Jason Steele: So I'm giving a 4 star because of a few reasons. So the good first. The sales staff are honest and not pushy. The management is as well. They are also customer first. They want you happy no matter if your buying new or pre-owned. This was my third car I purchased and the first with any negative issues. These issues came from a third party vendor they trusted to do the work on the car as like everyone they don't have enough people. I have done several repairs now as have they due to this person. The other issue is they could be better at letting eager customers know what's going on. Lack of communication in house lead to frustrating situations. All in all its a great place to buy a car or truck. I have and still tell family and friends go here.

Christina Walker: Traded in a beauty with leather seats because I thought I was getting a deal but the price given when I picked the car was much different from what I actually payed. The night I picked the car, after my trade in I should’ve only had 30k left so I payed half. The next morning after looking over my paperwork, I noticed the form from the night I signed for the car the first night I came in was gone and I had only the loan agreement of 33k left to pay. I thought it was interest so I went back to put more money down and I still own 20k but if everyone there was honest it’d be only 10k. I’d recommend coming with a camera and taking photos of all documents just in case something is switched and you sign unknowingly because all purchases are final.

I also don't understand why Landmark does not do CARFAX reporting. Unfortunately this alone would keep me from buying a vehicle there. Also, last time I was at Landmark they had coffee available for customers waiting on repairs, so I didn't bring any coffee with me this time..ooops, no coffee available. A little disappointing but thank you for having bottled water available.

Mike Vanderwoude: Been looking for a Grand Cherokee for about a month about gave up and came across one with no pics posted yet due to it just coming to the lot. I decided I was going to go look at it only knowing it had low miles. Long story short met Blessing, nicest guy ever spent almost half the day just talking and having a good time. Also he got me what I wanted everyone was also nice and trying to work with you. Sometimes you didn't have to ask like getting a lower Apr. They did what they could to make it great for the customer. Most dealers will just try to sell you whatever as long as they make the sale. Didn't feel like this here and if I ever get another car I will definitely be coming back.

Frank gave me the bad news that the previous service department in Olathe stripped my lug key. He helped me order a new one and within 2 days we were able to change the back tires. Amber Larson: To start off I have only driven jeeps & I come from a family who has only driven jeeps for the last 20-30 years. I took my 2013 wrangler in due to loud fan noise, no service lights on. I was told the check engine light was on because head gaskets were out & a possibility of once they get into the engine I could need a whole new engine. I was also told the brakes needed replaced & there was an oil leak (which had been fixed 1 month prior…oil was just still there…which the mechanic who fixed the leak said it would be like that for a bit till it all came out). Adding all the repairs up it was about $7,500.I brought my jeep to a mechanic in my hometown & was told nothing was wrong with my engine & my brakes would need to be done but not right at this moment. He’s been a mechanic for almost 40 years & stated he has never had to change a head gasket in that type of engine but once due to a wreck. I personally feel Reed jeep was taking advantage of me & will not be back. I take great care of my cars & always have routine maintenance done & always have it checked if I notice anything wrong with it.I feel Reed Jeep was taking advantage of the fact I have an older jeep in good condition & being a female they felt they could scare me into trading it in, getting a sale out of it & a great used car to put on the lot with low balling me with the trade in. I will not be back & will definitely tell people to stay away. If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would. If you’re a female definitely stay far away.
Covid 19: Great experience! Ask for Isela! She was great, very patient with me while I made the important decision on a new vehicle purchase. She didn’t treat me like a dollar sign like most sales people do she treated me like family. When I pulled the trigger and purchased she answered all my questions and was quick to close me out and have me driving off in my new vehicle. Fastest purchase experience ever because like most people my life is busy.
J: Had my jeep for almost 4 years and I've been to the service center and the repair/collision center. My experience at the collision center was horrible, but it was my most recent visit to the service center that compelled me to leave a review. Long story short, they never do what I ask, they never answer what I ask, and whenever I have asked for a part number, they say they wrote it down on the receipt, but never do.. my fault for walking off and not checking, but this has happened twice now. They also sent 2 surveys this past time and both surveys I requested to be contacted by someone from the dealership and they never did. My neighbor owns a jeep as well & said he's had a bad experience at Reed as well and will be traveling to another dealership even though this one is really close to use.

Ryan Prettyman: Our 2021 Pacifica has been taken there a few times because of minor things that couldn’t be fixed, took it in for the notorious Pentastar valve train noise of which I was told it was normal until it comes out of my pocket I’m sure. They agreed to replace our side mirror that the glass popped out of, got the vehicle back and window wouldn’t roll all the way down. I immediately knew they didn’t route the mirror harness properly, so I decided to fix it myself instead of making the 70 mile round trip and then sit there for two hrs, not only was I right when I took it apart but the wire harness was not secure either, window almost cut the wire harness in half. I’m a huge fan of Mopar but all the negative experiences I’ve had with their warranty is a joke!

After my first experience with them several years back while visiting my daughter, I scheduled my service around my visits given the incredible job Lee’s Summit Dodge does. I just bought a used Bighorn from a dealer in Belton, MO and passed on a free oil change from them and paid Lee’s Summit to do it based on my confidence in their work and reliability!

DNutzSixty9's Channel: I purchased a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee from this dealership back in 2019, and have only had to do the usual maintenance work and oil changes done at the dealership throughout these years. A couple of weeks ago my check engine light came on, and after having that checked plus a full diagnostic check, it was determined one of my cylinders had misfire/malfunction issue and BAM I need a new engine!! I purchased the car used at around 26,000 miles, with manufacturers warranty plus extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. My Jeep made it to roughly 104,000 miles all to end up with a blown engine. Dealership sales rep did not care about anything yet just acting like that was normal for an engine to fail with normal use on a 4 year old car purchased from the same dealership. I only had to get oil changes and filters changed, but no signs of the engine problem the entire time.

Juli Idleman: A year or so ago saved me thousands by doing a regular alignment on one of my vehicles after another service shop concluded proper alignment could not be achieved without thousands of dollars in repairs. Just recently on a newly purchased vehicle saved me almost four thousand dollars by catching a necessary repair within the 90 day warranty period the seller provided, then worked with the seller so they could cover the repairs (kudos to the seller as well for being good to their word).Dealership service shops are definitely less convenient, certified a bit more expensive... But I have walked away from every experience here grateful for any time and/or money spent. 😎

Ali D: Waited four months for a transmission replacement under warranty for a 19 ram 1500 very bad communication .poor communication try to overcharge1500 $after I was told that all I had to pay was for a one part that I paid for and left in the truck so I paid for the part $400 and then they charged me another $370 to install and then they try to charge $1,300 without my authorization for other stuff and my passenger side door had a thing on it that was not on there from before but I was not going to argue with him so I just took the vehicle

When I went to pick my car up the air was still blowing out hot air. So I had to leave it there for two more days. The rep I had terrible communication. I had to constantly call for updates. I spoke with someone who I assumed to be a supervisor and all I was given was excuses for their mess ups. I expressed my dissatisfaction with them multiple times and was simply told that they were trying their best. If you can get your vehicle serviced somewhere else please do so.

For the first time I was shown “under the hood” systems that require maintenance and their frequency. Therefore, many of the fluids have not been flushed/changed over 94,000 miles.Based on the history of receipts the service provided charged was “oil change/lube and multi-point inspection” since vehicle purchase in 2015.I do not expect to be spoon-fed the requirements for service. I do expect the Service Advisor to provide guidance so I can make decisions.This recent experience puts a gray shadow over the dealership. Appreciate the opportunity to prove feedback.

Ben Koca: I took by car in for an oil leak last year. I knew I had a leak because I had oil spots on my driveway where I park everyday. They mechanic told me everything was fine and there was no sign of leaking. I told him to check again. Same thing -- he assured me there was no leak. He then charged me $75 for changing my oil.3 months later, my oil tank is dry as the desert. Literally ZERO oil in it. I got my mechanic cousin to check it out when he was in town, and he found the leak in 2 minutes. Clear as day. He said "either he's a blind man fixing cars or he straight up lied to you." DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are untrustworthy and will ignore any problem with your car to get more business from you.

They greeted me with a warm welcome and work with me to the best of their ability, never tried to pull any fast ones on me , they broke down everything (2x)to make sure I understood what’s going on. And I ended leaving with a brand new dodge 2023 charger for a fantastic deal with premium warranty coverage at a great monthly rate. You really have to go see it to believe it but i promise I’m not lying! They gets it done!

The service department stripped my oil plug on the car I've taken to only this location and then didn't want to replace it unless I paid for an oil change at their location, so they gave me a plug for someone else to replace. The service person I talked to was incredibly rude and tried telling me it doesn't cover under my warranty which is 100,000 miles. My car was at mid 60,000 miles. Regardless of the warranty they didn't want to fix something one of their service people created unless I paid for $115 oil change. The sales manager said they'd take care of it. But when I got there the service manager backed the service employee up and completely disregarded the way I was treated over the phone. I've been coming to this location since 2019 when I bought my vehicle and doing all maintenance with them. I will not be buying from them again nor taking any of my vehicles to this location. I would strongly discourage anyone from coming here as well.I've been going to this location since December of 2019 when I bought my 2020 Dodge Durango R/T. The sales people were kind and answered all my and my husband's questions. I have continued to go here to the service department for oil changes and a tire rotation. They too have been friendly. They do a great job. Thank you!

Jason Shirk: Service manger refused to warranty negligence. This is clearly not wear and tear, this damage was caused during their service. The engine was pressing the cooler line down onto a bolt. I told the tech what was wrong and I have pictures of it. State Line Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram installed the engine roughly 9 months ago did not stand by their warranty. I will not return and I would not trust their techs to work on my vehicle. I had a trusted technician look at the truck and in addition to the cooler line damage he found missing bolts, cables routed incorrectly and covers not fastened.I should also mention State Line Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram inspected the engine and completed a recall on the engine within a few months of it failing. I noticed the engine was louder after the service and even called to speak to them about it. I never received a call back and the engine failed shortly after.

Headlights dont work because of the fuse box and check engine light came on from hole two days after getting it Spent nearly $9000 on a car that needs a bunch of repairs. :/-----UPDATEMy husband and I aren't much for confrontation and assumed we were sold a bad car because well that's how a lot of used car places are. However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would definetly recommend buying a car from here!

Christian Jackson: I had a terrible experience with this store. While my salesman was solid and did his job to the best of his ability, anyone else I dealt with (manager, finance, etc) did not seem like they had any intentions of wanting to help me. They put me in a car that broke down a month after I bought it. When it broke down, they told me they couldn’t fix it and that I would have to get something different. But since this was considered my trade in, it had no value so it increased my payments drastically. They basically forced me to get a different car which almost doubled the price of my payments. The only thing they did to help me was allow me to drive a rental while I found a new car. If you do get a car from them , DO NOT GO TO SARA IN FINANCE! Ask for Marie. Marie helped me with the first car and she was nice and helpful. Sara was yelling through the glass and having a conversation with one of her coworkers while helping me with paperwork. She then asked Siri to call her son , put it on speaker, and had a complete side conversation about a school project while doing my paperwork. And the icing on the cake, was this entire situation forced me to pay sales tax on 2 cars. And both times , they gave me the wrong number of how much I was suppose to pay. Management also tried to blame part of the reason the car broke down on me by saying I put 20,000 miles on the car. Which is IMPOSSIBLE because I had the car for a month. From my experience solely, I would not recommend this place for a used car. I know people who got much better experience from other places .

Stephanie Hiegel: Very fast, friendly service. Extremely overpriced. I had to pay a very steep price of almost 800 dollars just for a windshield wiper motor (in stock) for my jeep. This is why I try my best to avoid dealerships.
Brandon Woodward: Initially excited about my purchase but I am changing the review. I realized I was duped in financing. Added length to my term and charged me thousands on my loan. I was told this "extra coverage" was included with Alli financing. Salesman never followed up with a call when my title arrived as he said he would. When I picked up the title I was not even greeted. I will not recommend this dealership. I have other issues as well that I will refrain from the review, but I definitely feel things were not disclosed to me that should have been. Supposedly I have a free first oil change but that was probably a lie as well. Even if they would honor it I'd rather take the car elsewhere. I should have read every document. This is on me for trusting people.

It's been almost 3 weeks now and still nothing. I've emailed Jeff Solomon multiple times and he hasn't replied. I've been bring my car here for 5+ years and this is the worst I've been treated. The service rep Clayton had NO empathy and no one shown any concern for the issues this whole situation has caused me. I'm still reaping the consequences of this ordeal and the dealership is unconcerned.

He listen and told us what he would have that would meet our needs. We test drove a Pacifica, liked it but needed to check out other options. Gary Kiefer: After contacting Dodge and SRT and calling dealers for a few hours I finally found a dealer that could order me a Challenger Hellcat. I asked them what it would take to start the order. Olathe said you will have to pay 20,000 over MSRP.Well, you can imagine how disappointed I was.Why would a dealer do that to a veteran, who only wants to have a chance at a little bit of excitement.It is pure greed and a slap in the face.
