Richard Pitts: I purchased a used KIA with very low mileage and have been taking it to the service department here ever since. Taking a car to a shop, even if for just routine maintenance, has never been a pleasant experience. I'm no car professional (obviously) so there is always that looming thought of people trying to sell you stuff you just don't need.Not here though. The more expensive maintenance is usually something I'm warned about in advance so I have time to plan for it, which is great. The service people aren't pushy and they listen to what I have to say. I hope the service here never changes because I certainly do not want to have to worry about finding a trustworthy place to take my car.

Tim Merson: I was helping my significant other in her search for a new vehicle, and Matt the internet sales guy was great to work with. Ultimately we ended up deciding not to make a purchase at this time, but Matt was straight forward and helped us every step of the way without making us feel pressured. He did his job by informing us of various options, but was never pushy. I've personally purchased close to a dozen cars from dealerships alone, and almost every time feel like far to much of my time was wasted. Matt is a great asset to this dealership, and the entire dealership process would be significantly improved if there were more like him.Also the dealership in general had straight forward pricing without the various nonsense addendums regarding trade in and financing so many places attempt to charge. There are many dealerships I simply will not do business with due to their practices, I can say I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bob Sight.
Liane Vieira: Car sold smelling of smoke!!I recently purchased a car from Bob Sight Kia and would not recommend. My “new” car was delivered with an awful cigarette smell, completely dusty on the inside despite being told it was detailed, and with zero windshield wiper fluid. The sales associates were difficult to get a hold of and the management could care less about their customers. After spending thousands of dollars on a car all we asked is that we were reimbursed for the cost of a new detail and odor remover treatment but the company refused to do even that. They clearly only care about the money here and I wish we had purchased elsewhere.I also emailed the manager as they suggested in the comment below to resolve the issue and never heard back so that is clearly a ruse as well. Don’t do business here.

jcott: Have you ever heard, “Sales gets the first, service gets the rest” (or in this case, doesn’t)?I had a great buying experience but the service department has been gone downhill for the past three years. They are too busy for the size of their facility and they are under staffed. I just spent 20 minutes on hold before I hung up. That isn’t the first time it has happened and in they have hung up on my before. (Not while speaking with me - while on hold, someone disconnected the call.) Simple service requests (oil change) take forever to schedule. God help you if you have a hybrid because there is only one guy who can do that part and he isn’t very good - plan on renting a vehicle if you need repairs. Not only did my husband get a new car at a different dealership, but the whole experience has turned us off of the Kia brand and I will never make a purchase from any Bob Sight dealership again.

Todd S. and Bob both tricked me into signing a contract that included a “Forced Warranty Scam”. Google it - there are articles online all about it. Todd is a sleazy conman (aren’t most salesmen?).Todd had me sign paperwork and said things like “we’re going to throw in oil changes, tire rotations, car maintenance, GAP coverage, etc.” Leaving the impression that these things were going to be covered by Kia, not added as an additional price to the total amount of my car.The funny thing is that people think they get away with being scamming thieves, but they’re going to wish they wouldn’t have messed with a Child of God! There is no rest for the wicked and what you do to others will always come back to you. I have peace knowing that God will handle the both of you.They’re not even worth it. I’m going to report them to the BBB and seek a lawyer to see what my options are. God is going to have the last laugh with these two. Read your contract and don’t let them rush you into signing anything! Stay away from these frauds, especially if you’re black.
Someguy Somewhere: I cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am with Bob Sight Kia. We have a 2016 Kia soul with 66,000 miles on it that needs the catalytic converter replaced for a third time.66k miles and catalytic converter number 3...We need to now have it towed from Bob Sight to a small mechanic shop in order to save as much money as we can because we simply cannot even afford this repair. We have spent hours on the phone with Kia and with Jeff the service manager and we have given up. The big guys win and the little guys lose.However, we need a car, and unfortunately it looks like it will be about $2400 just to have it running again.66k miles, catalytic converter #3, and somehow this is ok with Bob Sight Kia and with Kia in general.

brb services: RangeRover-Cant recommend this location for service . Ive tried for two days to talk to a service adviser only to be hung up on, transferred multiple times only to be left on hold . When they do pickup after 5 minutes the receptionist only transfers it once again without waiting to hear your complete sentence.

Wait to be helped till 9 AM and then M told it will be two hours for an oil change and that a do not get a vehicle while mine is being serviced like they told me I would when I made the appointment. But what really upsets me is that I scheduled the appointment for an oil change after just buying the Mercedes in November telling me that I need $1100 worth of maintenance done. Walter Ray: I want to start off saying that the sales people here were very nice, and the man who greeted me at the arrive door was as well. Now on to the 1 star review. The Jaguar service side, I made an online appointment and when I get there the service advisor tells me my 2005 Jag might be to old to be worked on….are you serious you are a Jaguar service shop, and then The amount this place wants to Charge for simple repairs is inanse. They wanted to charge me 450$ to install 2 hood props, the props are 40$ for both sides. So where is the other 410$ cost? It takes 5 minutes to install I did it myself already. Then they want to charge 130$ for wipe blade change? They also didn’t carry jagurbtrans fluid, Are you serious? Then 2500$ for the 2 control arms….I just got both control arms for 160$. So they want to charge 2300$ for a hour job? This is insane to me, what a joke. Won’t be back, already found a shop that laughed when I told them the prices and estimates.

Joe Sauceda and his team diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly as well as taking care of a few recall issues while they were at it. They quoted me one price for the repair but it wasn’t as entailed as initially thought, so I was delighted when the bill was half the original estimate. That is honesty and integrity. The very best part was my car being returned in better condition than when I dropped it off; washed and shined up. Thanks again!

David Naumann: We have purchased 3 Infiniti’s from this dealership and really value the level of customer service they have provided. I was disappointed to learn today they have discontinued loaner cars for many service orders. Their service techs are excellent and I feel like this dealership has treated us well. I understand the need to make business decisions but customer service has been a high value differentiator for me. I need to purchase another vehicle in the next 8 months and another one a year later. The scale back in loaner cars definitely impacts my loyalty. I can’t rationalize a premium product and average service levels.Follow-up: thanks for the reply. All three vehicles are beyond warranty, and your loaner program is very limited at that point.

That’s 2,398 dollars over price over a 20% hike. My 11,000 car quickly went from average/good price to “are you kidding me. On a 40,000 car whatever dealers are dealers but on a 11,000 car for my daughter is a cruel exploitation of the market. I am still in the market but businesses with predatory fees don’t deserve mine.

We worked together over the phone to get a price we were both happy with. Because we are located in Oklahoma City, running up to the dealership to see the vehicle wasn't feasible. Before we made the drive, we wanted to make sure it was the right vehicle for us. Mo was great to help us with questions, took additional photos from underneath the vehicle and then was ready with the paperwork when we got there. It was a long 10 hour round trip drive day but worth it! We would definitely buy from Mo again and would make the drive the Kansas City to do so. Hands down the best car buying experience ever! Fuel Expresso51: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Have been coming here for years and the service has just been on a continuous downhill. Had my car dropped there for an oil change, they gave me the report back and said everything is all good, the car is in great shape besides this small leak that they can look into on the next oil change. Next day on my way to work car overheats and is undrivable. Got it towed to Infiniti and told them about my issues and about how I was told everything was all good just the day before. They looked into it and said my radiator is shot and I need a brand new one, crazy how within a day it went from being in great shape before the oil change to all of a sudden undrivable the day after? Not only that they came back and said the cost would be over TRIPLE what a local mechanic said he could do the same thing for. All in all this place is an absolute rip off, I will not be returning and am telling all Infiniti owners in the KC area to go to a different dealership/get your car maintenance done elsewhere because they have no accountability WHATSOEVER here.UPDATE: I do not want this review to reflect anything negative on Brenden Shaw, the service rep. Although we aren't able to resolve the issue with them, he personally tried to help.

I had to scramble to have a family member sit with mom until I came home.What is the point of having an appt. if you still have to wait behind the walk- ins. Service on vehicle was good. Oil change and multi-point inspection. But 2 hours just for that, jiffy lube is quicker.

Kim Mason: Saturday I called and arranged to bring in my vehicle to have my battery checked. Arrived and my battery tested out ok. I asked for an oil change and after the initial assessment of my vehicle the service advisor let me know I was showing a need for a possible alignment. He stated they would know more once they took it back. I also inquired about a tire rotation. He stated me the price and also recommended a balance with price as well. Balance was $60. I declined that service at this time. I asked that he please call me with the findings so I could make my decision regarding the alignment. I also let him know that yes I did want the complementary car wash and vacuum. He stated it would be approx.1 1/2 hours before I heard something. I left to do other things as I had a ride. Almost 3 hours later I received a phone call that my car was ready. Upon return which was getting close to close of business my car had had an alignment and oil change. I had not been called regarding the alignment. As I was waiting to talk with the advisor he was talking with another customer and quoted him a different price on a balance on tires than mine and it was cheaper. This caught my attention as giving out different prices to others. When I spoke with the advisor he gave me the specs and went over it with me. I was then sent out with my keys to my car in the parking lot. It was dirty and not vacuumed. I went back in and the first thing he asked was no oil change sticker. I stated not sure about that as I hadn't looked due to my car being dirty and not vacuumed. He took the car himself to clean it and returned it to me.Kim Mason
