Susan Poell: The assistant manager helped me get the item I needed. He was calm and polite and thankfully I was out of there quickly.Bridgette, the Manager was very rude. While I was waiting in line, she answered three phone calls and she was short and sharp on each of them. She spoke with two separate employees and she cut them both off while they were talking. One of those employees was on a phone call asking her a question for the customer and she answered "I don't care I'm the manager and I get to decide."It felt like a hostile environment. I'm glad I don't work there.

Charlie Hartwood: I was helped by an older man who was unbelievably kind and helpful. I'm ashamed to say I'm 25 and I had no idea how to check my oil, but he taught me everything I needed to know even though it's 14 degrees outside and viciously windy. I can't say just how grateful I am for his help, I didn't realize I had *no oil* and if he hadn't shown me or been as awesome as he is, my engine could've locked up somewhere on the highway on my 30 minute commute to work and I'd have been completely boned. If you see this I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, you're fantastic and thank you for everything you did for me today.

James Snowberry: I have been coming in for years. Great people pre 2015. Now I get lied to all the time, told I can't buy something as it was not to be put out ? And told to come back, as new items arrive in November for the holidays. Well I found the fox body mustang limited edition autozone die cast. And was told there was a nother different one in back, asked to see it. Was told no, it was being held for some unknown person. Then he got the next associate which Then told me, it's not being held for someone, but not to be placed until December. Then asked where I got the fox body, I said I just paid for it, it was on the cooler. Went back today, same associate told, the manager bought said jada die cast last November, and has never took it home. Then remembered what he told me last time. Long hair beard, needs to be sent for retraining, and to do his job properly. Why tell someone you have a item, but refuse to let them see it, or tell you the truth about it. So to the manager, I would love to hear what you think of this. And you well recognize me I'm sure. Lol thanks.

Dustin Bierwirth: One person working soooo slowww they are terrible at this location. Ignored me for almost 10 mins while I was standing at the counter to get a single spark plug. I had to leave cause I was just standing there getting zero help for 10 minutes.

Kevin Edgar: Bought a hydraulic jack with stands. The jack wasn't long enough to jack the wheel axle up. Could place jack under car but not enough room to pump hydraulic arm. Tried to return to store. Store representative said no. He said, the plastic wheels were scratched and looks like I used it. I admitted I tried using it but it didn't work. I used my car jack instead I won't return to AutoZone again. I have spent a lot of money with AutoZone over the years, but will not spend anymore. Once im ripped off, I refuse to do business with that business again. I felt degraded when I left this store.

Iveth Alfaro: So, I want to say that the prices are good, but the two ladies that were there took a smoke break every 10-15 mins. When I came in to the store they were outside (about 19° ) and smoking (both of them) and said "we'll be right in". When I purchased the battery the girl said "we can't help you change it because we both have the flu" which was kind of odd. They kindly handed me a case with tools so I cool carry the battery and tools outside by myself. What kinda made me feel uncomfortable was that when I was changing the battery, they both came outside to smoke another cigarette while they waved and smiled at me. They declined to help me change a car battery (which I'm capable of doing myself)Bottom line is that I'm sure at another store I probably would have gotten some help to finish my task faster and I'm not entirely sure that purchases include installation. But these ladies either put in a little effort in keeping that job. Or stop being so clinical about their hobbies and personal habits during work hours. Not recommended at all if I go there again and find these two ladies, I'm most definitely walking out and go someplace else.

Jonathan Nieves: Alejandro Fernandez-fillipe was very helpful on ensuring that I got a good deal with my purchase. I purchased oil for my vehicle and he jumped in to tell me I can get a filter paired with the oil at a discount price. I forgot I needed a filter after a long tiring day so it was very helpful. A team member even came outside to let me know me refund didn’t process and caught me before I left the parking lot. Great and honest team 5/5 stars.

Kara Adams: I always get great customer service here. The battery on my car stopped working and the service personnel helped me problem solve and helped me find a solution that saved me money. From car batteries to wiper blades, they make my experience positive and don’t make me feel inferior even when I admittedly don’t know much beyond the basics of auto care.
