Northtowne Fiat of Kansas City: what do users think?
Merry Wood: Good customer service
Tim Noland: Scott in the service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.
Amanda Blair: Talked to John. He was very knowledgeable about the fiats that I'm looking into buying. He was also very nice in running out to tell anyone that showed up not to slip on the ice in the shaded driveway.
Zehara A: Irresponsible service forgot to put back together steering wheel cover screws and rest of my battery back together. What I’m upset about is the person at the desk mentioned it was extra screws I didn’t need and to throw it away. Glad I didn’t listen and put the rest of my battery attachment by myself. Because I’m women they thought I would just take their word. If you don’t know just say so instead of lying. I don’t even want my car anymore if that’ the only place I can go to for Fiat. Apparently safety isn’t a concern.
J. Bithell: The salesman were kind of uppity snobish no enthusiasm very laid back for a salesman didn't send you interested other than that the cars were nice everything is nice and clean beautiful showroomZqLl
Robert Perez: Great parts department fast service !
Zac Swade: Find elsewhere to service your Fiat. They charged me an hour for diagnostics and we’re wrong. Claimed I needed 2 gaskets in excess of $900 to fix the oil leak. The vehicle I have is not leaking oil, it is coolant. I told them this when I took it in. I ended up taking it to a shop I trust and they said it is coolant before taking off the skid plate or oil pan.Service writers and technicians, I feel, are just trying to increase their labor hours. How can you not know the difference between oil and coolant?? If I were that bad at my job I’d be fired before lunch.
Marie Lucero: I started off on a cross country road trip, and on the first day my little wrench light came on. I knew I needed an oil change (that I could not get scheduled before I left), but didn't know if I had additional engine trouble, so I stopped in KC and called Northtowne Fiat. They said they were booked but bc of my situation said they would squeeze me in. I arrived at 8am and within an hour I was on my way with no engine problems and the oil change done! Thanks for saving my vacation schedule!
Casey Morris: Coorey Sweet was the best salesmen I've seen in a long time. He let me drive what I was interested in and told me what was likely to work with my finances. I really liked his no pressure approach to sales. I'm driving a brand new 2012 Mitsubishi Mirage with 25 miles on it! Please come to Northtowne and enjoy the car buying experience with Coorey Sweet and buy an Alfa Romeo!
blake D: Their alarm is constantly going off causing more noise pollution from anything I’ve ever experienced in my neighborhood. One of the most annoying things I’ve experienced since moving into what is normally a wonderful neighborhood in the north land.
Adam Lentz: My entire experience with this dealer was disappointing from the start. First off, I submitted a trade value report for my current vehicle, and no one ever contacted me regarding it. When I finally spoke with an actual person regarding the vehicle that I was interested in (Coorey), he confirmed that the vehicle was available, and we corresponded regarding my trade. Hours later, I received an email from him telling me that the vehicle was selling the next morning. He knew that I was very interested and was trying to make a deal. There was no communication from him that there was another person interested in the vehicle. Aside from this, they had the car for 256 days, and the day that I would have likely purchased it from them, they sell it to someone else?! I feel like the car was sold out from under me. This whole experience was especially disappointing as I'm extremely picky about the cars that I buy. When I finally make a decision, it's a big deal for me. The whole thing just seems fishy, and the lack of communication from the start is unacceptable. I would definitely be careful buying from this dealer.
Fixitbub Fixitbub: Went in today for a oil change and air filter. They did a brake inspection and checked tires.... I had a 930 appointment and I was 3 minutes early, left at around noon and cost 160 dollars. 🙄
Ruthie Rinehart: Service team was prompt and efficient.
p beyer: Friendly staff, identified a couple small things that needed to be done. Only wished they exercised distancing and masks. Customers did but not employees.
Bravo Echo: An oil change shouldn't take two hour when your appointment was at 8:30am, which is the earliest they have.
Maranda Pinup: Super friendly but maps took in circles
Randall Espeland: Best little car ever made.
Lori Rausch: Coorey is the type of salesman everyone should be! Truly kind and cares about what you want!
Brad Chirnside: John Howe is a straight shooter. Very passionate and knowledgeable about Fiat and Alfa Romeo. He spent time just educating us on vehicles that we were not going to buy, just because he thought they were cool. The 4c coupe is a beast. We ended up buying a Fiat Abarth because of the small size fitting in our garage and the fact it’s the fastest of the tiny 500 series. With Fiat Abarth purchase you get a complementary racing school. My wife’s other cars are Audi A5 and a mustang Gt350. She has received two racing schools now! For the money and size an Abarth is hard to beat. Thanks John for putting up with so many questions. Brad
Micheal Salmon: Didn't care to give me the time to look up my warranty information even though I spoke to them on the phone previously. They bounced me around, and only after I spoke to another dealership did I get my errands handled.
Joel Romp: These guys are excellent, got me into a new car awhile back and I didn't think it was possible. The car is amazing, the service here is like family always friendly and helpful.

INFINITI at Kansas City: what do users think?
David Naumann: We have purchased 3 Infiniti’s from this dealership and really value the level of customer service they have provided. I was disappointed to learn today they have discontinued loaner cars for many service orders. Their service techs are excellent and I feel like this dealership has treated us well. I understand the need to make business decisions but customer service has been a high value differentiator for me. I need to purchase another vehicle in the next 8 months and another one a year later. The scale back in loaner cars definitely impacts my loyalty. I can’t rationalize a premium product and average service levels.Follow-up: thanks for the reply. All three vehicles are beyond warranty, and your loaner program is very limited at that point.
Kathy Bracken: Randy Robertson help me out. Super Friendly and very Kind
Lori Macadam: Mo, thank you for responding so quickly in the morning and making the sale so easy in the evening! You made the process go so smoothly and answered all our questions about our new QX50! I would highly recommend reaching out to Mo if you are looking for a new Infiniti!
Gary Higer: Start to finish, Randy Robinson was friendly, kind, courteous and professional. He worked with me to get the best deal possible on my vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Infiniti of KC, and when you go, ask for Randy. He'll treat you well!
Travis Curley: Go see Randy Robinson, he made the process quick and easy!
Pat Jones: Great service from Erika!
Sumit Patel: Great staff, great service. Always satisfied.
Ola Lawal: I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Infiniti of Kansas with the purchase of my Infiniti QX80. The salesman - Mr Ramez Zaki reached out and communicated effectively and regularly with me to ensure that I am well taken care of and also that all my questions were answered.Mr Zaki also picked me up at the airport even though my flight to Kansas City was slightly delayed. I will definitely purchase my future Infiniti vehicle with the Infiniti of Kansas and recommend them to other friends and family. Thanks
Mark Adams: I have bought 2 cars this year from them. So far happy with them.
Peter Harakas: We got 2 new cars here. Randy Robinson was our salesman . We appreciate his patience and knowledge. I highly recommend Randy and Infinity of Kansas City
Matt Snively: Great service experience! We dropped our car off unannounced with just a check engine light on and Spence and the team kept us updated, handled our warranty claim, and made the repair (turns out we got a whole new engine!) very easy for us.
Linda Anderson: Infiniti of KC is a high-end car care dealership. They take care of their clients and make them feel comfortable and valued. I don't take my QX60 anywhere else. As a realtor, I put so many miles on my car it's ridiculous, and drive in all types of weather. There isn't enough compliments I can give them, they one of my business tools.
Amor A mi: Great service!!! Great dealership no one is pushy! Everyone is super nice ! I love it ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Johnathan G: Nice folks but beware. If you want to use your own bank add 1,000 dollars to any used car price and then add another 1,398 dollars in non optional fees. That’s 2,398 dollars over price over a 20% hike. My 11,000 car quickly went from average/good price to “are you kidding me. On a 40,000 car whatever dealers are dealers but on a 11,000 car for my daughter is a cruel exploitation of the market. I am still in the market but businesses with predatory fees don’t deserve mine.
Ricardo Ruiz: Never fail to amaze me with the level of customer service I receive here. Quite possibly the best in KC. Talk to Derek Parsons in the service center; tends to your needs no questions asked.
Rebecca Atkinson: Let me just say WOW!! I just recently purchased a vehicle from here. Randy Robinson was my sales associate. He made the experience fun and relaxing. During the whole process he made me feel relaxed and confident in the purchase of the vehicle while answering honestly with all my questions. Just want to say thanks again for the wonderful experience!
Katie King: I take my Murano here and I will never take any car anywhere else. The level of customer service at this dealership/service department is unmatched. They have made me a Nissan/Infinity customer for life. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new Nissan or Infinity or needing service on their current vehicle go to Elevated Nissan Infinity. More specifically Dave has handled my claim and has been dealing with the warranty company for me. He has gone above and beyond the level of customer service and is consistently friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Terance Lard: The best dealership in Kansas City. They listen to the customer and work to get you in the vehicle you really want!
Maddie Quinn: Spence was the absolute best, he made my experience so great! This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership and I will continue to go back because of the incredible customer service. Spence went above and beyond and made you feel like more than just a customer, highly recommend!
April Jorgensen: We drove from OKC to purchase a vehicle here and it was the best experience! Generally, I very much dislike the car sales process. I don't like being pushed into a decision and I certainly don't like feeling that I paid too much. However... We worked with Mo to purchase a very nice Jeep they got in on a trade. We worked together over the phone to get a price we were both happy with. Because we are located in Oklahoma City, running up to the dealership to see the vehicle wasn't feasible. Before we made the drive, we wanted to make sure it was the right vehicle for us. Mo was great to help us with questions, took additional photos from underneath the vehicle and then was ready with the paperwork when we got there. It was a long 10 hour round trip drive day but worth it! We would definitely buy from Mo again and would make the drive the Kansas City to do so. Hands down the best car buying experience ever! Thank you Mo and the rest of the team at INFINITI of Kansas City!
Fuel Expresso51: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Have been coming here for years and the service has just been on a continuous downhill. Had my car dropped there for an oil change, they gave me the report back and said everything is all good, the car is in great shape besides this small leak that they can look into on the next oil change. Next day on my way to work car overheats and is undrivable. Got it towed to Infiniti and told them about my issues and about how I was told everything was all good just the day before. They looked into it and said my radiator is shot and I need a brand new one, crazy how within a day it went from being in great shape before the oil change to all of a sudden undrivable the day after? Not only that they came back and said the cost would be over TRIPLE what a local mechanic said he could do the same thing for. All in all this place is an absolute rip off, I will not be returning and am telling all Infiniti owners in the KC area to go to a different dealership/get your car maintenance done elsewhere because they have no accountability WHATSOEVER here.UPDATE: I do not want this review to reflect anything negative on Brenden Shaw, the service rep. Although we aren't able to resolve the issue with them, he personally tried to help.
