Jason Steele: So I'm giving a 4 star because of a few reasons. So the good first. The sales staff are honest and not pushy. The management is as well. They are also customer first. They want you happy no matter if your buying new or pre-owned. This was my third car I purchased and the first with any negative issues. These issues came from a third party vendor they trusted to do the work on the car as like everyone they don't have enough people. I have done several repairs now as have they due to this person. The other issue is they could be better at letting eager customers know what's going on. Lack of communication in house lead to frustrating situations. All in all its a great place to buy a car or truck. I have and still tell family and friends go here.

Autumn Ashe: Key was replaced and I had extended warranty. Service staff refused to call to confirm coverage prior to checking out. I had to call insurance after leaving and file for reimbursement instead of them taking care of it through my insurance, so I am out $550 until the reimbursement goes through.

Christina Walker: Traded in a beauty with leather seats because I thought I was getting a deal but the price given when I picked the car was much different from what I actually payed. The night I picked the car, after my trade in I should’ve only had 30k left so I payed half. The next morning after looking over my paperwork, I noticed the form from the night I signed for the car the first night I came in was gone and I had only the loan agreement of 33k left to pay. I thought it was interest so I went back to put more money down and I still own 20k but if everyone there was honest it’d be only 10k. I’d recommend coming with a camera and taking photos of all documents just in case something is switched and you sign unknowingly because all purchases are final.

KC Watersports: Service department is an unreliable and will not own up to their mistakes. Was told rotors are not part of their safety inspection only brake pads. Was told tires were in good shape and then 3 weeks later told they need replaced. Manager was very confrontational and unhelpful. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
DB: Great experience, Jess met us at the Aristocrat that was most convenient for my husband and I. He was knowledgeable and patient. I left a very important notebook in the car we traded in and J.K. made sure it got sent to me via UPS, saving me a trip.

Sadly, just three weeks later, my car unexpectedly broke down on the side of the highway due to a defective coolant hose. This resulted in my vehicle overheating, causing damage to the spark plugs and potentially other engine components. It is deeply frustrating that such a critical component was not properly inspected or fixed during the maintenance check.What adds to the disappointment is that, despite the obvious negligence on their part, I was still charged for replacing the coolant hose. brb services: RangeRover-Cant recommend this location for service . Ive tried for two days to talk to a service adviser only to be hung up on, transferred multiple times only to be left on hold . When they do pickup after 5 minutes the receptionist only transfers it once again without waiting to hear your complete sentence.

Wait to be helped till 9 AM and then M told it will be two hours for an oil change and that a do not get a vehicle while mine is being serviced like they told me I would when I made the appointment. But what really upsets me is that I scheduled the appointment for an oil change after just buying the Mercedes in November telling me that I need $1100 worth of maintenance done. The whole experience was pretty unprofessional and shocking.

Walter Ray: I want to start off saying that the sales people here were very nice, and the man who greeted me at the arrive door was as well. Now on to the 1 star review. The Jaguar service side, I made an online appointment and when I get there the service advisor tells me my 2005 Jag might be to old to be worked on….are you serious you are a Jaguar service shop, and then The amount this place wants to Charge for simple repairs is inanse. They wanted to charge me 450$ to install 2 hood props, the props are 40$ for both sides. So where is the other 410$ cost? It takes 5 minutes to install I did it myself already. Then they want to charge 130$ for wipe blade change? They also didn’t carry jagurbtrans fluid, Are you serious? Then 2500$ for the 2 control arms….I just got both control arms for 160$. So they want to charge 2300$ for a hour job? This is insane to me, what a joke. Won’t be back, already found a shop that laughed when I told them the prices and estimates.

Derek Cozadd: Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail from top to bottom. Took my Porsche in for an oil change and check engine light. Joe Sauceda and his team diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly as well as taking care of a few recall issues while they were at it. They quoted me one price for the repair but it wasn’t as entailed as initially thought, so I was delighted when the bill was half the original estimate. That is honesty and integrity. The very best part was my car being returned in better condition than when I dropped it off; washed and shined up. Thanks again!

Then Jesse Little (Mercedes-Benz of KC) spent so much time explaining all the new features that came with a Mercedes. David Naumann: We have purchased 3 Infiniti’s from this dealership and really value the level of customer service they have provided. I was disappointed to learn today they have discontinued loaner cars for many service orders. Their service techs are excellent and I feel like this dealership has treated us well. I understand the need to make business decisions but customer service has been a high value differentiator for me. I need to purchase another vehicle in the next 8 months and another one a year later. The scale back in loaner cars definitely impacts my loyalty. I can’t rationalize a premium product and average service levels.Follow-up: thanks for the reply. All three vehicles are beyond warranty, and your loaner program is very limited at that point.

Johnathan G: Nice folks but beware.If you want to use your own bank add 1,000 dollars to any used car price and then add another 1,398 dollars in non optional fees. That’s 2,398 dollars over price over a 20% hike. My 11,000 car quickly went from average/good price to “are you kidding me. On a 40,000 car whatever dealers are dealers but on a 11,000 car for my daughter is a cruel exploitation of the market. I am still in the market but businesses with predatory fees don’t deserve mine.

We worked together over the phone to get a price we were both happy with. Because we are located in Oklahoma City, running up to the dealership to see the vehicle wasn't feasible. Before we made the drive, we wanted to make sure it was the right vehicle for us. Mo was great to help us with questions, took additional photos from underneath the vehicle and then was ready with the paperwork when we got there. It was a long 10 hour round trip drive day but worth it! We would definitely buy from Mo again and would make the drive the Kansas City to do so. Hands down the best car buying experience ever! Fuel Expresso51: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Have been coming here for years and the service has just been on a continuous downhill. Had my car dropped there for an oil change, they gave me the report back and said everything is all good, the car is in great shape besides this small leak that they can look into on the next oil change. Next day on my way to work car overheats and is undrivable. Got it towed to Infiniti and told them about my issues and about how I was told everything was all good just the day before. They looked into it and said my radiator is shot and I need a brand new one, crazy how within a day it went from being in great shape before the oil change to all of a sudden undrivable the day after? Not only that they came back and said the cost would be over TRIPLE what a local mechanic said he could do the same thing for. All in all this place is an absolute rip off, I will not be returning and am telling all Infiniti owners in the KC area to go to a different dealership/get your car maintenance done elsewhere because they have no accountability WHATSOEVER here.UPDATE: I do not want this review to reflect anything negative on Brenden Shaw, the service rep. Although we aren't able to resolve the issue with them, he personally tried to help.
