Dwayne Herdman: Our refrigerator that we have in our garage died (it was over 30 years old). Got a smaller one but just putting water,pop and beer in it. Got a Frigidaire that was only 2 years old. Only paid $250 + tax and for $65 they delivered it and hauled off the old one.

Travis Billups: Great place to shop management down to floor salesman are all honest, straight forward people. My product was not as clean as I would have liked but because of the strong reputation in the community I still made my purchase. My product was a front load Samsung set. My experience was very pleasant. Price and quality of product were great. The purchase itself was seem less start to finish. Any questions I had were met right away with a knowledgeable response. Competitors didn’t seem to have the inventory this place had or the prices weren’t as good. I would definitely revisit and make another purchase from this retailer. (I also had the service guys come out and service my washer due to a mistake on my end) These guys were prompt, knowledgeable,and very great at their job.

Jhanna Houston: Bought a used stove here 4 months ago and it’s great! The buying process was fast and easy. When they came to install, they hauled the old one away and it only took them about 30 minutes to get the entire job done.
Raychel Hill: I bought my washer and dryer set at this place as soon as it was delivered the madness started the installation wasn't done right which made the washer thump so hard it sounded like it would go through the wall they sent the repair guy out and he literally beat the washer with a hammer I guess so the drum would even out. A few days ago the washer stopped working I contacted the company someone was supposed to come here to repair it has been 4 day's and no one has showed up to repair the washer at this point I'm just ready to get rid of it and but something else.

Michael Doolittle: Terrible experience. We went in bought a $600 washer dryer set. Brought it home the waster didn't work. Called the store and had the repair guy Jeff to come out and look at it. He comes out and puts a bolt in the thing and says it's fixed but leaves so quickly that he didn't get to see if it worked or not. It didn't. Then he comes back out and brings me another washer that wasn't what we wanted but I expected just to have it done with. Guess what that one didn't work either. So we go back in to the store to get a refund cause I was told we were getting a refund but Becky wanted to give us another set... Guess what that one didn't work either. So that's 3 washer that didn't work. Now I am disputing the charges.

We bought a washer and dryer from them, the dryer stopped working a month or so in and they were quick to come and deliver a loaner and haul away the one needing repair. We were given the option to keep the loaner or have the one we bought returned when fixed, we ended up keeping the loaner. Affordable, punctual and great customer service!
A. Dennis: I walked in at 9am on a cold Saturday morning, was greeted within a few seconds after walking in. They helped me find the dryer I needed, made payment, and was out in less than 10 minutes (my kind of service!). Dryer was delivered and installed before 12pm and they hauled off my old dry. They were polite, considerate, and made sure I understood everything about the dryer before leaving. I would definitely recommend this business. Just a really pleasant experience overall, thank you!

Rebecca Herrera: Purchased a double oven/ stove we were told it worked 100% and had a 3 month guarantee. Took it home plugged it in to test everything and find the bottom heating element does not heat up at all. We tried to call the number available online to their business without any answer calling a dozen times the next day we finally drive over tell them the situation they say that they will come over to look at it and they never show up and never call so the next day we decide to take it back because we can't sit around waiting. We unload it and take it in the store and they did not want to return the money and just gave us a run around saying to leave the stove and they will refund money next day.Make sure you get everything in writing!

Bridget Omotosho: Salvador did not stand by his products or services! I spent $150 for washer, $150 for dryer and the dryer needed servicing 1 day after purchase. One month later it needed servicing again!! Third time, he comes i the house and charged me $120 and its still not working properly. I paid him $60 that day and $60 a couple weeks later and all he can say to me is, "i didn't pay him!" He ignored my calls and text messages and thinks I'm not to be angry?! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS or SERVICES!
rachel greenlee: We bought a washer and dryer from this place. We had issues with the washer, but the salesman was AMAZING, and ended up replacing the faulty washer with a different one, that works beautifully. They give a 3 month warranty, & stick to it. Don't spend too much on brand new appliances, go to American Appliance Outlet, or order online. They even delivered them to us, and installed. 😀

The problem I had is there are no marked prices so you have to ask and when you look me over and then give me a price after 10 years in marketing I'm dubious of your business practices. I'm sure they are well meaning but just as a customer that doesn't sit right with me, and it puts me in an uncomfortable position.
Andrew Hooper: Hector and Sandra showed up within an hour after we inquired about a new washer and dryer. They brought them in for us and made sure that everything was hooked up correctly and working! They were friendly and flexible, and the machines came with a 3 month warranty period. I would recommend them to anyone looking for used appliances!

Augustus Beau: at first the owner hector seemed freindly and attentive to my needs and so he should be since i came in to purchase 3 appliances. a fridge a washer and a dryer. when we finally decided on a set of the 3 he then delivered them and i immediatly realized the fridge did not work as he had originally stated. after contacting him several times he showed little to no concern with making it right. none of his efforts were genuine.
John Wires: Had a problem with some dishwashers and other appliances so gave them a try. They seem to to just say the machine is "not working" so they can replace them with their own discount appliances. The repair may be really cheap and easy but con you into buying a new appliance instead f dealing with the real issue at hand.

Got it home only to find out the spin cycle don't work called the number on the web site it's disconnected no contact info on the paperwork from them finally got ahold of them off Facebook for the owner to tell us they would be out on Thursday March 2nd 2023 never showed up called them again last night at 530pm the owner answered again telling us he would come out an fix it by 8pm an he Neverending showed up either horrible business so now I'm looking for an alternative ! An obviously they say we can make it right for me! But if that was the case they would of showed up to there scheduled appointment we already had
lynn richardson: I had a problem with my washer, which I bought there and they promptly sent out a technician who diagnosed the problem that it needed a motor. I decided I wanted to upgrade and went to the Olathe store and picked out a Front loader. In addition, I wanted to purchase a dishwasher. I wanted to pay for the washer then BUT the CC machine was not working. When I called, I was told the washer had sold.."We will you tomorrow with an update. " .THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME I called for the last time yesterday and a sweet girl answered and told me it was her first day and she would make sure I got a call before 5 today. NOT AGAINI don't know what the deal is, but it is not a good deal.
Dennis Shaffer: A1 appliance the worst experience I've ever had the owner is so awesome and he tries so hard he just cannot keep up he makes a really good deal on dishwashers and dryers but they only work for about 2 months I asked him to replace mine for about 6 months now and he kept saying he's too busy it's time to put a stop to that slow him down so he can take care of business his wife is awesome he is awesome but I've had to wash dishes now for the last 6 months I'm not impressed take your business somewhere else where they will actually take care of you and show up when they say they're going to I repaired my own dishwasher it cost me $40 for the part and about 1 hour of my time no biggie because I know what I'm doing but really if you are looking for a reputable dealer go elsewhere

Pennie Rockhold: A contractor who worked for this company came out to fix my washer and did not put it back together correctly. It was a washer dryer combo. He insisted to look at another item we had discussed turned the machine on and left the room for several minutes. When we got back to the washer my floor was flooded and my downstairs neighbors was also flooded. He left in a hurry said “ it will dry”….I called the company the next business day to make a claim on there insurance and was put off. I’m thinking about seeking legal advice because damages are well over $5000. I repeat do not use this company! :( negative trillion stars!!!:(

Timothy Howe: Place is a rip off. Had them come out and look at our dryer and oven. Neither was fixed and it cost me $180 just to get oven to work once while they were there. Next day we tried to use not working again. I will not recommend this place again.

They say 30 days to repair your appliance, because it’s faulty when they sell it and then they will blow you off for 3 MONTHS without fixing it. When a repair man finally came he had no tools and took apart our dryer and then left it saying he didn’t have a simple part to fix it. Claimed he would come back tomorrow only to call in 5 minutes before he was supposed to show up and fix it. So it’s now in our basement in 7 parts. When you call to have them pick it up based on their unprofessionalism they just repeat that there are no refunds. It wouldn’t be a problem if they had just fixed it when we called. They are unprofessional will not help you and you can barely even get a hold of them on the phone. Terrible service, terrible dryer, 0/10 do not go there.
