Sean Crahan: I called them on a Saturday morning looking for a part for my dryer. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Without any prompting from me the sales person went through his database and found the part for me at a competitor near my location that had it in stock and was open on Saturday. That is some truly amazing service. I wish Appliance Parts Central had the part I needed because I really would love to have spent my money with them. There are several appliance repair parts stores closer to where I live but Appliance Parts Central will be my first call from now on. It will be worth the extra drive to patronize a business that offers this kind of service. I also appreciate that on their Google maps listing they note that they are LGBTQ+ friendly. While I am not LGBTQ it's very important to me that everyone be treated fairly and equally.

Dani Bara: Service was good, price seemed a bit high. Didn't need the part after all. Wasn't allowed to return because the part was shipped to the store. You should add that information to the receipt. Or at least inform the customer. I'm okay with paying a restocking fee or shipping. That didn't seem to be an option.I wish the communication would have been better regarding a "special order" at the time we spoke. If I would have know the part couldn't be returned, I wouldn't have order the part. Seems ridiculous the part can't be returned.

A. Dennis: I walked in at 9am on a cold Saturday morning, was greeted within a few seconds after walking in. They helped me find the dryer I needed, made payment, and was out in less than 10 minutes (my kind of service!). Dryer was delivered and installed before 12pm and they hauled off my old dry. Brett Case: We bought a brand new washer and have had nothing but issues with it since we bought it a month and a half ago at this point. This company has been at our house 3 times now to “fix” our washer. Between the 3 visits they were maybe in our our home a total of 10 mins. Glad it’s “warranty” work because I would not pay them for these services… 2 of the 3 technicians were very rude and acted like we don’t know how to use a washer. One even came on and was like “ready for a lesson how to use a washer?” I’m 28 years old and I moved out of my parents house 10 years ago. I know what I’m doing, this is just a bad product. I have never had a washer throw itself around a room like this. There are so many dents from the drum throwing itself around. They were here yesterday and now today it is doing the same thing. I go to call the warranty company for the 4th time now in a month but they are closed for a holiday that is on Monday… it’s Friday… so now no washer all weekend again for us. I just have never had techs that didn’t care to fix the issue or have ever been talked to like that. So unprofessional.Service:Washer/dryer repair

When I didn't get a reminder call the day before, I tried to contact them but they had closed their phone lines due to limited staffing or something. Then they wouldn't put me back on the schedule immediately, so I had to wait another week before a tech could even come to diagnose the issue. Three months in and I still don't have a working washer.

Melissa Drummond: Diamond Factory is the company that Whirlpool/Maytag uses for warranty claims of their appliances. The technician not only didn’t fix the issue (I had to have another service company out to fix the problem), but damaged my home in the process. My cabinets and walls all have dents, digs, and scrapes. Repeated emails to Mike Monken went unanswered. He even ignored messages from Whirlpool/Maytag after I asked them to get involved in the issue. If you use this company, make sure to take before pictures of your home so you can prove damages. I would also recommend checking your home for damages before allowing the technician to leave. Better yet, just go with a different company.Service:Washing machine repair

The problem is that I haven't received my invoice in my email (I've checked all folders including junk email) so that I can file it to my homeowners insurance. First guy, clogged sensor. Didn’t work so I called. Scheduled another appt, took off work. 3:00-6:00 was appt time. Received a call at 5:30, they were ordering a part and wouldn’t be out. A week later came and changed the part…that didn’t work. Washer still skipping cycles. Called back right away, appointment scheduled a week later. A different guy came out, he said he needed to order two parts and would be back in a week. He came, switched out the parts. My husband was home at the time, I got home started laundry and guess what…it didn’t work still skipping cycles! Called about an hour after they left, scheduled an appointment for today. The guy didn’t show up, just called and said they were ordering parts. They were supposed to come here and call tech support however…NOPEService:Washing machine repair
courtney Elkhatib: Don not, I repeat DO NOT use this company had them come to my house 4x through whirlpool. Man broke my dishwasher causing to leak bubbles out of bottom part of door. Argued about the problem then refused to fix issue. Rescheduled with whirlpool to have a different technician to come out, and Diamond refused to service based on what the 6’5, long nasty scraggly looking haired man said. He was very unprofessional, and lazy. Do not use this company they do not back up their work and refuse service when they are in the wrong. This is the other review I left with google as well Do not I repeat DO NOT pay for service through this company. They were scheduled through whirlpool the tech literally poured vegetable oil in my dishwasher, lifted it because it was unlevel causing it to leak from bottom. Stormed out of my house refusing to fix after he had been here 3 other times. Now Diamond is refusing to come back out based on whatever the 6’5 long scraggly hair man said. Customers are treated poorly, and they break your appliances, argue with you and then refuse service. Poor company, poor customer service. Do not schedule an appointment through them.

Repair man arrived on time and left 10 minutes later after adjusting the level. Exact same thing happened on the 2nd appointment. On the 3rd service call the same repair man (that called to see if he could come 2 hours early) said I needed to shim the refrigerator!!! Last time I visited the decor was too heavy. Rooms were too dark and beds weren't so great. DJ Hermen: The buzzkill fun police Bethany at the front desk screamed at us for having an “open container.” Instead of being polite and using appropriate customer service skills she decided to go the opposite direction. Claims that Independence MO has a law about having an alcoholic beverage in a lobby. If that’s the law/rule, fine, but we are likely from out of town since we’re at your hotel. Rudeness gets one star ratings and the next time we visit KC to see the Ambush play we’ll stay elsewhere. Lots of options, and Bethany lost your business.

Rheva Myhre: It was a perfect, easy stop on our drive from Washington State to Tennessee. Great location, good price, clean and comfy bed, nice breakfast. The biggest downside was that when we arrived at 11pm, exhausted from 13 hours of driving, the front desk people were pretty scattered and low key bothering each other and it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. They were nice enough, just not very efficient. Anyway, the room and bed were very comfortable and clean. We had a great sleep.We were very pleasantly surprised about the breakfast. None of the other motels we stayed in on this trip even offered breakfast, and this one had sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, which we both love. The fruit and granola bars rounded it out nicely.I would absolutely stay here again (I’ll just factor in some extra time for the front desk to be confused about how to charge the deposit).

Only negatives: tiny bathroom and no elevator so two flights of stairs. Stairwell smelled smoky on the first floor, then had a strong “cover up the smoke smell with air-freshener” odor. But I’d be willing to stay here again.

Theodore Jackson: A clean room, comfortable bed, good TV & a good breakfast make this place a winner. Sure, it may be a little old, but it was a great price especially for a last minute booking in the KC area where so many hotels are overpriced. I'm not sure what so many of the negative reviewers expect for a hotel in this price range. Honestly, I've paid more for much worse. It's a Super 8, not a downtown luxury hotel that will pamper you. No elevator so keep that in mind if mobility issues are a concern.

Travis R: Honestly kinda gross. The pros are that the towels are nice and the front office lady and her dog were too. Walking into my room i had to throw an old orange peal off the floor away, room is visibly worn, try to take a shower and as a fit male could barely pull the plunger up to engage showerhead fully. Hot/Cold water just as difficult to turn while the water also conveniently sprays out soaking the bathroom floor. Went to go to bed and left side of mattress is shot. This could all be yours for $120, or not
