It started with them truly listening to my desires and what I was looking for with our wraps and branding (something other companies did NOT do). I gave them a few ideas but let them run with their own creativity to present a few options. The quality of the installs are also top notch. We had a couple minor hiccups, but they rectified them immediately and followed up to make sure we are 110% satisfied. Chris Hawkins: Just not the professional look I have seen on other wraps. Several flaws in the corners and finish, so I ended up taking it off. I inquired about getting some money back, but they seemed very uninterested in working with me. Unfortunately ended up being a waste of time and money and I am needing to start over with another company.I am leaving up my initial review, but adding onto it in order to correct several fabrications in their response below.I never "demanded" anything. I communicated the issues with the finish and application as well as me removing the wrap and left it up to them on how to deal with it. My exact words copied from the initial email was "I apologize for the bad news, I am not sure where to go from here, I have already counted it as a loss, but wanted to bring it to your attention."In a later email, I did say "Will you please let me know if there is anything you can do on the cost?" to which they responded by offering a $1,500 discount on an additional wrap, but no money or discount was ever offered on the initial wrap.In addition to the unsatisfactory color and application of the wrap, one thing I had not mentioned until now was the spare tire and tailgate were removed when the techs were wrapping the vehicle even though I very specifically went over how that wouldn't be necessary. The issue here being A- the tailgate was horribly out of alignment when I get the bronco back and B- there was a rattle coming from the tailgate every time I hit a bump going down the road. It took me a while to troubleshoot this, but I ended up tracking it down and found that when the techs removed the interior trim piece to access the spare tire bracket for removal, they broke off several of the tabs and let them fall to the inside of the tailgate. I have a picture below of the broken trim and the clips I pulled out of the tailgate.The owner ended their response with "Please let me know how this issue can be resolved". You can start with not telling blatant lies about the situation was handled.

After talking about it around the office one day I received a referral from my own employer to call Wrap It Up. What a day/night difference in my experience!!!!Shaun took the initial call and asked for pictures, from there we scheduled an adhesion test and I had a quick design meet with Logan for ideas. I sent Logan some very vague images and ideas and he knocked the design out of the park. I received proofs back super fast for my approval, and after a little tweaking, the installation was scheduled the next week!I got it back yesterday and was blown away by the attention to detail on the installation, the edges were all neatly tucked and hidden, way better looking in person than the computer proof I approved. The colors are so vibrant and detailed!
