They helped me find the dryer I needed, made payment, and was out in less than 10 minutes (my kind of service!). Dryer was delivered and installed before 12pm and they hauled off my old dry. Debra Vaughn: Purchased a washer and dryer.....washer failed after two weeks; even though store has warranty I had to pay additional money on another brand of washer as store owner said he wasn't doing exchanges for this brand anymore due to their bad performance. My other option was to get a refund which was defeating the purpose of buying a washer in the first place. I feel like I should have been given exchange of another washer free even though another brand might have cost a little more; as the customer I spent more money than my budget was allowing me and the store gained on selling defective appliance. This is not a good business practice and not customer satisfaction. Hopefully, this washer I exchanged will hold up and perform a lot longer. The people are cordial but I would not recommend due to this issue.
T Mar: Decent selection of electric height adjustable desks. I was close to purchasing from them until I went to another location that had more of what I wanted. They did have washers and stoves and other items that looked to be in good condition. The people were friendly and helpful. I felt they were a little expensive overall. Not like Uplift expensive or anything like that, but more than what I ended up getting. And for a little less value imo.

Michaela Hunter: I wish I would have read all the reviews before I did business with this company. My story aligns with most of them, so trust these negative reviews regardless of the owner’s response. Money hungry is the best description of this business. They profess to be all about America, yet their practices are greedy and deceptive. There is also no personal customer service. I bought a $950 Speed Queen dryer from them in 2019. When they installed it, they said the warranty would be voided if anyone besides them worked on it. Recently, the timer quit working and the dryer ran continuously. More recently, the dryer quit heating up. I called for service. Of course, my 3 yr warranty was expired. I made an appt anyway. $150 for a 4-hour window or $95 for an 8-hr window. I chose the 8 hr and the technician arrived by 10:30 am. He confirmed that I needed a new timer and it would cost $510.47 installed. That’s more than half of what I paid for the dryer! I said that I thought Speed Queen was supposed to be the best. He looked at the ceiling and said in a monotone voice “I’m just a dryer technician ma’am.” He then told me that the lack of heat was due to a clogged dryer vent and that I should call a licensed professional. Isn’t that what he is?? My husband unhooked the dryer vent the same day and we inspected it and it was not clogged. I called back to ask why the technician didn’t repair or properly diagnose the lack of heat. She said the lack of heat was due to the broken timer. Hmmmm, that’s not what the technician said. I told her I was done with this company and I am. I did some checking and the timer is a $150 part. I think I can find a reputable repair person to install it for less than $360.
Gregory Nicklin: I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned. The Appliance Care Company was recommended to me by a G.E. technician as being a reliable company. Every step of the way, from my phone call to set up the appointment to the actual service call (which was scheduled for the very next day after I called), The Appliance Care Company was very professional and courteous. Tom was the technician who worked on my dryer vent, and I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. The job turned out to be slightly more involved than was anticipated, and he handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. I recommend this company.

He saw the cabinet maker had not put in any venting for the built-in oven. At our request, Brien talked to the cabinet maker telling him how critical the venting is for a built-in oven. The venting above and below the oven, extends the life of the oven. Sterling Farber: Technician took cooktop out of the counter. Decided he couldn't repair and attempted to put it back in place. Was the nable to make it level so now it wobbles in the counter. Called the company twice with no resolution. Some manager called back and said they trusted their repair person and refused to resolve the issue. Now we have a cooktop that wobbles from side to side. Will never use it this company again.This is a lie. Your technician was scheduled to look at both the washer and cooktop. He took the cooktop completely out of the counter top and couldn't figure out how to repair the middle burner and tried to put the cooktop back into the counter and did not get it level. And the cooktop was in pristine condition as it is only 4 years old and hardly used. You and your technician are lying through your teeth.Service:Stove, cooktop oven repair

Cleaned up and everything! Fast forward 6 months broke again. 90 days past warranty on a product touted to last 25 years at double the cost of box store appliances. I have purchased and have kept a spare dryer on hand for this reason. This company has been at our house 3 times now to “fix” our washer. Between the 3 visits they were maybe in our our home a total of 10 mins. When I didn't get a reminder call the day before, I tried to contact them but they had closed their phone lines due to limited staffing or something. Then they wouldn't put me back on the schedule immediately, so I had to wait another week before a tech could even come to diagnose the issue. Three months in and I still don't have a working washer.

Melissa Drummond: Diamond Factory is the company that Whirlpool/Maytag uses for warranty claims of their appliances. The technician not only didn’t fix the issue (I had to have another service company out to fix the problem), but damaged my home in the process. My cabinets and walls all have dents, digs, and scrapes. Repeated emails to Mike Monken went unanswered. He even ignored messages from Whirlpool/Maytag after I asked them to get involved in the issue. If you use this company, make sure to take before pictures of your home so you can prove damages. I would also recommend checking your home for damages before allowing the technician to leave. Better yet, just go with a different company.Service:Washing machine repair

I have missed work a couple times now to get this fixed.Last time someone was suppose to come out but ended up breaking their finger. They couldn't get someone else out. Then it took them almost 3 week for them to call me to reschedule. Then it took another 2 weeks for someone to come out. The problem is that I haven't received my invoice in my email (I've checked all folders including junk email) so that I can file it to my homeowners insurance. The automated phone system hung up on me twice when I got to the 2nd place in line. I tried the return call and no one ever returned my call. Rodneda Jackman: I have been attempting to get my washer fixed for almost 6 weeks. Today I was told the repairman would be at my home between 2:30-5…I took the afternoon off work and the guy calls at 2:45, I am ordering 2 more parts so I will not be coming today and once the parts were in we would reschedule. 3 parts have already been replaced. First guy, clogged sensor. Didn’t work so I called. Scheduled another appt, took off work. 3:00-6:00 was appt time. Received a call at 5:30, they were ordering a part and wouldn’t be out. A week later came and changed the part…that didn’t work. Washer still skipping cycles. Called back right away, appointment scheduled a week later. A different guy came out, he said he needed to order two parts and would be back in a week. He came, switched out the parts. My husband was home at the time, I got home started laundry and guess what…it didn’t work still skipping cycles! Called about an hour after they left, scheduled an appointment for today. The guy didn’t show up, just called and said they were ordering parts. They were supposed to come here and call tech support however…NOPEService:Washing machine repair
courtney Elkhatib: Don not, I repeat DO NOT use this company had them come to my house 4x through whirlpool. Man broke my dishwasher causing to leak bubbles out of bottom part of door. Argued about the problem then refused to fix issue. Rescheduled with whirlpool to have a different technician to come out, and Diamond refused to service based on what the 6’5, long nasty scraggly looking haired man said. He was very unprofessional, and lazy. Do not use this company they do not back up their work and refuse service when they are in the wrong. This is the other review I left with google as well Do not I repeat DO NOT pay for service through this company. They were scheduled through whirlpool the tech literally poured vegetable oil in my dishwasher, lifted it because it was unlevel causing it to leak from bottom. Stormed out of my house refusing to fix after he had been here 3 other times. Now Diamond is refusing to come back out based on whatever the 6’5 long scraggly hair man said. Customers are treated poorly, and they break your appliances, argue with you and then refuse service. Poor company, poor customer service. Do not schedule an appointment through them.

Repair man arrived on time and left 10 minutes later after adjusting the level. Exact same thing happened on the 2nd appointment. On the 3rd service call the same repair man (that called to see if he could come 2 hours early) said I needed to shim the refrigerator!!! I explained I don't schedule appointments so I can do the repair work on an expensive appliance! He left after being here 8 minutes! After talking with Whirlpool they said they will find another service provider. Ice maker is still making noises but it was never checked to see if it was the problem.
