for all of us in many ways. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. As a single mother I was hesitant to fork out funds for a membership. However, once I realized I would be saving money and focusing on my health and wellness it all made sense. I have an essentials membership. Sam is a great masseuse and very knowledgeable about health and wellness in holistic aspects. Jordan the hairdresser cut my hair yesterday and I absolutely love the way it looks. Jay at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Rammie the life coach has a passion to help others. Heath the owner wants to share his gifts/knowledge with the community to create health and wealth in many ways. My facials there are amazing! I’m also very impressed by their skin and hair care line. You get a discount on all products & services outside your membership. One last thing, their yoga & Pilates classes are also included in my membership and the instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. 10/10 this place is worth every penny! My monthly membership is 111$. It comes with a choice of a facial or massage, a hair care service, full access to sauna and steam rooms, VR room, gym, and life coaching per month. Such an affordable way to stay healthy.
Dora Mendez: I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment. The waiting area is quite a relaxing and they have snacks, water and tea for while you wait. It was very cute and bohemian. They appointed me Sam and he was fantastic. He paid attention to all my areas of concern and left me feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time.He even left me a note with suggestions to relieve stress and a meaningful quote. If I’m ever in the area again I will certainly be booking him again.
Josie Krebs: Amazing! Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and thorough, took their time and did a fantastic job! Definitely going again.
Carissa Johnson: Our massages were amazing. Highly recommend!
Julie: I came for a trim with Jordan and she did an amazing job!! I have curly hair and most hair stylists usually don’t know how to do my hair because it feels unnatural afterwards and I just want to redo it right after. This time, Jordan did my hair exactly the way I like it without me having to explain a lot. I felt so relaxed during my time with her and she allowed me to relax too by not trying to fill in the space with talking I only want her to do my hair now :)It felt like a meditation and I loved that this peaceful atmosphere was present throughout the whole building when she gave me a tour and explained the other services that the club offers.
Breanna Brady: Walking in this place was a breath of fresh air. The plants welcomed me along with the workers. The front desk lady was so sweet and beautiful- matching the vibe of the whole wellness club. Natasha was wonderful, she did my 60 minute massage. She focused on every part of my body in that hour, I almost fell asleep! I’m leaving so relaxing.
Drew Zeck: Fabio was amazing!
Ms. Tosin: Jordan!!!!! Thank you for being so customer obsessed! You took your time to delicately take care of my hair, and that means a lot to me. Thank you very much for the amazing service! I will be returning!
Jeremy Gabbard: AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Front desk staff was on point and friendly... My wife and I had couples massages. Mine found muscles that I did not know were sore and took care of them. My wife said she could come back to hers everyday it was so amazing. Both the sauna and steam bath was great. Extremely clean facilty. Staff was very accommodating. Can't say enough good about this place.
Mark Logan: Sam was great. Very informative and just the perfect amount of pressure
Gabe Engelbert: The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The space is beautiful and extremely welcoming. The services they offer are comprehensive and at a great price. Absolutely love this place and what it stands for.

Sarah Hinton: Heather was amazing. I felt listened to, taken care of, truly valued as a client & human. She answered all my questions, left room for anything I needed to discuss. I highly recommend Heather’s services & will definitely return!
Sierra Matheny: We came in for a Bachelorette party and the team was very flexible with scheduling us the week of. Our bride had a 30 min facial and a 30 min massage and she said both were very relaxing! I, utilized the sauna for 30 mins and later had my first 30 min facial. Megan was very informative and it was very relaxing! The other 3 girls also said they enjoyed their time there! We booked a private room to hang out when which was so calming and perfect for us! I was supposed to have a head spa treatment but unfortunately the lady was out. May have to plan a trip back to town! Thank you all!
Daniela Rodriguez: I highly recommend Kansas City Wellness Club! Had my first haircut with Jordan and I’ve never been happier with how my hair turned out!!! Jordan was very attentive and mindful. I can’t wait for my next service with her! Also, shout out to reception! They are always so helpful and make scheduling a breeze!

Darling Yoga: what do users think?
Mary B: Great studio and teacher was good, but talked in a weird baby/mommy voice and drew out all her sssss's. Too weird for me.
Nathalie Kennedy: I recently moved to Overland Park and wanted to try a yoga studio near my home. I called before coming on Sunday about the Yin yoga class, the gentleman was very nice and welcoming and told me I could attend the class, he did not mention any sort of drop-in fee or any new member specials. I arrived 15 minutes early, I stated I was new to the area and looking to try a class and was charged $20 as a drop-in fee. It is understandable to charge a fee, however when I looked online after there was a new member special that I was not offered. The class was cut short 15 minutes but I paid the full drop in fee, the class was fine, based on other studios it is not worth the money. As a consumer, it is unfair that the business would make me do all the research possible instead of offering the specials to me.
April Rimpson: This is only my 2nd time there, the classes have been good so far, I love yoga. The location is very convenient for me.
Katie Light: I am very frustrated with my experience at Darling Yoga today. I purchased a groupon on the 23rd of last month and it is supposed to be good for a month. I came in today the 22nd and was told my groupon had expired. Even though this is not a full month. I was able to sign up for the class online and there was no indication on the app that my groupon had expired a day early. I even showed them the app and that it let me sign up and they were aware of this but still wanted their 20$ for a drop in class in full. They were not understanding with me when I told them I had traveled 20 minutes to make it to the class and it does not make sense that the groupon would not be good for a full month like advertised. I was also disappointed that the groupon did not give access to their virtual classes which is something I was wanting to try. Before this experience today I was enjoying my time here and thought about continuing. However with the lack of understanding today I will not be returning.
Trice massey: Yin with AngelaSo amazing
Veronica Bergonzoni: Knowledge of instructor. Pace of practice. Kindness of instructor. Excellent experience!
Dan Dubrava: Previous student of Emily Darling. I was thrilled to attend class at Darling Yoga after the closer of my “local” studio! Emily’s studio is as I remember from past visits; attractive, clean, welcoming, and will great teachers and all the accessories one may need to practice. I would recommend Darling Yoga to beginners as-well-as seasoned yoga practitioners.
John Connor: Two words... Kate Molly. She is a genuine soul that connects the physical to the spiritual. She is the best part of yoga 😇
taylor guertin: Kate is amazingly kind and open and is a great instructor. Her energy and smile is contagious! I enjoy that the 1st half is similar to a regular AA/NA meeting and the second half is just yoga based. It's a unique take on self care and i enjoy it fully.
Sarah Christensen: Tammy is an incredible instructor. serene & beautiful setting. Thank you!
Laura Smith: I did a sunrise yoga class with Madison. She did an amazing job!! Very relaxing and just what I needed to start my day!! Environment very calm and welcoming. :)
Heather Trueblood: From the moment I walked through the front door I felt this overwhelming sense of being welcome and that I was in a safe place. The energy, the aroma, and the soothing sounds were all so comforting. It was really a great experience.Thank you! 🙏
Trent Flagler: Great studio with fantastic instructors!
Arlene Bax: I signed up for the 30 day trial just to try it out. I've been to 3 times, have been greeted so warm, and welcoming that after each class I can't wait until the next one! The instructors have been very informative and create a safe, peaceful environment. Very Zen.
Traci Selby: Love this studio so much! The vibe and the teachers are all amazing.
David Warzecha: Very professional atmosphere and the instructor was very informative!
Brett Bachelor: Darling Yoga is an amazing Yoga studio and I feel so lucky to have found them. Not only is the Yoga fantastic, but the place itself feels more like a sanctuary than just a yoga studio. The atmosphere is fantastic. All of the yoga teachers are very welcoming and good at what they do. I would highly recommend this studio to those looking to start or continue doing yoga. The Great variety and well-rounded classes have allowed me to advance my yoga technique/skills leading to a feeling of greater physical abilities and more in-tuned with my mind and body. I would highly encourage anyone to try out a class at Darling yoga - you will thank yourself later!
Lori B: Love this studio, love the teachers, and I especially love the virtual class offerings! I work full time from home and it is so wonderful to be able to take a break for lunch and do a noon Yoga class, or get off work and simply transition to my mat in my living room for a 5:30pm class. Maybe at some point I will want to go back to a studio, but for now, this fits my lifestyle perfectly. Thank you, Darling Yoga!!
Kim Burton: Great atmosphere and lots of choices of classes. You can take the class virtually or in person
lisa woolcott: I felt very comfortable there on my first visit, the instructor took the time to walk me through the routine and assist me getting set up. I felt the class was run very professional and stayed on task. I have been to a few yoga classes where its a social event and lots of talking. I understand people get to know each other but with yoga I feel. It should be a peaceful, atomposhere, which i really felt that in this basic yoga class. I am looking forward to improving my overall flexibility and mindfulness.
Eric Shopen: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI loved everything about it I have told several people already. Thank you so much can't wait to get back!

Jeff Hamons: Healing place
Jenessa Adams: The love that is shared among all the teachers and students keeps me coming back for more yoga each week. Suzette was so kind to me as I went through my 200-hour yoga teacher training. She was thorough in the educational material and brought in many national teachers for us to learn from. This is a true yoga studio, where kindness and love for each other an our bodies is paramount.
Kathryn Wagner: My favorite yoga studio in the US! I moved to Phoenix and would consider moving back to KC, just for this school. Everyone is so compassionate and welcoming. Suzette is amazing and has such grace and talent! Love it!

AYC Health & Fitness: what do users think?
H L: Transformative would be the word I chose to describe my experience. I have tried diets, fasting, books, and various workout routines (over a decade of these attempts). They did not work well, and I was left frustrated. At that moment, I realized losing weight was slipping beyond my reach, which led me to AYC Fitness. The prices were reasonable, and I appreciated having one-on-one time with a professional who tailored the routines to my needs as we are all different. I appreciate how Glen cares and encourages you to reach your desired outcomes. Working out twice a week for a year with no dieting has yielded a loss of over 35 pounds. My body has become sculpted in ways I never thought possible. The experience has helped me not only physically but also mentally as well. I make wiser choices in what I eat and learned to develop better healthy habits. I am excited to see what will happen in another year. All thanks to Glen!
Jared Gergon: Highly recommend AYC and especially Glen for personal and group training! He brings great planning and energy to workouts that help you push beyond your own limits. Greg and the team have been a pleasure to interact with and the passion for what they do is so evident!
K O: I’ve been coming to AYC for over 2 years and it’s the best part of my day. Not only does Trina keep it interesting, but she pushes me to do more than I thought I was capable of doing. Getting stronger is fun.
Debbie Cox: Trina has taught our pilates class for several years and I look forward to it every week. She is terrific! She provides lots of variety and encouragement. I would highly recommend her class to anyone.
Ruben Marquez: Greg, I was very pleased with Derick as my trainer. Unfortunately he wanted to move on. However, I now have Crystal as my trainer and she is a very good trainer and I like her. She is doing everything to keep me healthy and strong so that I can continue playing tennis long after my current 84 years of age. Thanks.
Joan Marsh: We have been working with Greg Justice for the last 20+ years. Time flies when you're having fun, so not sure whether it is 20 or 25. He has seen both of us through the challenges of life, including surgeries, accidents, travel, etc. etc. He never fails to help us overcome any curve that comes our way. He is able to adapt immediately to tailoring our co-workouts to meet the current needs of both of us.This would indeed be a wholehearted endorsement! The Marshes Joan and Alan Not a word needs changing...it is still the most consistentrewarding thing we have ever done. And our survival from recent falls and other incidents is the proof of the pudding!
John Hunkeler: Ellen is great. The transition from onr e trainer who moved on to working with Ellen was ver smooth. We have modified the workout some to my benefit. Continued great experience.
Doug Coonrod: Great one on one training. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Gary/Alice Nusbaum: The AYC classes are exactly what I was looking for! The trainers are excellent and very dedicated to watching your form, correcting your form so you can avoid injury and get the most out of your workout, and offering adaptations when necessary! It is a supportive and positive environment. Also, each session I have attended has started and stopped right on time! I am so grateful for the recommendation I was given to give AYC a try!
Tara Murrell: I have had Ellen as a personal trainer and also as a HIIT class instructor. She's patient and is good at adjusting workouts to meet my needs, even in the group classes. I appreciate her calm demeanor and kind approach. Her classes are well attended by generally the same people - that says more about her abilities than this review. She definitely has a following.I was attracted to AYC because of the smaller classes and the people. Love Nancy, the operations mgr at AYC. Greg and his family are all friendly, dedicated to fitness, and down to earth. You won't find a better place to workout if you're looking for personal attention, have specific health needs and enjoy a non-gym atmosphere.
Lori Moore: Nadine is the most awesome yoga instructor I've ever experienced. She always aware of everyone's physical "issues" and gives great guidance/alternative moves/adjustments as needed for individual needs. I so look forward to my yoga sessions twice weekly. It definitely makes a huge difference in my flexibility and physical functioning.
Lisa Cummings: We have been contracting with AYC for almost 4 years. They have provided a seamless program, including ease and monitoring of registration. They are professional, friendly, and provide attainable workouts for all fitness levels. Everyone feels successful, from the beginner to the advanced. Yoga has been a personal favorite of many of our team members who have seen significant changes in flexibility and stress reduction. Their staff is wonderful!
KRISTINA BARTHOLOMEW: Greg is a great instructor and keeps you motivated, Thank You!!
Carol Schemmel: I've been in David's HIIT class and Nadine's yoga class since they began at SMMC. Both David and Nadine are excellent instructors and keep their classes fresh and fun and as challenging as each participant chooses. They encourage us to reach new levels of fitness while tailoring exercises to meet the needs of each individual in class. So pleased Advent Health continues to offer these classes to their associates!
Jessica VanDyke: I look forward to yoga twice a week with Nadine. She is such a sweetheart!
vivien schlozman: David is great! We have worked through sore shoulders, knees , etc., but we keep on working. I feel much better after each session than I did before the session and I feel better after a year and a half than I did a year and a half ago.
Doug Tapp: So, I am your typical aging 50+ year-old, former high school athlete. I have always been active and enjoyed distance running, but realized a little over 4 years ago that I was getting injured more frequently. At the advice of a friend, I sought out David Justice at AYC, who has worked miracles on my well-being and conditioning. I started with a commitment to try AYC for 3 months but soon learned that seeing David on a regular basis - mixing in my own workouts - could improve my overall health to a point where its the best it has been in over 20 years. I'm not looking to become a Navy Seal anytime soon, but David has inspired me to go beyond and stay strong both physically and mentally. David and AYC are the best!!

The J KC - Jewish Community Center: what do users think?
Jason Harrison: Called, texted, and emailed multiple times to try to become a member. Never did receive pricing or instructions on how to sign up.
Tavis Turner: I worked at the JCC for 2 years.. built the basketball program up to the highest level recreational program in Overland Park and they terminated me without any communication I had to hear it from a coworker.. horrible professionalism, selfish management, wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Jonae Daniels: Huge community center. The staff are friendly & helpful every visit!
Sara Bierman: I signed up because Bobby the sales guy told me I could get swim lessons for my daughter but when I tried to do that I was told there is a huge waitlist and it would not be likely. But I still had to pay for a full year of a family membership ($129) and was told I had to 40% of the remaining balance if I wanted to cancel. When I tried to cancel in December, Natalie told me it would be cheaper to just keep paying the $129 per month even though I was supposed to get the last month of the year contract free. Lots of misinformation and our family never once used the facilities, would not recommend
Mark Schonwetter: Nice facility with multiple services.
Key Lana: I decided to mention about such an unkind of person in charge of the Food Pantry at JCC - Hannah. She is rude and hateful with such an attitude, her personality doesn't fit for her position that to my knowledge so post to take care and to help people in needs. Hannah never greets nor smils but pushes lots of buttons to show that she is in a full power at the place creating gestapo rules. She also has a tendency to ask shoppers if they are Jewish. Just wondering "WHY", and what difference does it make for her?For coming late to my appointment I been constantly humiliated, abased, acused, and abused by her. Hannah always gave me a dirty looks, and finelly she made a crucial decisions of illuminating me as a shopper at the JCC Food Pantry. And after all she won. Her manager Maggie called me to confirm about that.I'm hurt, shocked, stressed and so upset of such an unfair treatment that I experienced at the Food Pantry of JCC.Obviously for the most Hannah causes lots of changes at the facility that effect shoppers. And the most important that she absolutely doesn't care about people in needs but also causes toxic inviroment at the Pantry. Hannah always complaints being extremely busy, looks like that she just trying to get rid of shoppers, who prefer not to complain with the reason- repercussions.Svetlana K. from Ukraine 🇺🇦Replying to the traditional response which was copied and pasted, and used for several reviews, that's says nothing is going to get done. After all I was brought to the nerves brake being constantly abused by Hannah. I always was such a grateful shopper there for years, and again after all I lost the opportunity to shop at the Pantry as a big punishment but Hannah is still ruling there in her full power.
Svetlana Gilyandikova: Let allGods bless the Founders of JCC, it is amazing place ,arranged with Love to people, very cosy, very comfortable, very clean and with perfect Programes for health. All of my friends love to come here every day and they feel themselves very happy. Walter Fink: DO NOT USE THEIR FOOD PANTRYMy review is only on the Food Pantry. I called them to see how their pantry worked. For the first time, you drive up to the circle and they give you food and miscellaneous items. You get a card for your next appointment, which let's you go in to the pantry and shop like a normal shopper. My situation didn't work out like that. They called to remind me of my appointment and you drive up to the circle. I said I did that last time. Then they said on my 3rd visit I can come inside and shop. So, they lied to me the first time. As a result, I don't trust them. Their are plenty of pantries, that honor what they say. I told them to remove my name from their list. The End.
