The selection in-store is wonderful, I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and I was able to take home nice sized samples (none of those tiny squares!). Getting the measurements was quick and painless - Chris worked around our schedule and was prompt, thorough, and on time. We were on a tight timeline but they were able to get us scheduled for installation quickly. Our installation experience was truly exceptional - if you get Scott, count yourself lucky! Our house is old so (like every project we tackle in the house) we ran into some unexpected obstacles but Scott was so patient, detail orientated, and clearly takes pride in the work he does. It would have been easy to cut corners and save time but he was meticulous and did things the right way and it shows! The carpet looks (and feels) incredible. Yes - it costs more than the box store but especially given the incredible customer service during installation it's worth every penny.

By July 8th I didn't even have a quote. I was then referred to Carpet Corner by a co-worker.I called Carpet Corner and Chris came out to my home same day with samples for me to choose from, measured the space, and provided me with a quote just a few hours later. I expressed my concern about needing a quick turnaround and he did everything in his power to get me the fastest installation date he could.We moved forward with listing our home and Chris went the extra mile to go to the warehouse and send me samples to have in the home during showings.Every time I call, no matter who answers the phone, they are friendly and patient with any questions I may have. (I called at least 3 times because I forgot the date and time of installation AND misplaced the instructions on what to do prior to installation. Yep, that person.)Shout out to Will and Kyle! For installation I only had to remove my fixtures from the room furniture and bedding and they took care of the rest. My walls and hardwood floors weren't scratched in the process. I currently work from home and was able to focus on my job while they worked just 30 ft away from me.We are thrilled with the outcome and will only use Carpet Corner for our flooring needs in the future. Jan Jordan: The workers did not have a diagram to go by. I wanted only the living room. They prepped the hallway also. Good thing I got there when I did. They took up the hallway tackstrips and pad. Even added a metal threshold to the uneven surface entering the bathroom. Carpet looks good. I will prepare a diagram next time.

Called again at 11:17am, James answered and said he would call me back after he converses with customers in store. 4:50pm, I finally get a call, but that was after requesting another quote online. Claims he was busy, but promised to call me back after he was done with the customer that he dealing with at 11:17am. Stay away from this company. I was a previous customer was treated like garbage. No call back, had to call multiple time to get help, was pushed away with "will call you back" but never happened. What a shame that you treat previous customers like this.

Melinda was awesome to work with in identifying in-stock options. Joe came out the next day to measure and made a recommendation that we go with another option on carpet color. Visited the showroom the next morning and went with his suggestion.....he was right!! They were able to schedule the install within 10 days even with very busy schedule. Sent a team of three awesome workers who DID NOT STOP moving all day to get the job completed in 13 hours. 1,800 square feet (entire second floor save tiled bathrooms) and two rooms on first floor and thirty stair spindles to work around. Towards the end of the job they realized they were missing the carpet for a bonus room off the master closet. Joe called to check on the job status and when I told him that he went and found the cut piece in the warehouse and ran it out to the crew (Lee’s Summit) so they could finish everything. The crew cleaned up everything beautifully!! We were so impressed and happy! Thank you BR Carpet!! I would highly recommend and we’ll be back when we need new carpet in our new home!

After our new house "settled", they sent someone to fix the crumbling grout and 3 foot carpet seam that was tearing apart and exposing the carpet tacks. A year later, both areas are a mess again. I realize we are further from the warranty they generally give, but if they were fixed correctly in the first place, we would not be having the same problems. I should not have to repair their carpet and grout every two years. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not have time to call and schedule repairs throughout the days of a school year, so I had to wait until summer, and now I'm getting 'the owner is out for a few weeks and we don't know how you have lived on the carpet since we fixed it'... I vacuum my carpet, I vacuum it... And the seams rip. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Chris Seymour: We recently completed a basement remodel for a family in Overland Park. BR Carpet sold and installed the carpet in the family room, bedroom, closet, and stairway. The folks at the office/showroom were great to work with. They provided samples for the homeowner to pick their color and grade. The carpet came in on time, the installers were friendly and efficient, and didn't damage the white painted baseboard while installing. Super easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

I thought the price was to high and the guys who put it in left me not only unimpressed but I had problems with the installation a few months afterwards. BR carpet changed my experience. I got a great price and the guys who did the job were great! Donald Wegener: I cannot even rate BR carpet. We built a new home and picked out our carpet in November 2016. The house was ready for carpet in January and the builder notified Leigh Ann to order. She informed us at that time that the carpet we picked out for the stairs was a special order and would take 3 weeks to get. My wife took off a 1/2 day of work to meet with Leigh Ann to select a different carpet for the stairs. My wife picked out a stair carpet that was in stock in the warehouse. Leigh Ann told my wife that the carpet should be at the store within 3 days. Well come to find out, the main carpet we picked out was a color they did not carry in the warehouse and it would take an extra week to get. Why was my wife not told that when she took the time off work and picked out the stair carpet? This company has no consideration for their customers and their time. Well the carpet came almost two weeks later and the installer came out yesterday to start. The installer called today and said his van broke down and he'd try to get there tomorrow, but couldn't promise anything. I will NEVER work with this company again. We could have been in our new home 2 weeks ago, if it weren't for this company.
