Maryjane MCluvin: Is it legal for them to tell me they can't help me at this time , gives no reason, and does not answer after that?? Is it even human for these said people that care to shun o one person with a disabled child who's power has been off for over a month?? You people truly need to revisit customer service classes . I've done nothing wrong besides all for their help bc that's where 211 Tesla everybody who lives in independence area to go to first. I've tried all resources NOTHING FROM ANYBODY

DK Miller: I went in over a month ago filled out the paperwork it was told I qualified to get help. I called to check status of that help and was told they did not have any application. I've gotten no help and they were not helpful

Teresa Watson-Snavely: They answer their phone when they are open on Wednesdays 9a-Noon. I've never been rude to anyone and they've been kind to me especially the guy that does the work.. Even the older guys sitting around offer to put my groceries in my trunk. Only downside is being open only one day and not being able to help with utilities. You have to go to Noland Rd for that and they are helpful but act like your a inconvenience to them. This one is the best
Elizabeth Shultz: I've called several times and nk one answers or I get told no, call back later ect. Also filled out application on line 3 times and have NOT heard anything.I don't understand why your in this type of job if you don't want to help people. 😕
Terrie Ingram: Some employees are rude. Do not believe that we are homeless. Like we would go around saying that for the hell of it.
Terrie: I do appreciate the food we were given however it was not very much for 2 adults 2 children and 2 dogs.when you are homeless we can't really use the frozen and refrigerator things. I wish they would give you something to drink. It really doesn't seem fair when a range rover drives up there asking for a hand out. Just saying. Go get a title loan!
