Jan Jordan: The workers did not have a diagram to go by. I wanted only the living room. They prepped the hallway also. Good thing I got there when I did. They took up the hallway tackstrips and pad. Even added a metal threshold to the uneven surface entering the bathroom. Carpet looks good. I will prepare a diagram next time.

Called again at 11:17am, James answered and said he would call me back after he converses with customers in store. 4:50pm, I finally get a call, but that was after requesting another quote online. Claims he was busy, but promised to call me back after he was done with the customer that he dealing with at 11:17am. Stay away from this company. I was a previous customer was treated like garbage. No call back, had to call multiple time to get help, was pushed away with "will call you back" but never happened. What a shame that you treat previous customers like this.

They had someone out to measure quickly who also did a good job because there was very little left over.The two installers were outstanding! They were on time, friendly, and very respectful of my home. They were quick and efficient, helped move my furniture back exceeding my expectations. I would gladly have this installation team back for any future flooring!

The selection in-store is wonderful, I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and I was able to take home nice sized samples (none of those tiny squares!). Getting the measurements was quick and painless - Chris worked around our schedule and was prompt, thorough, and on time. We were on a tight timeline but they were able to get us scheduled for installation quickly. Our installation experience was truly exceptional - if you get Scott, count yourself lucky! Our house is old so (like every project we tackle in the house) we ran into some unexpected obstacles but Scott was so patient, detail orientated, and clearly takes pride in the work he does. It would have been easy to cut corners and save time but he was meticulous and did things the right way and it shows! The carpet looks (and feels) incredible. Yes - it costs more than the box store but especially given the incredible customer service during installation it's worth every penny.

He bent over backwards to make sure we could get our carpet in time. He even came on his day off and measured,worked with his district manager to get the carpet in on time, and got installation scheduled. We had a large house full of new beautifully installed carpet before most places said they could even get the carpet in. Can't express how thankful we were that Chris made that happen. By July 8th I didn't even have a quote. I was then referred to Carpet Corner by a co-worker.I called Carpet Corner and Chris came out to my home same day with samples for me to choose from, measured the space, and provided me with a quote just a few hours later. I expressed my concern about needing a quick turnaround and he did everything in his power to get me the fastest installation date he could.We moved forward with listing our home and Chris went the extra mile to go to the warehouse and send me samples to have in the home during showings.Every time I call, no matter who answers the phone, they are friendly and patient with any questions I may have. (I called at least 3 times because I forgot the date and time of installation AND misplaced the instructions on what to do prior to installation. Yep, that person.)Shout out to Will and Kyle! For installation I only had to remove my fixtures from the room furniture and bedding and they took care of the rest. My walls and hardwood floors weren't scratched in the process. I currently work from home and was able to focus on my job while they worked just 30 ft away from me.We are thrilled with the outcome and will only use Carpet Corner for our flooring needs in the future. Highly recommended.

Most of the time they responded within minutes. All deadlines were met based on what they told me at the time of order. The pricing was very competitive and they worked to squeeze our job in faster than anyone else who quoted. Overall, I am very happy with the work they did and will plan on using them again in the future.

Chad Bridgman: I used Joe and KC Homeworx to install carpet in my basement on my home I listed for sale and have now had them replace and install new carpet in my new home and they have removed the tile from the entryway and are matching the wood floors in the house. Very professional from the first meeting with Joe, and great communication from Kris in the office. Best prices and best quality work around! The hardwood floors turned out exactly how we envisioned. The hardwood guy was so kind, that even after a full days work and probably missing dinner with his family, he noticed our neighbor needing help loading a trailer, and he walked over to help them. The carpet installer Lyndon paid so much attention to the details, his craftmanship shows. We also had them do a custom area rug, and couldn't believe how well it was done and at a great price. KC Homeworx employs knowledgeable, top notch people and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

Al Lode: We had our stairs and upstairs hallway carpeting replaced in 2020, and we were extremely satisfied start to finish with the professionalism and efficiency that KC Floorworx provided. The carpet and installation both exceeded our expectations.A year later, we called again to replace carpet in three bedrooms. Diane Drew: This company was recommended to us by the plumber that did some work on our bathroom. They came out to grout and tile. The grout was put on too thick. It’s still running color grout and cracking. The young workers also poured grout down our bathroom sink so we had to call another plumber out to snake our drains. We tried to reach out a few times, they offered to come out and wipe the grout one more time, but we told them no. It was such a horrible job, “wiping” the grout won’t do anything if it’s cracking. It is literally cracking and still coming out every time we take a shower. At this point I’m afraid it will mold behind the wall. I’ve also emailed asking for a refund and have had no response. It’s such a horrible job, I can’t even call it a job because they couldn’t even complete it. The worker claimed he couldn’t finish it that day because he didn’t have a nail gun with him so couldn’t put on the trim. It’s such a mess, I think we deserve a refund at this point.

They were so nice over the phone and actually sounded happy to chat and took their time 'listening' to me.The estimator was equally wonderful and took her time to explain everything to me and all my options. I also had a tight schedule, and they worked with me and had an installation crew out the very next week, in under 7 days. Everyone was on time, both for the estimate and the installation.The carpet was precisely what I ordered and came out beautiful. The installation crew was equally great and a joy to have in my house. Very respectful and detailed in their work. They also did a very nice job cleaning up.When I had previously called other companies, their bookings were way out, and I had to go to their showroom to select the carpet. Whereas KC Floorworx listened to what I wanted over the phone and brought just the right samples with them as they knew I had very little time to go to a warehouse.I highly recommend hiring this company. They are a smaller company and their attention to detail shows. They may be small, but their expertise was huge, and I am so happy I decided to support a smaller business. Oh, and pricing, very competitive and actually, came in less than their competitors. What more could a girl ask for.

We had to ask the lady working there for help numerous times and each time she would point in the general direction in which to go, but wouldn’t actually help us. We had picked out all of the tile for our new build, but ultimately walked out without ordering anything due to her unwillingness to assist us. Very disappointed.

Carmen Sambursky: We purchased floor tile for our kitchen from The Tile shop in March of 2019. The tile was on sale and in stock. My husband purchased a portion of the tile and we paid for it in full with cash. He went back to the store to purchase the remaining tile we would need and again paid cash, but this time they over charged him on the tile and they didn't give him the sale price. My husband told them to apply the extra credit they owed him to the grout we needed. He went back a couple of more times for tools, grout and such and always paid with cash but he told me they could never get their prices right and he caught them making several mistakes after ringing him up. When the time came for us to purchase tile for our kitchen backsplash we decided to go elsewhere because of the issues we had at The Tile shop.On June 17th, three months after we purchased the kitchen floor tile and paid for everything in full with cash. We received a phone call from Shelby at The Tile shop, she wanted to let me know that according to records we owe them an additional amount of money for the floor tile, over $200, and she tells me this amount will be placed on my credit card and she wanted to make me aware so I would know what the charge was for...She said if I had any questions regarding this charge I would need to contact the Corporate office. So, of course, I call the Corporate office and speak to a Customer Service representative and she tells me that the local store is responsible for this issue and it's between us and The Tile shop to figure out. Well this is not what Shelby indicated per our phone conversation. So a 2nd phone call was made to Shelby at the Tile store and we explained to her that Corporate said it was their error. At that point, we decided we were through with the back and forth blame game and told her that we had receipts to prove our purchases and that we were done and by no means were they allowed to use our credit card for any additional charges. How they had my credit card on file, I don't know, but if they did, it was from a previous purchase over a year ago, which they should have destroyed. I will finish this review by saying, we will NEVER shop there again.Follow up: On July 2, 2019 I did receive a call from The Tile Shop manager apologizing for their error.
