Greyhound: Bus Station: what do users think?
christopher Schroeder: Clean not to crazy plenty of vending
Marie Machado: I had to wait an hour more for my bus.
Cristian Moreno: Amplio.. Espacioso y aseado...
Mechele T: Awesome experience
Armando Mata: Officers claimed their dog smelled narcardics in my carry one bag so the officers decided to stab a hole through my Dr pepper can inside and it leaked all over my game system n medical records greyhound will be held accountable for my ruined bag paperwork game system
Richard Wright: The Worst experience of my life the bus was 3 hours late getting started which caused me to miss my connection and leave me stranded for 3 days before I could get on another bus i will never ride greyhound again no compensation for my inconvenience no care or concern for their riders This Would Have Been A Better Ride
Shay: Our 8 15 am bus departed at 11 50 from Kansas City, Mo. There were no explanations, there were no apologies offered on behalf of Greyhound. No communication whatsoever. Hours sitting in a depot with an attendant that couldn't be bothered to get off her electronic device and represent a company that so many of us depend on. I travel coast to coast for work and have taken Greyhound busses, too many to count. This delay completely derailed my work schedule and because of that, I will not make a very important once-in-a-lifetime family event. And we couldn't even have the courtesy of communication. So many of us went hungry, confused, unnecessarily upset, schedules ruined, deadlines missed, and future travel arrangements l from this point were missed. If Greyhound is trying to do better by the public that supports their bus lines, they dropped the ball on this one. I believe a refund or voucher in some way would be warranted as a form of apology for the way we all were treated with such disregard.Thank you to the Driver who pushed through whatever he had to just to get to us and get us safely to our destinations.
caron young: They are only open during certain times, but every time I have been in there either going somewhere or picking up someone there has been some type of something going on. Such as yelling, cursing, or people arguing. But security is right there, so I'm ok.
Jeremy Algiere: Picked my big brother up 🤑
Kenria Scarpa: A little intimidating, was initially locked out due to other passengers being rowdy so they locked the entry doors for anyone else arriving & had to wait to be let in the station. Employees being very loud & complaining about their job.
Curt Davidson: Didn't go in terminal, just picked up passenger. Parking area clean and accessible. My passenger said ride (1500 miles) "was over crowded, uneventful and glad it's finished."
Wonderful Blue: It was very friendly and clean
D D: It was dirty and people sleeping everywhere because busses were cancelled. The only plus was the woman at the counter
Gabino Garcia: Staff don’t wanna work and don’t do thier job as they should and one a trip they lost my luggage
Kristine Hassebroek: This is the worst customer service that I have ever encountered with. 8 went online and bought a ticket thinking that I was doing it for the night I wanted to go home and I was supposed to be able to get a voucher from them and pay the difference between the tickets and not a single person who has been able to do anything for helping me out and I have only been on the bus one time and that was the first time and it has gone down since then I will probably not be using the service ever again and the customer service will not let you know when you ask multiple times and when you don't ask them they transferred you to one they're hard to understand what they are telling you and when you are waiting for the manager to come to the phone you get hung up on also call back and they will direct your call directly to the survey and I will keep giving them a 1 each time I call them.
Tammy Hodges: IT WAS VERY NICE..
Jose “Americanfull” AbelaS: Muy sucio el local
Ada N: Quite & friendly staff..
Nebur Llarovito: Bad experience...
Latisha Cheney: Always shady ppl outside. Security is usually good about staying on top of it though. Ladies at the desk are always friendly and helpful. Usually only rude when ppl are rude to them and they seem to have a low tolerance for bs.
Sherrie Reaves: Was wonderful always use your severice thank you for the ride

Super 8 by Wyndham Independence Kansas City: what do users think?
Rheva Myhre: It was a perfect, easy stop on our drive from Washington State to Tennessee. Great location, good price, clean and comfy bed, nice breakfast. The biggest downside was that when we arrived at 11pm, exhausted from 13 hours of driving, the front desk people were pretty scattered and low key bothering each other and it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. They were nice enough, just not very efficient. Anyway, the room and bed were very comfortable and clean. We had a great sleep. We were very pleasantly surprised about the breakfast. None of the other motels we stayed in on this trip even offered breakfast, and this one had sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, which we both love. The fruit and granola bars rounded it out nicely.I would absolutely stay here again (I’ll just factor in some extra time for the front desk to be confused about how to charge the deposit).
Wildcat 6319: Not bad…budget friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Reserved Veterans spot right at the door. Several food options close by. Only negatives: tiny bathroom and no elevator so two flights of stairs. Stairwell smelled smoky on the first floor, then had a strong “cover up the smoke smell with air-freshener” odor. But I’d be willing to stay here again.
Jeff White: Clean rooms,...nice front desk employees.🙂Hotel highlights Great value …More

Andrew Montaldi: Not a fan of having to leave a $100 cash deposit for paid for room.Rooms: You have to pay $100 cash deposit for room. After it's paid for in full. Don't see why loyal members should have this charge.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Hilary Santana: The lady at the front desk works very hard and was such a great personality when we came back for the second night of our retreatService: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Hailey Sprague: My room was okay! Friendly staff and alright breakfast selection included in the morning.
Sarah Puckett: Dirty. Rude serviceRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
DC Guetterman: Place smelled. Room smelled. Beds were clean
C Beltramo: They still have a they still have a waffle machineRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Theodore Jackson: A clean room, comfortable bed, good TV & a good breakfast make this place a winner. Sure, it may be a little old, but it was a great price especially for a last minute booking in the KC area where so many hotels are overpriced. I'm not sure what so many of the negative reviewers expect for a hotel in this price range. Honestly, I've paid more for much worse. It's a Super 8, not a downtown luxury hotel that will pamper you. No elevator so keep that in mind if mobility issues are a concern.
Ronald Swinehart: In our room that we had, the King size bed was ok,Rooms: Needs updating, the jacuzzi needs updating, bed needs updated. Take note that there is no elevator in the motel.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Travis R: Honestly kinda gross. The pros are that the towels are nice and the front office lady and her dog were too. Walking into my room i had to throw an old orange peal off the floor away, room is visibly worn, try to take a shower and as a fit male could barely pull the plunger up to engage showerhead fully. Hot/Cold water just as difficult to turn while the water also conveniently sprays out soaking the bathroom floor. Went to go to bed and left side of mattress is shot. This could all be yours for $120, or not
Ernesto Aguila: very clean and quietRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Aaron Jamesfield: Remember to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed.Great location near the airport although I did not need it for that reason. A wonderful setting for dogs! The hotel is surrounded by green areas, bushes and trees which not only provides a place for dogs, but helps to block road noise (which was mild) and was very aesthetic. The decor and hotel has a nice presence and I would put it in the same category as many in the same. The only wishes were for a microwave, the restaurant to reopen, and there were no dog treats, bowls, toy or bed offered to my pup pal as mentioned on the website. The hotel had a strange odor walking in the front door/lobby area and along the exit doors (similar to marijuana), but the room and hotel otherwise seemed well-kept and in a safe and convenient location. This was the first Sonesta Select I have stayed and I would be willing to stay again.

Melvin Robinson: Room was smaller than expected, breakfast was subpar, pictures did not match hotel.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Michael Carter: Room was mostly clean with some food crumbs and things but bathroom and everything else was nice. We got a suite and it was room but the couch/sofabed combo was a little awkward. The cushions were slippery and kept sliding off the couch. There wasn't a microwave but there was a fridge and small coffee bar. The shower didn't have a shelf or anything to put your stuff down. Location was close to eateries but kinda sketchy.
Keeley Wiebe: The elevator had wierd dents and carvings and overall felt like it needed a check. The hallway had a smell of weed when we arrived and almost everytime we walked it the next day, but the room smelt alright. We were too tired to check the room when we got there, but in the morning we noticed a couple wierd small stains on the sheets (brownish red so guessing blood) and on the couch we also noticed a blood stain. Since, we were leaving the next morning we didn't think to say anything. The room also has a wierd layout with the tv not facing the bed or couch, but the divider between the two.
Debbie Alexander: We have mixed feelings about our stay. The room was nice and clean which is important so they do get a plus for that, but found it odd there was no dresser or place to put things that don't hang. Also no counter in the bathroom, just toilet tub and sink. Had to put on makeup and do hair over the kitchenette ,sink and counter area that had a mirror. We were there 6 days and had to call on day 4 for the maid to empty trash and new towels. We asked for a handicapped room with a walk in shower and was told we would get one. When we checked in there were some major issues as they had already checked someone in our room so at midnight after another major goof on their part we got another handicapped room but with a normal tub with handicapped bars that was not something we could use easily. Another thing we were disappointed with was there was no food available as shown in the pictures online. Only a small area near the desk to purchase water, and a few snacks very much overpriced.Overall the place was good and if we hadn't had the issues upon arrival I might have been able to overlook a few of the things that I felt wasn't so good. When you order an handicapped room and are specific on needing a walk in shower that should have made it happen. The employees were nice but we feel some need more training, they seemed short staffed as well.
earl fuller: Positives were very clean, friendly staff, good location. Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room and nothing at all for breakfast, not even coffee. Never been to this nice of a hotel without these basic amenities. Also our 2nd floor room had central HVAC units on a balcony right outside the window and they were very noisy all night long.
Abigail Haynes: Nearby the airport with 24hr shuttle service every half hour, super helpful for inconvenient flight times that would otherwise cost $100 just for an 8 minute taxi. The rooms were fine, service was helpfulRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jody Harlow: Was very disappointed with our recent stay. We reserved 3 rooms on the site and they refused to give a military discount and charged the maximum rate for rooms on the weekend of September 11th (what a shame). This is how Sonesta honors their combat veterans. I could tell the host was sad he couldn’t make that change in the computer because of company policy and was shocked at the prices we were paying. We stayed here again because of the great complimentary breakfast we got last year (during COVID restrictions), but see that Sonesta now doesn’t even offer that or a free cup of coffee in the lobby anymore. The manager on duty was rude and had excuse after excuse to why there was no breakfast or coffee and why the elevator didn’t work, but never even apologized for any of it. I wouldn’t stay at another Sonesta or recommend it to anyone ever again.
Lux Llama Productions: Wonderful hotel
Thomas Moroney: Only thing that saves this place from one star for me is the staff. They were all very helpful and professional. The rooms don't have a microwave and the mini fridge was very weak in its ability to keep things fresh. No complimentary breakfast of any kind, only choice was to pay $9-$11 on cold food. Only way to get hot breakfast was the Waffle House next door. Wifi was slow. Elevator broken the whole week I stayed there. If you're here on business, just stay at the Drury Inn accross the way, it's the same price and even has breakfast, dinner, and free drinks at happy hour.

Jeremy Borgardt: What a great hotel! Everything was perfect! My family and I came in from out of state for the NFL draft and had the best time. From the minute we got to the hotel, everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was perfect for us. It was super clean. As far as location, we loved that too. The view of the skyline was really nice. Everything we wanted to do and see was a short drive from where we stayed. Perfect! Not only was the staff caring and attentive, they were all very knowledgeable about the area. This helped me out tremendously in navigating such a massive event. Their suggestions from dining to parking were spot on. One employee in particular really genuinely was excited to see us come back to the hotel each day to check in on our adventures. MAC was always pumped to see us and hear about how our time in the city was going. And I really enjoyed sharing my stories with him. I wish I could rate this hotel higher than 5 stars. Everything was top notch. The location, rooms, and most importantly the service. 10/10 no questions! Would gladly stay here again.
Charlie Cowell: Really nice rooms that are clean and quiet. I have stayed here multiple times with no issues.Walkability: Not a terribly walkable area. There are shops and restaurants across the street that you could walk to.

Shani Andersen-Moore: They have an exorbantly ridiculous deposit request and try to charge a bunch of extra money even if you use your bonvoy points to book. Rude belligerent staff insinuating they had the right to charge whatever they like even if it's a rewards point reservation --and it was just stupid. Then they told me I couldn't cancel and I was just going to lose all my points. Called bonvoy right away and they apologized and immediately gave me back my points so I could book somewhere else. 🙄
Brandon Andrathy: Nice extended stay hotel in North Kansas City. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is pleasant, but it is far from downtown. Great courtyard with grills and fire pits in the back.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Leslie Buster: My son had surgery and we booked this property last minute. We showed up agter 10pm. The front desk attendant really made things easy for us. She switched our room to the ground floor. She was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the TV channels didn't work so I watched the Bonvoy channel which was pretty good, actually. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.
Katie Richardson: Very nice rooms. The lobby looked nice too.Rooms: 5/5 …More
Steven Hunter: Loved that there was an EV charger. Will likely make this my go-to hotel when traveling up and down I-35.
