Vanessa Liddell: Kap and MacKenzie are phenomenal, amazing, exceptional! Truly all the good things! I have NEVER been to any hotel that instantly makes you feel like family. This property INSTANTLY welcomes you when you walk in, the staff are sooo hospitable and sweet and the leadership exude those same attributes. Sarah Kessler: Dirty and small rooms. If we ever came back, we’d have to get a room with a balcony to be able to walk around a bit. Row machine was broken… I don’t know why it was kept in the gym? Other than that, the kids loved the pool and staff was nice :) Also a nice lake to walk around to the playground.
Cross Family Fun: We only stayed overnight while we were passing through but it was a very nice and clean room. The grounds are beautiful and they serve a nice breakfast. If we’re ever in town for a longer visit we will definitely stay here.

Tyler Baughn: Rooms were nice, breakfast was OK, and the location was great. But the hot tub and pool were closed, so that was disappointing. The main thing that bothered me was that there were ants. Bought fudge from a candy store and put it on the desk to eat, but after a few hours, it was covered in ants, and so was my drink. Will not come back again till it's taken care of.
Krystyn Quinones: Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast not bad. The best part was walking our dogs around the lake. It is a protected lake so there were so many animals to see and the waterfalls were super cool. My 4 year old is obsessed with hotels and said this one was the coolest he's been too and that he is claiming it as his hotel. I wish they would expand just a little to reach the western U.S. as we would only stay here if they did.

Heather Rowland: My boyfriend found this hotel, when there was no availability at the hotel chain he usually books. What a quaint little find! I wasn’t sure what to expect when we first arrived, as it is pretty hidden among a somewhat residential area. But it was fantastic! Number one most important thing to me is cleanliness! This place is clean! I was impressed, and that’s not easy to do. I would go as far to say that every dollar I’ve spent somewhere else (and we’re talking about decades of 5-star hotels, $200-$300/night), was wasted on rooms that don’t come close to how clean this one felt!You sure can see the difference when a hotel is ran by the very people that have an “interest” in it. They are invested, and they treat it accordingly. We will visit again!!We even had a skylight in our room….do you realize how nice that is, to get real sunlight from above, in what’s normally a dark hotel room? 😍 Fantastic!! 👍🏼😁

Josh Herrman: A bit pricey. It's unique. The interior is a little weird. Place was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was pretty stuffy without AC. We think that they control the temp even though there is a thermostat in the room but we turned it down but it didn't help any. Breakfast was lame with weak coffee. Yes, this place is unique and has some character but we didn't think that it was worth the price. We probably wouldn't stay there again having experienced the place now.

Cassie Griffin: I had to go down to the front desk several times to get items that should have been in my room including toilet paper and linens for the pullout bed. I was not able to get an extra pillow for my husband because "guests steal those and we do not have any extra at this time". The breakfast was not edible. The gravy was watery and had no flavor. The eggs were sitting in water and the sausage was basically cardboard. Save your money and stay somewhere else because this location is poorly managed apparently.

Google User: The toilet and showers are old and stained. The staff steals and will come in your room without permission.The internet doesnt work and they REFUSE to call someone to fix it. The entire second floor, the ethernet ports do not work. The wifi doesnt stay connected.The snacks in the pantry are disgustingly over priced. $3 for a $1.50 bag of chips.Housekeeping comes once a week and I'm not talking about the deepclean. Sea Mac: The employees were terrific. The front desk was friendly. Kim listened to me and apologized when I checked out. In the morning during breakfast, I can't remember her name, but she was right there, ready to assist a guest if needed.The room, not so much. Checking in, there are no obvious queues to the customer that there are areas under construction...until you check in, walk past the front desk and then see the plastic, tape, and maybe some signage....maybe.As you walk to your room, at least in my case, you pass rooms with open doors and plastic haphazardly taped over the doorframe over the door. The stairways, unkempt, as the one I traversed had a toothpick on the steps for the four days I was there. The elevator, expect to spend a good portion of your stay in it, as it's the slowest elevator I've ever been in.So, my room, I will let the photos make the case. Signs of water damage on the ceiling, cracks in the walls, and really bad interior lighting. Unsealed doorframes, bad stucco, and lack of detail when cleaning were obvious.The basketball court. Two nights, I'm awake at 1 a.m. listening to someone play basketball outside.The room just wasn't what I expected from a Marriott property.

Adam Whitt: Stayed here 4 nights for a work trip. My biggest issue with my stay is that this hotel is currently under what I would call a major renovation from either massive water damage or an extreme remodel project. Half the hotel is gutted down to the studs mainly in the middle portions and the elevators were not working. Personally, I think they should let consumers know that their hotel is under renovation before booking. My room was clean on the surface but if you looked closely it was not by any means squeaky clean - I had chewed gum on my walls, and it was pretty obvious that the rooms were surfaced cleaned in any high touch areas. However, I had a suite style room that was spacious and comfortable for the most part. My only other issue with this hotel is the location, it is backed up into a small section of woods and attracted some shady activity. I opened up my blinds at 9 AM one morning and there was someone breaking into cars right in plain sight in broad daylight. They do have security on staff which I reported to immediately after seeing this. All staff I encountered were very friendly.

Mary K: This "premier" hotel is anything but. Very noisy a/c units. Questionable safety of parking lot. Numerous people have reported that their cars have been broken into in April and May 2023. There are two signs in parking lot that state all liability is on car owner, not the hotel. Spoke with Roman the manager who stated he'd hired security to patrol parking lot. None of this was explained at check in. We checked out and went to a better hotel which was $60 cheaper and a huge suite. (Hilton Homewood Suites). No refund on this hotel of course but we were not taking a chance in the middle of a 4000 mile trip.

WAS WARNED BY STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS NOT TO PARK PAST THE END OF THE BUILDING OR IN THE LOWER PARKING LOT I GUESS A LOT OF VANDALISM. INSIDE THE HOTEL IS NICE. AC DID NOT WORK REAL WELL SET ON 63 ROOM STILL WARM. TOILET FLUSHES SLOW AND SHOWER DRAINS SLOW. BREAKFAST IS GOOD BUT BAR AND RESTRAUNT IS EXPENSIVE AND BASIC NOT OUTSTANDING. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

MFPhoto1: This is a nice hotel with clean, good sized room, and quiet at nights. It is within walking distance of the sports complex. However there is nothing else of interest in the immediate area. I would not stay here again due to the location, except if I am going to a baseball or football game.The hotel restaurant/bar has a limited menu, Mainly it is deep fried bar food. The only other restaurants in the area are Taco Bell and Subway.The staff was friendly and helpful -- provided you could find them. The front desk was often unmanned, and calls from the room often went without anyone picking up at the desk.Unlike most other hotels, the air conditioning did not blow on the bed, so I had a comfortable sleep.

Alayna Bryan: This hotel is dumb. The hotel was overbooked but did not call to let our person, who had reserved the rooms very prior to visiting, know that they only had one room available for them. They waited until the night of while we were out to a concert to call and tell us that we would only have one room. The service in this place is ridiculous. I heard in the lobby that one man had waited over an hour for his single suites to be cleaned out. They should have had that done very prior to the check in time at 3pm. Then when we returned from the concert they told us there was nothing they could do and that the manager would have to call the following day to maybe give a refund. I would not suggest this place.

Nikki Mickelson: Just received a call ( two days before our reservation) saying that they had to cancel our reservation because it is an extended stay hotel and there were extended stay guests that decided to stay longer. No comp offered. Now we have to pay high prices for last minute reservations elsewhere because it is also a concert night.Disappointed.

jackson remacle: Maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, we payed for 2 rooms, one for two days and one for one day cause my uncle got here a day before us. The day we got there the check in personal was extremely rude and snippy when we asked when are second room would be ready, That I was sitting in there game room which was unlocked they promptly kicked me out with no reason and were quite rude about it. Not sure why had no time rules posed on it like the pool did so awful dissapointed

Jim C: We have stayed at Candlewood at least 9 weekends in the last year. The location is great and rooms are clean. And staff is friendlyHowever,things are changing. I have noticed a turnover in staff and well as management.With our last stay I was charged twice for a third night reservation(1st was made through Priceline)Long story short...the hotel would not return my calls after speaking with the manager..who BTW messed up the reservation.I finally had to contact my credit card company and they got the charges reduced (as of now)BUT NOT completely taken off. Better than nothing I guess.We will never return to this hotel.
Kaitlynn D: As always, the Candlewood Suites is a pleasure to stay at, this particular location even more so.I had to book two nights last minute due to inclement weather during my travels, and the front desk ladies were very accommodating. They got my dog and I into a last minute room and they were just overall very pleasant and sweet.The rooms are clean and filled with everything you could need for a short or extended stay, and the coffee in the room really is way better than other hotels.There is no complimentary breakfast at Candlewood Suites, but I vastly prefer their cupboard options, of which there are many.The facilities are plentiful and well-maintained, and this coupled with the lovely staff and clean and spacious room is why I continually seek out Candlewood over all other lodgings.Thank you all for your hard work, especially during the holidays, and for being so kind to my pup and I as we were stranded by the winter storm.
