Jan Jordan: The workers did not have a diagram to go by. I wanted only the living room. They prepped the hallway also. Good thing I got there when I did. They took up the hallway tackstrips and pad. Even added a metal threshold to the uneven surface entering the bathroom. Carpet looks good. I will prepare a diagram next time.

Claims he was busy, but promised to call me back after he was done with the customer that he dealing with at 11:17am. Stay away from this company. I was a previous customer was treated like garbage. No call back, had to call multiple time to get help, was pushed away with "will call you back" but never happened. What a shame that you treat previous customers like this.

Getting the measurements was quick and painless - Chris worked around our schedule and was prompt, thorough, and on time. We were on a tight timeline but they were able to get us scheduled for installation quickly. Our installation experience was truly exceptional - if you get Scott, count yourself lucky! Our house is old so (like every project we tackle in the house) we ran into some unexpected obstacles but Scott was so patient, detail orientated, and clearly takes pride in the work he does. It would have been easy to cut corners and save time but he was meticulous and did things the right way and it shows! The carpet looks (and feels) incredible. Yes - it costs more than the box store but especially given the incredible customer service during installation it's worth every penny.

We had a large house full of new beautifully installed carpet before most places said they could even get the carpet in. Can't express how thankful we were that Chris made that happen. By July 8th I didn't even have a quote. I was then referred to Carpet Corner by a co-worker.I called Carpet Corner and Chris came out to my home same day with samples for me to choose from, measured the space, and provided me with a quote just a few hours later. I expressed my concern about needing a quick turnaround and he did everything in his power to get me the fastest installation date he could.We moved forward with listing our home and Chris went the extra mile to go to the warehouse and send me samples to have in the home during showings.Every time I call, no matter who answers the phone, they are friendly and patient with any questions I may have. (I called at least 3 times because I forgot the date and time of installation AND misplaced the instructions on what to do prior to installation. Yep, that person.)Shout out to Will and Kyle! For installation I only had to remove my fixtures from the room furniture and bedding and they took care of the rest. My walls and hardwood floors weren't scratched in the process. I currently work from home and was able to focus on my job while they worked just 30 ft away from me.We are thrilled with the outcome and will only use Carpet Corner for our flooring needs in the future. Highly recommended.

Not good when you have a dog and kids. They had to redo the stairs 3 times to get them right. The owner was supposed to call me but never has.

Nedra Jeffress: Do not purchase vinyl plank flooring from Weber's/Joe's. Their product is of poor quality and the customer service is terrible. Our vinyl plank was installed on June 1. There were chips and scratches on the planks that were installed. We contacted the company to have this fixed. Their schedulers were nonresponsive and they didn't take our complaints seriously even when documented with pictures. When they finally did respond, they didn't order enough materials to properly repair the planks. They were not apologetic about our experience. We moved furniture in and out of rooms multiple times thinking each visit would repair the entire job. Two and a half months later, we finally had the job finished after visits from 3 different crews and a repairman who fixed a hole in the sheetrock caused by the first crew. It is still not perfect but we were so worn down by the experience that we gave up to try to get our home back to normal.

Rachel Spears: I do not recommend using this company, period. I am currently 6 months pregnant, and the customer service has not made this process easy on me in the slightest. Here is my experience:I paid for the carpet and installation on Saturday, May 14th. On the following Monday I received a call from the salesman Ron saying that the next day he would have a BOL and be able to determine an installation date for me. During this conversation I stated I needed a week notice so I could get the old carpet removed and all of the furniture moved out of the carpeted area. Ron assured me he would call me within the next couple days to get installation scheduled. A week went by with ZERO communication from Ron or anyone else at the company. First Red Flag.I called the store on Tuesday the 24th of May and Ron let me know my install had already been scheduled for Friday the 27th of May. I was surprised and asked why I hadn't been called and given this information, to which he did not have an answer for me. Second Red Flag.I asked if someone would call me before the installers arrived at my property so I could make sure someone was there to let them in as I would be at work that day. Ron assured me that the installer would call when leaving their previous install and headed in my direction when we spoke on the 24th. I called the morning of my install date to confirm the install would be happening and that someone would be calling me before arrival to which Ron assured me again that someone would be calling me BEFORE arriving. This didn't happen either, the only way I found out that the installers were at my house was through my RING doorbell. Third Red Flag.At this point I was pretty upset, it feels like once they received my payment they were done communicating with me. So I called the store to confront Ron on this poor standard of business. That conversation also ended in disappointment. Ron did not apologize for the lack of communication that was promised to me, and he didn't seem to care much that I was audibly upset. He said he would let the installer's supervisor know that they did not call me before showing up. I asked him to provide the supervisor's information to me so I could contact him, to which Ron gave me a bad phone number that I could not reach anyone at.If you can go with a different company for your flooring needs, I highly recommend you do so. I will never be doing business with this company again. I 100% do not feel I was valued as a customer by them.

Tracy Shoate: The only place that sells large end roll or carpet remnants. Prices are ok but customer service could use some work. Kind of felt a little discriminated against.

I felt the initial quotes I got were very high. I went in to Weber Flooring and met Jackie. She hooked me up with the exact style and colors I was looking for and made the process very simple and easy for me, not to mention 1/4 of the price I was going to pay at a major retailer. The installers were fast and professional and did a very great job with the install. I could not imagine getting carpet from anywhere else. I have referred many friends there since meeting Jackie and getting the attention to detail you would expect from flooring experts. Lastly, they were very flexible with my install date. I was working around contractors and had to push the date 3 times. Never was there any concern or push back on our requests. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will definitely come back...hopefully not any time soon though, as we LOVE our new carpet!

The carpet installer Lyndon paid so much attention to the details, his craftmanship shows. We also had them do a custom area rug, and couldn't believe how well it was done and at a great price. KC Homeworx employs knowledgeable, top notch people and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

Diane Drew: This company was recommended to us by the plumber that did some work on our bathroom. They came out to grout and tile. The grout was put on too thick. It’s still running color grout and cracking. The young workers also poured grout down our bathroom sink so we had to call another plumber out to snake our drains. We tried to reach out a few times, they offered to come out and wipe the grout one more time, but we told them no. It was such a horrible job, “wiping” the grout won’t do anything if it’s cracking. It is literally cracking and still coming out every time we take a shower. At this point I’m afraid it will mold behind the wall. I’ve also emailed asking for a refund and have had no response. It’s such a horrible job, I can’t even call it a job because they couldn’t even complete it. The worker claimed he couldn’t finish it that day because he didn’t have a nail gun with him so couldn’t put on the trim. It’s such a mess, I think we deserve a refund at this point.

They also did a very nice job cleaning up.When I had previously called other companies, their bookings were way out, and I had to go to their showroom to select the carpet. Whereas KC Floorworx listened to what I wanted over the phone and brought just the right samples with them as they knew I had very little time to go to a warehouse.I highly recommend hiring this company. They are a smaller company and their attention to detail shows. They may be small, but their expertise was huge, and I am so happy I decided to support a smaller business. Oh, and pricing, very competitive and actually, came in less than their competitors. What more could a girl ask for.
