Maine Mc: They had two senior citizen employees (one leaning on the counter talking to the other that just standing in one spot), and when I walked in, the head senior advised since they are closing in five minutes, I can't make six copies (not even on the self service copiers). My question is, if you decided that you're done working, then what was the point in keeping the front door unlock for customers to come in.

carl todd: Bought recommended iyem, ask guy about installation, said easy. Got home USBport not there, called store, no help, sent me to phone site, 4 hrs later, and 3 different specialists could not. Had to return to store, lady there solved problem in 5 minutes.

The gentleman who rang me up even offered to sign me up for their rewards program to save me some money on my purchase that day and offered to help me to my car with my items.

Alexandria Foulk: I called office depot in liberty on Saturday because I needed some waivers printed. I was sitting in their parking lot and had my two sleeping kids in the car so I didn't want to drag them out if it was going to be a long process. I can't remember the girls name, but she talked me through what to do. She gave me the pricing, and I opted to get them printed in black and white because it was significantly cheaper, and I only had one small logo that had color anyway. She told me she would call me when the job was done. It took less than 5 minutes. I was able to run in, pay, grab my prints, and be back out to my car in less than 30 seconds. And to my surprise, they gave me my prints in color even though I only paid for black and white. That was a pleasant surprise. The print team made this process so effortless and accommodated for me having my sleeping kids in the car. 5 stars!

mARY Ponder: Not a fan. Prices aren’t competitive and as far as the service goes- yowza! We went in to buy some overpriced copy paper and stood in “line” while someone a head of us was ordering services. Why they combine the service side with the regular check out I don’t know but we stood there and the person who helped the guy in front of us neither acknowledged our existence with words or eye contact but it was apparent that we were there as we were right behind the guy who he was helping. After waiting for him to complete his transaction the “cashier” then proceeded to move to another register and helped a woman who had just walked up. It wasn’t her fault that he ignored us but it was his and it was blatant and rude. We waited another 5 minutes behind the woman and then left. This is a world where good service is needed more than ever yet a warm body seems to be all that these companies require. I won’t be back.
Matt Alexander: No restroom says the sign and 1 employee… & as I am walking towards the front of the store a man walked in & asked if they have a restroom? Yes we do, ignore the sign.. says the lady… she looks at me and ask if she can help me… I explain & she says well we only have one restroom so if you want to use it you will have to wait.Came to my truck.. ordered all the stuff I was gonna buy here from Amzn - saved around 45% and was done in time to see the man come out of the store with out buying a single thing.I’m will never set foot in another Office Depot again, ever. Waist of time, waist of money, rude.
