Ben Thornbury: Everyone there was so nice and friendly but they sold me a lemon. I bought a 07’ GTI about a month ago and I’ve only put about 40 miles on it in that time and I’ve gotten 3 faulty codes including my check engine light turning on so it’s clear they wiped everything before the sale. I can also see that the valve cover gasket is bad and leaking and that they just cleaned everything up and wiped it down so it would look fine for the test drive. It was an “Sold as is” car so I should’ve known and been more responsible but figured I’d pass on the message of buyer beware.

When you work hard for your money & having to invest more money on a vehicle that still has the temp tag on is ridiculous! Would I recommend hard to say. *Car is unable to drive at all*

Bryan Schillig: Bought a vehicle. The head gasket was blown. Costed me thousands to fix. Dealer said they knew of the misfire issue but didn’t tell me about it until after I notified them of the issue. They wouldn’t take the vehicle back. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.
Matt Owen: I found Supreme Auto Gallery from an ad posted on Marketplace, and felt very comfortable with our purchase of my daughter's used jeep. Naturally I was leery of used car dealers, however after dealing with Oscar for a bit, you know he's not there to play tricks with people. Honest, straightforward, and not pushy with sales at all. The price was good too. They gladly replaced the windshield that was cracked- it probably could have passed inspection, but they didn't want us to have to worry about it. We can tell that this car was taken care of, despite being an older vehicle. I'll certainly recommend this place, and keep them in mind for future purchases.

Both of the dudes I spoke too at the dealership were amazing, friendly and understanding! I got a good price for my vehicle and I also am very cautious about cars I'm buying, with no hesitation showed us the Carfax! The process was quick and easy. Definitely will refer friends and family to this buisness!! I asked before leaving if I had any issue licensing my vehicle if I could give them a call and they said absolutely. Jesse Shaw: My wife and I were in town for the Top Gun softball tournament in June with our 14 year old daughter and we stopped here for some KC BBQ. Really we stopped to try the "Z-Man" sandwich that Peter Schrager (NFL Network) claimed was soo good. The place was packed on a Thursday at 11:30am. In fact the line was out the door (see pic). But the line only took 25 minutes and the wait staff was very good about keeping people from sitting at a table before they even ordered, which also worked very well with having plenty of seats available when we actually got our food. Also we placed our order at the cash register and had our food within 60 seconds. We ordered the Z-man, The Carolina Pig and my daughter had a kids chicken dinner. For sides we had the Mac-n-Cheese and BBQ Baked Beans. The Mac-n-Cheese was good but the Baked Beans were over done to me. Like the beans were kinda smashed and mushy. We did not finish them. My daughters chicken looked good but as she took the meat off the bone there were a couple pink parts and definitely a spot of red blood. Overall great food, I will just stay away from the kids chicken dinner and baked beans next time.

And she went above and beyond to help get a missing part to the chandelier to me. She communicated with me via text just to update me and brought me the piece to pick up the next day. Jake Talbott: This hotel is not a 3-star hotel. It's a 2 or 2.5-star hotel. We stayed at a downtown KC hotel for 2 nights, then moved out to this hotel because friends were staying here for the KC Royals game. The downtown hotel was a true 3-star hotel, significantly nicer finishes, larger rooms, newer construction and it was only $20 more per night. Based on pics and "premier" in the name, we felt duped into staying here and I immediately regretted it when we pulled into the parking lot. It looks and feels old and rundown with some fresh paint and newer carpet. The pool was also closed (by order of the Health Dept) during our stay which was very disappointing. I will not stay here again.

Mary K: This "premier" hotel is anything but. Very noisy a/c units. Questionable safety of parking lot. Numerous people have reported that their cars have been broken into in April and May 2023. There are two signs in parking lot that state all liability is on car owner, not the hotel. Spoke with Roman the manager who stated he'd hired security to patrol parking lot. None of this was explained at check in. We checked out and went to a better hotel which was $60 cheaper and a huge suite. (Hilton Homewood Suites). No refund on this hotel of course but we were not taking a chance in the middle of a 4000 mile trip.

WAS WARNED BY STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS NOT TO PARK PAST THE END OF THE BUILDING OR IN THE LOWER PARKING LOT I GUESS A LOT OF VANDALISM. INSIDE THE HOTEL IS NICE. AC DID NOT WORK REAL WELL SET ON 63 ROOM STILL WARM. TOILET FLUSHES SLOW AND SHOWER DRAINS SLOW. BREAKFAST IS GOOD BUT BAR AND RESTRAUNT IS EXPENSIVE AND BASIC NOT OUTSTANDING. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

I would not stay here again due to the location, except if I am going to a baseball or football game.The hotel restaurant/bar has a limited menu, Mainly it is deep fried bar food. The only other restaurants in the area are Taco Bell and Subway.The staff was friendly and helpful -- provided you could find them. The front desk was often unmanned, and calls from the room often went without anyone picking up at the desk.Unlike most other hotels, the air conditioning did not blow on the bed, so I had a comfortable sleep.

The breakfast was always the same and old as if it was constantly reheated. They didn't have their pool open. Their bar was closed down. Definitely won't be back was an overall bad experience.

Boogiedat: The front desk people were really nice but it was a gross hotel lots of damage on the inside and lots of trash outside of the building. The room was okay no bed bugs but plenty of bugs from the water damage on the ceiling the AC didn’t work it was stuck at 74 and the window was stuck shut we could only get it open a crack. The elevator was out of service as well but the stairs weren’t bad. Will not be coming back to this hotel though. There was a ton of kids having fun so I guess kid friendly.

Rosalie Rollings: Check in was ok. Room was a disaster. Very poor house keeping. Finger prints all over large glass window. Very noisy and you could hear everything. The free breakfast was a huge disappointment.What was offer online is not what you get. Very run down and unkept. For a best western I expected some place better. I will not recommend nor will I ever return.

In fact, the KC chief players go to wyco to get the latest dunks or vintage clothing. Prices are good and the staff is cool af! Looking for shoes!? Look no further......

austin ford: I recently reached out to the store via Instagram regarding a bulk buyout. Around 26 DS pairs. They advised to me to come into the store to receive an offer. In response I asked them if they wanted a list of all the pairs and sizes to help ease negotiations. They immediately responded advising that they do not pay market prices IE Stockx. This was a surprising response given at the time they did not have any idea what products I had available. I am not one to knock prices, it’s your business and you should be able to charge whatever you like. Be that as it may, I was surprised with the above response given the fact that they regularly charge 50% above market value for their products. So In conclusion they get two stars for responding quickly however if you are looking to sell I would advise going elsewhere. Their response indicates they were going to drag me in there and low ball me on already exorbitant local pricing without even knowing a lot of my asking prices were under market. Keep this review in mind if you consider selling to them.*** Response from the owner very unhelpful/unprofessional. Concerns were not addressed I never requested a quote for the products without coming in. They never quoted me a price but indicated they pay below market value and never requested a list sheet of products which is industry standard. Keep in mind these are the type of people you will deal with coming here. I hope this review helps someone out there.

Kelly Hovermale: I was so skeptical of this store because I’ve been looking for a particular shirt for YEARS for my mother who gave up a banned t- shirt in the 1990’s when she got pregnant with me. So recently while searching good ole google I found the shirt my mother couldn’t for nearly 26 years. I’ve never heard of this company and figured that my $300 was going to be towards a photo of the shirt. Instead, I got the shirt super quick and was exactly as pictured! My mother is going to freak for Christmas when she sees this shirt and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. As soon as I bought the shirt it went right off their website and their Etsy account. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Ann Jones: We loved our stay. All of the help was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and free. One block to starbucks and next door to a wonderful Italian restaurant.Walkability: One block to starbucks and close to country club plaza though hilly. Great Italian restaurant next door.

Brianna Shaffer: This was a Priceline surprise hotel. The overall hotel wasn't bad. You can tell it used to have smoking rooms, but it is what it is with that.As a solo female traveler, the hotel seemed a little more distant for walking to restaurants alone. I was walking past the Vietnam memorial wall and a homeless guy laying on the ground next to his full shopping cart kept yelling seemingly at me. I just turned around and went back. I'm from two states away and was paying thru. Two years ago I stayed at another hotel closer to the restaurants and didn't have that same feeling.

The staff were nice, and were doing their best with what is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.My bathroom smelled of sewage, and gnats were flying out of the sink faucet. The beds, while pretty comfy, creaked loudly whenever I would turn. There was seemingly no AC in the hallways, making them sweltering in the Missouri summer.The saddest part of the whole experience was the complimentary "breakfast", if you could even call it that. Their breakfast was just stale bread and bagles in a bread box with a toaster that didn't toast, some apple and orange juice and some yogurt in a wine cooler. They said they don't do eggs or bacon anymore because of COVID, but the pandemic was 3 years ago. Why even advertise a breakfast if that's what's waiting for your guests?The hotel seems to be in a constant state of disrepair. Paintings covered up holes in the wall, there were signs all over the place saying how they are undergoing sewage and water projects, and I even overheard a lady complain about how one of the hotel treadmills caught on fire.I said this once and I will say it again. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.By the way, their website advertises that if you call them, you'll get the best prices for their rooms. This is not true; use Trivago (or another website like that) instead.

Sissy Neal: Beautiful location with ample parking and comfy rooms. Downside is the breakfast is very lacking. Both days we stayed we were offered mini cinnamon rolls, bagles, bread and yogurt. Drinks are coffee, water, apple and orange juice. Traveling with small children and it just didn't provide many options for them either. I will say the breakfast area was kept quite clean and staff was very friendly. But keep in mind the limited breakfast. There was road construction going on outside and loud activity at night considering it right in downtown but otherwise satisified.
Lucas Fogaca: Amazing hotel! My family and I were very well received and well taken care of by the staff during our almost 3 week stay. The location of the hotel is also great, being close to several bus routes that lead to various destinations, including the downtown . Many thanks to the staff who were very helpful and to the receptionist Victor who spoke Portuguese and gave us many tips on how to make the most of our stay. By the way, the breakfast offered by the hotel is hearty and delicious as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I come back to KC.

Besides that, it is close to the public transportation, which makes it easier to go downtown.The staff was awesome. One period lasted 3 hours till the police showed up - and took 30 minutes of sirens and PA system orders to leave the property. It was like an episode of Cops!My room has brown carpet - always suspicious. My bath mat had a huge hole in it that couldn’t be an oversight. The o only ice machine was on the top floor - not very convenient to their first floor guests. The free breakfast was pretty basic - dry bagels and bread. The yogurt was bad. Tiny cups were provided for the juice. You had to go to the front desk for decaf coffee. The cinnamon rolls Sunday morning were tasteless. Avoid.

James Symmonds: Chain stores in an open air mall setting. Seems to be on a slow decline. Absolute shame that they knocked down a classic part of Plaza architecture for someone who has decided to pull out. That's going to be a hard recovery and I suspect that the soul of the plaza is going to continue to get sucked out of the place by developers. Update: sure enough. Plaza lighting really sucked this year.
Les Bro: It is always nice to get to the Plaza. It's a great date night place. I love it in the summertime in the evenings. The fountains are beautiful and romantic.There are lots of restaurants and stores to stroll through during the day. If you are visiting Kansas City, the Plaza is a great place to go. You will see all types of people, especially in the summertime. It is a great place to people watch.Unattended teens have a 9:00 pm, police enforced curfew.

Carter Taylor: It’s a known issue that the restroom accommodations are a huge issue and that the lack of publicly accessible facilities is a major failure of planning, a barrier to those who have disabilities and discriminatory against women. It does not matter if it’s you or your small child, they will not let you use the restrooms in many stores and even restaurants. They’ll send you down the street and you have to hope that the one place that lets others use the bathroom will be open, have no line, and not be out of order like they often are when handling that volume of people. These policies may have been put in place to prevent the unhoused from being in the area, but they majorly impact other groups as well.
