Tosha Grotenhuis: We were able to find in-stock carpet that worked well for our basement remodeling project. Best of all, it was installed within just a few days.
Jan Jordan: The workers did not have a diagram to go by. I wanted only the living room. They prepped the hallway also. Good thing I got there when I did. They took up the hallway tackstrips and pad. Even added a metal threshold to the uneven surface entering the bathroom. Carpet looks good. I will prepare a diagram next time.
April Adams: From the moment I walked into the Liberty store I was treated with outstanding customer service. The sales representative was incredible knowledgeable and was exceptional in her follow through. The installers were professional and did an incredible job on the stairs and all the floors. They were fast, thorough, and very polite. I am absolutely thrilled with with customer service, professionalism, and follow up from this company.

Brian Hale: Stay away from this company, especially James, their sales rep. I called at 10am at opening, he was already on phone, waited one hour. Called again at 11:17am, James answered and said he would call me back after he converses with customers in store. 4:50pm, I finally get a call, but that was after requesting another quote online. Claims he was busy, but promised to call me back after he was done with the customer that he dealing with at 11:17am. Stay away from this company. I was a previous customer was treated like garbage. No call back, had to call multiple time to get help, was pushed away with "will call you back" but never happened. What a shame that you treat previous customers like this.
Tami Atkinson: Great experience from Bob's in Independence. My salesperson (James) was very helpful with selecting my new flooring. They had someone out to measure quickly who also did a good job because there was very little left over.The two installers were outstanding! They were on time, friendly, and very respectful of my home. They were quick and efficient, helped move my furniture back exceeding my expectations. I would gladly have this installation team back for any future flooring!

They arrived right on time as scheduled, and the carpet looks (and feels) fantastic! The service men were fast and professional and left the workspace neat. And communication for scheduling was exceptional.I went with Big Bob's after an order with Lowe's went as sour as a wrestler's foot soaked in vinegar. Big Bob's was an improvement in every respect. Go with Big Bob's. I will again in a heartbeat.
