Jan Jordan: The workers did not have a diagram to go by. I wanted only the living room. They prepped the hallway also. Good thing I got there when I did. They took up the hallway tackstrips and pad. Even added a metal threshold to the uneven surface entering the bathroom. Carpet looks good. I will prepare a diagram next time.

Called again at 11:17am, James answered and said he would call me back after he converses with customers in store. 4:50pm, I finally get a call, but that was after requesting another quote online. Claims he was busy, but promised to call me back after he was done with the customer that he dealing with at 11:17am. Stay away from this company. I was a previous customer was treated like garbage. No call back, had to call multiple time to get help, was pushed away with "will call you back" but never happened. What a shame that you treat previous customers like this.

After calling numerous tile shops and contractors I could not find anyone willing to take the job for two reasons. One, because of the size of the tile and also the fear of chipping an edge. I came upon Drue and his company in a Google search. Drue came to my home the very next day and completed the work in outstanding fashion. Not only did he perform the exact cuts but then took it upon himself to polish the edges. You would be hard pressed to find someone of his talent not to mention how personable, friendly and professional he is. They are very helpful and provide good service. They also give you a $1,000 gift card if you purchase $10,000 worth in a year. That has helped my bottom line quite a bit. I would recommend the store to you even if you were only buying flooring for your own home

Tyson Brewer: Buyer beware: The name of the store would indicate that the items for sale are surplus or overstock. You may think you are getting a cheaper price on the same item you might get at a tile shop or big box store. This is not the case. The items for sale here are 'B Stock'. Typically they are weaker, chipped or out of square. As a tile layer, I charge more for installation when I see the tile came from here, because its always harder to make look professional.
