Jacobduke71: Adequate space outside to walk to pup. The only thing to note negative about this Residence inn is the fact most rooms aren't elevator accessible which is a huge inconvenience for someone like me who lives in hotels for atleast a month at a time and have actual luggage I have to carry up flights of stairs. Other then that the lady at the front desk was nice and the rooms were clean and what you'd expect from a Residence inn

Cody Croan: This is an awesome place to train. It helps all individuals, from kids to adults. This school has it all. I've been training there for over five years now and I love it. They have self-defense several self-defense training systems. They also teach traditional Okinawan weapons. I love that we get that traditional material, and what's even better is that we get to learn the application of the techniques. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy what I'm learning at this school. I get a broad curriculum and detail of each technique all in multiple systems in one school. The Chief Instructor and owner, Sensei Brown, is awesome and is an 8th degree black belt as of this review. Give them a call if you interested in/want to get training for yourself and/or your family.Update 9/14/2022: I still stand by my original review above! Absolutely love training here. This is hands down the best martial arts school to train at.

Kimberly Guest-Jarrell: Service was poor. The owner/manager was suboptimal at best. I have recently joined Best Western as a member and have been a long standing member of Hilton/Hampton. We have been pleased with Best Western Plus, but the SureStays lack and are not consistent.The pool at this location opens at 12 and check out is 11, so if you only are staying the night, morning swimming may be a challenge. After we asked 3 times and had our littles with us, they did open for us, for that I am grateful.The beds were clean, another plus, but there is a funny smell through, almost like too much air freshener.Evidently there was an egg shortage (owner) so breakfast was biscuits and gravy with sausage. It was good just very limited compare to next door (Hampton), which we went the following day due to the very poor responses by the owner/manager.The communication was so poor that I will never attempt a SureStay again. Especially if the Hampton is next door.As a note, we were willing to stay again since they did open the pool, but the price increases for each room we were in by 50 per night. The owner was willing to work with us but the best he could do was still $60 more than what we could get at Hampton. (We are reward members at both). I was even willing to change rooms for the price, but he did not want to do that either, though I could book on the BW app for $40 less than the price I was requesting.The owner said they were booked up and basically we would be lucky to get his deal. (The parking lot was pretty empty that evening, so there must be many without cars). We chose to go next door.Hampton was so exceptional! Very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing and though they closed at 9 brought out more food for the patrons that were late. They had omelets, yes, real egg and cheese. They had a person checking to make sure everyone was fed before closing it down. They even had bagged breakfast for those in a rush that you could grab on the way out.The Hampton pool opens at 9, so if you have kids, was available after breakfast and check out is not til 12. I really do not like giving reviews like this, but it goes to show how extremely important customer service is.

When we went out to get our luggage and park the car, he went to our room and turned on the AC in our room! Sree: I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and served hot. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the motel was outstanding, and it was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining a pristine environment. Bethany Still: I booked our room online and was not told prior to booking that they require $100 cash on top of the room payment in order to stay the night. There is no option of holding your cc on file - just sorry, we need $100 cash. There's the atm. The front counter attendant was extremely rude, and the room smelled like dog, was dirty, the chair cushion was in shambles, and the whole thing was dimly lit. It's, by far, one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in.
