Sarah McIntosh: I purchased a vehicle from this location in October of 2022 and sited multiple (minor) issues with it right off the bat (only 1 of which was ever corrected). The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

Kenneth Lain: This review is worth reading! First and foremost, Carmax is an incredibly honest company. They had sold me a Mercedes benz, which had unknown damage to the frame. When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. He's one hell of a guy. Matthew, the manager, was amazing also!

Michelle Brown: Don't trust their online quotes and the staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't get the car up to them by the 7 day deadline but I made an appointment by the deadline, for 2 days later and they gave me $1500 less because I couldn't get the car there in the 7 days. I even took my quote and appointment emails and they would not honor my quote.

The sales rep- Steven was not helpful at all… was quick to shrug us off when I asked if there were any other cars within range.. we had one transferred but when a couple days after it arrived and we were still deciding (we had to find insurance) he kept texting to ask if he can close it out or cancel it. However Sharon who helped us finish up the deal and do express pick up was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for us! She is the only reason we would go back again!

Cornel Miles: I do not recommend this place. I was originally told the down payment was $1500 and to come back the next day to sign paperwork. Upon signing paperwork, I was told the down payment was really $2000 and the remainder $500 was “deferred” to my 1st payment. So my 1st payment would be $500 instead $200 which was originally quoted. You should tell customers this upfront and not when you already have their money bc the down payment is non refundable as well.

Maria Navarro: I had a great experience purchasing my VW Beetle from Karina. She was upfront and honest, with me. She was patient with my 1000 questions I had asked her about the cars. Really helpful, I came crying out for help. I had been car shopping for a while, until a friend told me about “Mi Ranchito” She let me test drive a couple cars, I saw the beetle test drove it. She told me everything was good with it. The next day I took my stepdad which he’s a mechanic, and he said the same thing Karina told me. I lost my proof of purchase and I was having trouble getting it under my name. All I did was call her, and by the time I got to the dealership she had all the papers ready for me. Year and a half later, I haven’t had any problems with my car. I’m so happy I went with Karina, unlike other car dealerships they try to just “make a sell”. I will 100% recommended purchasing a car at “Mi ranchito”, I will come back if I ever need a second car. I’ve bought cars from other dealership by far this is the best experience I’ve had. Whenever I go there to make a payment, she’s always so helpful and polite. I don’t dread coming in there, because I know I always get taken care of.

Leafy Duh: This one of the best dealerships ive been too they take you in with open arms and show respect when shown back to them, they are good for people who pay on time and are responsible but unfortunately repo if you dont pay, which shouldnt be a problem if you're responsible enough

Life of Fay: I thought this would be a good place based off reviews but it’s not. The car was running fine after purchase for about two weeks. After that everything just went downhill , the issues to repair the car costs more than the actual car payment. They won’t work with you when you’re behind they will tell you “borrow it from someone just get the payment in before bookkeeping reviews the books”. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

It would be professional and courteous to clearly mark inventory as 'not available' for vehicles that aren't available. The employee was unprofessional and rude. US Auto Mart lost a sale today.
