My product was not as clean as I would have liked but because of the strong reputation in the community I still made my purchase. My product was a front load Samsung set. My experience was very pleasant. Price and quality of product were great. The purchase itself was seem less start to finish. Any questions I had were met right away with a knowledgeable response. Competitors didn’t seem to have the inventory this place had or the prices weren’t as good. I would definitely revisit and make another purchase from this retailer. (I also had the service guys come out and service my washer due to a mistake on my end) These guys were prompt, knowledgeable,and very great at their job.

They helped me find the dryer I needed, made payment, and was out in less than 10 minutes (my kind of service!). Dryer was delivered and installed before 12pm and they hauled off my old dry. Took it home plugged it in to test everything and find the bottom heating element does not heat up at all. We tried to call the number available online to their business without any answer calling a dozen times the next day we finally drive over tell them the situation they say that they will come over to look at it and they never show up and never call so the next day we decide to take it back because we can't sit around waiting. We unload it and take it in the store and they did not want to return the money and just gave us a run around saying to leave the stove and they will refund money next day.Make sure you get everything in writing!

We had issues with the washer, but the salesman was AMAZING, and ended up replacing the faulty washer with a different one, that works beautifully. They give a 3 month warranty, & stick to it. Don't spend too much on brand new appliances, go to American Appliance Outlet, or order online. They even delivered them to us, and installed. 😀

They brought them in for us and made sure that everything was hooked up correctly and working! They were friendly and flexible, and the machines came with a 3 month warranty period. They seem to to just say the machine is "not working" so they can replace them with their own discount appliances. The repair may be really cheap and easy but con you into buying a new appliance instead f dealing with the real issue at hand.

JC Pettis: I was able to save over $3,000 on equipment for my restaurant which was a lifesaver during all the pandemic shut downs & regulations. PLUS when a cooler I bought from Best Deal over 7 years ago had an issues they sent someone out to take a look & get it up and running again even though the warranty expired YEARS ago. Long story short, purchased a glass door “walk in cooler” in “like new condition” & they agreed to hold it for me in storage.Upon buying it on eBay, they changed the ad to say it was busted and broke - then informed me that they just did this to avoid paying eBay fees (should’ve been my first clue that I made a mistake).Upon picking up the cooler, it couldn’t be found and took two trips back to finally find it, “we moved” was the excuse for the disorganization.Turns out, it wasn’t what I purchased anyways. It was a freezer unit and I was told to just turn the temperature up & it was not in great condition.Back and forth for over a month, listening to excuses, dealing with mood swings from Benny where one day he is just some old man down on his luck and going to make it right and the next he is frustrated (and I quote, “has decided not to do anything because we are humans and can disagree” as he hangs up on me), I made MANY extremely reasonable offers to make this “right”. I paid $3,800 for the cooler and even offered the owner Benny, to give me $2,000 over 4 monthly payments and I would drop it off & he could resell it to which he finally agreed to.After dropping off the freezer back to him, he said that “this isn’t the same cooler” and upon reviewing with his staff, they are not accepting it because “it is not the same” although all of the previous pictures match the unit I dropped back off to him exactly (Because it is the exact same unit).Yet another poor excuse of how they can get out of this. The cooler now sits back in their possession for them to sell. They took $3,800 for it from me, I received nothing when it’s all said and done & now they will sell it again to somebody.I’m not one to write a review for a business - it takes a LOT for me to do so. I’m doing this simply because I want to save others from this kind of headache. Please avoid this place.

They are a disorganized company who sells used equipment without checking that it is working, I bought a commercial oven from them that I had to return because it did not work. I bought a commercial freezer from them that they sent me with mold and mildew inside and with no legs on it. When I asked for legs they brought me four bricks. Stay clear of this company.

The staff really try their best to make sure that they can meet their customers needs and to ensure that they not only get the best deal but that they leave the store happy and satisfied. The owner not only goes out of his way to help his customer but since his business has been in the same location for over 30 years he really tried to help the people in the community around him. You never feel any high pressure sales tactics and when you work with the employees you'll feel that they not only listened to your wants/needs/concerns/issues but that they actually cared. A lot of business' today treat customers like dollar signs and just have a revolving door for customers with the drive-thru customers service mentality but not here -- at Best Deal you know that you and your needs really matter to the staff. Which to me is far far more important that having some clutter.

lynn richardson: I had a problem with my washer, which I bought there and they promptly sent out a technician who diagnosed the problem that it needed a motor. I decided I wanted to upgrade and went to the Olathe store and picked out a Front loader. In addition, I wanted to purchase a dishwasher. I wanted to pay for the washer then BUT the CC machine was not working. When I called, I was told the washer had sold.."We will you tomorrow with an update. " .THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME I called for the last time yesterday and a sweet girl answered and told me it was her first day and she would make sure I got a call before 5 today. NOT AGAINI don't know what the deal is, but it is not a good deal.

Dennis Shaffer: A1 appliance the worst experience I've ever had the owner is so awesome and he tries so hard he just cannot keep up he makes a really good deal on dishwashers and dryers but they only work for about 2 months I asked him to replace mine for about 6 months now and he kept saying he's too busy it's time to put a stop to that slow him down so he can take care of business his wife is awesome he is awesome but I've had to wash dishes now for the last 6 months I'm not impressed take your business somewhere else where they will actually take care of you and show up when they say they're going to I repaired my own dishwasher it cost me $40 for the part and about 1 hour of my time no biggie because I know what I'm doing but really if you are looking for a reputable dealer go elsewhere

They say 30 days to repair your appliance, because it’s faulty when they sell it and then they will blow you off for 3 MONTHS without fixing it. When a repair man finally came he had no tools and took apart our dryer and then left it saying he didn’t have a simple part to fix it. Claimed he would come back tomorrow only to call in 5 minutes before he was supposed to show up and fix it. So it’s now in our basement in 7 parts. When you call to have them pick it up based on their unprofessionalism they just repeat that there are no refunds. It wouldn’t be a problem if they had just fixed it when we called. They are unprofessional will not help you and you can barely even get a hold of them on the phone. Terrible service, terrible dryer, 0/10 do not go there.

Hasn’t stopped working and i haven’t ran into any major issues with it.The pricing was good the condition was good also and when I lost the screws from the back of the vacuum they were able to put new screw in to hold it together.Tom Murrin was the one to attend me and he was a generous person a man who knows what he talking about.
