Shelly Shever: The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!No wonder these places go out of business..I asked where is the cheapest Copy paper, “the Kid” says “ over there… I took four different ones to the counter to run price’s because the paper was not in front of the pricing…. Won’t be shopping at this store again.. I will stick to Amazon!!
ethan carter: Fax machine is down. Copier is down. Staff seem very unwilling and was kept waiting on help with a desk purchase so we left.
Keegan Garner: This is the second time I have set up an appointment to complete my TSA pre check with this staples and they have canceled the morning of. Have taken off two days of work now.
Clayton Burnett: Office Max/Depot is shutting down, so I was forced into trying Staples. Pleasantly surprised as their print quality (color/card stock) was phenomenal. Super friendly staff too, as Eric (I think) when above and beyond to help me and make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my print job.
Kristin Kandt: Staples has almost all the office supplies you need and a good location. The staff is not as good as Office Depot and you are on your own for faxing and it is hard to get help for office work. Office Depot will help you with anything start to finish. But overall the folks are nice, lot of items, and great location. Thx!!!

Brandy Tidwell: Every time I need to print for my buisness this is the place I go bc I know they will do it right. Today a young lady named Rose helped us in the printing dept and I'm convinced she's a multitask master, she was quick to help us with several printing issues (that were totally my fault lmao) and made sure we left satisfied while still managing to help others with just as much care and kindness. I hope she's there in the future bc that's the kind of service that makes you leave a 5 star review.

Linda Cohen: Buyer Beware! Business', DO NOT get the Assurion insurance for your equipment. It is not valid for commercial use!I bought a Epson Workforce 7720. First, problem is they do not stay connected. You have to go through restarting the printer and I changed the port to force a reconnect. Finally after a 20/30 min ordeal you get it connected. I ended up getting another printer. I have only run about 50 sheet, mostly test pages while fighting the connection.Well, after a year of sitting in the corner, I decided to convert to a sublimation by using refillable cartridges. It worked great for about 15 prints and then the cyan caps came off the head. I tried to use the insurance to get it fixed or replace just to be told it is denied because it is being used for commercial use.I was not disclosed the Assurion insurance policy does not cover your equipment if your a business!Don't Waste Your Money for Insurance!
DJ Hop: I have been here several time. Every time I went the place was low energy and poor customer service. They don't acknowledge you and act like they are doing you a favor. I like to support stores like Staples but this place will not get my money.
Bob Parsons: This is more for the company than this specific location. Found a monitor I wanted to purchase on website. Shows available at this location. Get there and after searching they determine the stock is unsalable and should not be listed. Order online, which states "Next Day Deliver", although through the process it says it would be a Wed delivery, which is 2 days. Get the notification it shipped today, which is a Wed. Contact customer care and all they had to say is I should have checked the confirmation to see the actual delivery date. Go to the website and sure enough it still shows next day delivery, although mine is now on 3 days. Guess they don't care they a false advertising or inaccurate information. So if you want to know when your product is actually going to be delivered, you have to purchase the item, then wait for the confirmation email. Makes sense to me.
Christopher: Staples is a good office supply store, with great products, but when purchases are made, here is some advice for you. Do not purchase the protection plan, as I did, it was a total waste of money. Bought a gaming chair, the protection plan gives a whole list of coverage, but they leave out plenty of fine print, and then you are just out money that you will not see a return on...
Chloe Nelson: if you don’t need printing, it’s fine. maryam in printing is a nightmare to work with. harsh, no customer service. if you have time to go somewhere else, you should.

Sarah Anne Peck: Best Staples I have ever been to. Well stocked, clean, and the staff were very helpful, professional, and courteous. They will go above and beyond to ensure you walk away with the right product to fit your needs. Ethan in the print store stood out and deserves a raise. My order was last minute, custom, and he was patient and informative about using the Staples websites to send my design to the right place and made sure I knew my options for printing it out so I would get the perfect product. Highly would recommend shopping here, and Ethan deserves a raise.

Neil Dunham: I'm looking for simple office items. I did manage to find one item I needed. This store is an absolute cluster of a mess. There is stuff strewn all about different isles that don't belong in those locations. They, like many companies, are low on most products. The floors are covered in litter, and it looks like they have not cleaned in days. There was not one person up front to great or check me out. It took a man in a large black leather coat 8 minutes before coming up to me to ask if I was ready. "Mind you, he was shopping in ordinary clothes, so I thought he was another shopper." Not the experience I would expect from an Overland Park retail store. I will have to stick to online orders if this is what I am to expect in the future.
AJ Krehbiel: Unreasonably rude for no real reason? I went in and asked for help buying an office chair, and the associate that helped me immediately started talking about “useless mask mandates” (I was wearing mine because the store’s signage asked us to do so) and then patronized me about not getting the warranty. “We have to make sure we’re covered since you chose not to cover yourself.” If I’m coming in with a desire to spend a couple hundred dollars, I would feel a lot better about the interaction if the associates didn’t treat me like dirt. Just a really weird experience.
Andrea MCCORNELL: The management team went above and beyond to ensure that I received my personal items that were accidentally left in the store. I really appreciate their effort in sending me my belongings.
Amy Beasley: I had a weird Customer Service issue that just did not sit well with me. I later called up there to speak with the manager to get some clarification. Megan the manager was beyond sweet and handled the situation perfect. Coming from a service industry and now owning my own business I really appreciated her tact . Will go back just because of her.

swag waffles: Matthew helped me out, I came in for thermal paste which online says they have in store, but they don't and he could tell I was frustrated from previous encounters in the day. so he told me if I had a little bit of time he has some at home that he could have his son bring up to me for no charge 😁
Mofo Cult: Be careful what you purchase from Staples. They pick and choose when to honor their return policy. Even if the item is within the return window and unopened, and with a receipt... You might get denied. Buyer beware.
Michelle Aguirre: If I could put zero stars then I would have. I came in on 12/31. Their customer service was the worse. I wanted to print something from my phone from a link and the lady had no idea what to do. I then asked her if I could use one of the computers, but the computers were not working and I was getting charged for it. The lady then was talking on her own phone and completely ignored me. I finally asked the person on the register if he can help me with the computer ,but said he wasn’t able to.
