michelobjohn1: Beautiful Venue, very spacious with ample rest room facilities. Beautifully displayed tribute's to local veterans, loads of parking.
Communications Specialist: If there was a ZERO star option, that would have been my choice!!! No one ever answers the phone! When someone finally did - I was transferred, which ended up being dropped!!!

Jennie Renshaw: Bingo night had lots of fun and met new people
Effell Fluellen: Nice area, good and friendly workers, and very nice facility.

Glen McMulin: Great place for veterans to hang out. Fancy bar and great restaurant and they have a monthly paper with all the meals and events that are happening.
Eileen Hess: Wonderful, had a great time, good food, great drinks and great music. Wonderful waitress.
Lillian Simons: Someone needs to answer the phones that can actually help a veteran or spouse. All I get is an answering machine and then hung up on. No help at all.

Maryjane MCluvin: Is it legal for them to tell me they can't help me at this time , gives no reason, and does not answer after that?? Is it even human for these said people that care to shun o one person with a disabled child who's power has been off for over a month?? You people truly need to revisit customer service classes . I've done nothing wrong besides all for their help bc that's where 211 Tesla everybody who lives in independence area to go to first. I've tried all resources NOTHING FROM ANYBODY

DK Miller: I went in over a month ago filled out the paperwork it was told I qualified to get help. I called to check status of that help and was told they did not have any application. I've gotten no help and they were not helpful
