I never would've gotten backed into my door. Directions were very good. Warehouse unloader was very quick. Just a bad location.

Sumit saggal: They open at 8 am and have overnight parking on street. The pickup is really fast, loaded my trailer within 30 minutes.Drive carefully underground or you can easily damage your truck and trailer as the place is really tight and backup is really tough job.First you have to check in and the guy will give you instructions and map to follow, give you door.The staff is really amazing, infant each and every employee is really kind and helpful. If you are lost or confuse just stop and ask any employee for help. No network underground.

John Clark: I store my 40 ft motorhome at Innerspace Storage there. Fantastic owners/staff. Always ready to assist. My coach is like being put in suspended animation. Their facility has dehumidifiers that keep my coach fresh (never smells like a cave).

Katie West: This office has it all: great care, kind staff, excellent equipment, and an awesome dentist! Dr. Ashworth is friendly, funny, and educates his patients well. My hygienist Gretchen makes the whole experience so enjoyable; she makes me excited to go to the dentist :) I recommend this office to anyone!

Kaz Souder: I was in for a deep cleaning and the hygienist broke off the tip of the plaque scraper in my mouth. I was hoping I wouldn’t swallow it because my mouth was numb I couldn’t feel where it was. She said she flossed it out from between my teeth and sucked it out. Also, I have a very expensive 6 tooth bridge that goes across the top front of my mouth and one of my teeth that the bridge is attached to is hurting, which it wasn’t before. I have set up an appointment with a specialist to look at it. I hope she didn’t damage the tooth under my bridge.Update: The prosthodontic specialist I went to said the filling on my molar Dr. Ashworth did wasn’t built up high enough therefore was causing my bite to be off and it was making my bottom front teeth to hit the underside of my bridge. Dr. Ashworth did not check my bite before I left of my front teeth. My mouth was numb so I wasn’t able to tell if anything was off. After a few days I knew something wasn’t right so I had to go to a specialist. X-ray was done and what the x-ray could see it looked okay but there is no way to see the part of the tooth actually under the bridge. I’m still having discomfort from that and hopefully it didn’t damage the tooth under my bridge or the whole bridge will have to be replaced costing me thousands of dollars.

I didn't catch her name, but she was like the old staff...very friendly. My new dentist treated me more like a slide under a microscope. My husband, who is outgoing and loves everyone, had gone earlier and let me know he'd be searching for a new dentist. I'm so sorry to ever give anyone a poor review, but it wasn't a good experience.

I've had to have several root canals and a couple other endodonic surgeries and every single time was a total breeze!! Dr. Williams is my general dentist and he does immaculate work. I had two crowns done last month and they feel and look amazing! PERFECT!!!! I have always referred all of my family and friends here and I will continue!! trina garcia: I have united Concordia through tricare. I searched for weeks for a dentist for two root canals. I've been in pain for weeks. As a last ditch effort my dentist recommended Dr. Moore. He is not an endodontist, but he did my root canal anyway. And he was amazing. The whole staff was. My appointment was yesterday and I'm so happy I could cry from joy, I'm pain free! This place is awesome. Can't say enough great things. Worth every penny.

Jennifer Morales: I have been with Eastland Family Dental for almost 2 years with no problem not until my recent appointment 2 weeks ago.I had a work up for a dental bridge. First problem was the bridge look awful, it is fat . It does not match the color of my natural teeth and when I try it on , it feels off. The dental assistant told me that she will send it back to lab and I just had to come back a week later.So here comes my 2nd visit, which is so unpleasant and I swear that I will never ever come back to this place. The same dental assistant, ( I wish to mention her name) she was rough. She tried to dismantle a wrong tooth, I had to tell her she is in wrong spot.The dental bridge looks bit better. The DA removed my temporaries without even asking me if I need to get numb. Oh my God it was so painful, she told me that getting anesthesia will take longer.She continues to mess with my teeth despite me complaining of severe pain. The cement was put in, I could not even focus because of pain. I just want her hands off my mouth.It has been 2 weeks now, and my teeth still throbs, my bridge feels off. I will start to look for a better dental office.

Nicholas A: Went back in 2015... Gave me fillings I didn’t need. Tried pulling a tooth that they didn’t not have the tools for. Left a giant hole/sore in my gums. Thankfully at the time I went back to my regular dentist and he recommended me to an oral surgeon.l Worst experience of my life.Writing this review now because the so called fillings I needed are going bad. Sad nowadays how professionals take advantage of people. No follow up after the fact the dentist tried doing something she clearly did not know how to do.

Linda McCay: My dental examination at this facility revealed that I had seven cavities and needed a root canal and crown. They estimated with my insurance that this would cost about $2700. Something told me to get a second opinion since I have not had that many cavities in my entire life of 67 years. I went to a dentist that I had been seeing for over 20 years and upon examination there were zero cavities and no need for a root canal and crown. I got a large filling and a very small bill. Had I returned to Eastland they would have drilled and filled perfectly good teeth and subjected a healthy tooth to a root canal and crown. Ridiculous! Beware of this business ... get a second opinion.

Cassie Griffin: I had to go down to the front desk several times to get items that should have been in my room including toilet paper and linens for the pullout bed. I was not able to get an extra pillow for my husband because "guests steal those and we do not have any extra at this time". The breakfast was not edible. The gravy was watery and had no flavor. The eggs were sitting in water and the sausage was basically cardboard. Save your money and stay somewhere else because this location is poorly managed apparently.

Google User: The toilet and showers are old and stained. The staff steals and will come in your room without permission.The internet doesnt work and they REFUSE to call someone to fix it. The entire second floor, the ethernet ports do not work. The wifi doesnt stay connected.The snacks in the pantry are disgustingly over priced. $3 for a $1.50 bag of chips.Housekeeping comes once a week and I'm not talking about the deepclean. The house keeping that's suppose to come every morning, it's been over a week since they've been by.

Alayna Bryan: This hotel is dumb. The hotel was overbooked but did not call to let our person, who had reserved the rooms very prior to visiting, know that they only had one room available for them. They waited until the night of while we were out to a concert to call and tell us that we would only have one room. The service in this place is ridiculous. I heard in the lobby that one man had waited over an hour for his single suites to be cleaned out. They should have had that done very prior to the check in time at 3pm. Then when we returned from the concert they told us there was nothing they could do and that the manager would have to call the following day to maybe give a refund. I would not suggest this place.

jackson remacle: Maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, we payed for 2 rooms, one for two days and one for one day cause my uncle got here a day before us. The day we got there the check in personal was extremely rude and snippy when we asked when are second room would be ready, That I was sitting in there game room which was unlocked they promptly kicked me out with no reason and were quite rude about it. Jim C: We have stayed at Candlewood at least 9 weekends in the last year. The location is great and rooms are clean. And staff is friendlyHowever,things are changing. I have noticed a turnover in staff and well as management.With our last stay I was charged twice for a third night reservation(1st was made through Priceline)Long story short...the hotel would not return my calls after speaking with the manager..who BTW messed up the reservation.I finally had to contact my credit card company and they got the charges reduced (as of now)BUT NOT completely taken off. Better than nothing I guess.We will never return to this hotel.

Kaitlynn D: As always, the Candlewood Suites is a pleasure to stay at, this particular location even more so.I had to book two nights last minute due to inclement weather during my travels, and the front desk ladies were very accommodating. They got my dog and I into a last minute room and they were just overall very pleasant and sweet.The rooms are clean and filled with everything you could need for a short or extended stay, and the coffee in the room really is way better than other hotels.There is no complimentary breakfast at Candlewood Suites, but I vastly prefer their cupboard options, of which there are many.The facilities are plentiful and well-maintained, and this coupled with the lovely staff and clean and spacious room is why I continually seek out Candlewood over all other lodgings.Thank you all for your hard work, especially during the holidays, and for being so kind to my pup and I as we were stranded by the winter storm.
