Melissa Parrott: Getting an appointment was fairly easy. The provided 2 day loner was nice. However, the first full day my truck was in the shop, nothing was done to it. I dropped off my truck in the afternoon on Monday, June 5. Service wasn’t even started until Wednesday, June 7. Jarren contacted me that afternoon to let me know that diagnosis was complete and warranty would cover it but wouldn’t be ready until Thursday June 8. That would mean I would be responsible to pay for one day of loaner car or return it and be without a vehicle. I asked him to see what he could do to correct that, since they let my truck sit for a full day. He was able to get that $45 covered for me. Jarren was very helpful and kind. However, the timing of service at your shop is awful.Also, I was unaware that there are 2 Cable Dahmer shops on Noland. I went to the wrong shop (Chevrolet) first and waited there around 15 minutes just for someone to tell me I wasn’t their customer and tell me how to get to the right shop (Buick-GMC)
Pamela Moore: The moment I walked in the door, DeAndre greeted me and it was off to races. I pretty much knew what kind of car and the color I wanted. I simply ask if they had it and he took me right to the vehicle. Needless to say, upon first look, I was sold (the 2023 Buick Encore GX). It felt good to purchase a brand new and not used car as I have done with my previous 4 vehicles. The only thing that felt good was when I paid them off. This time, it's a good feeling from the start. Not buying someone else's problem, but enough of that. Back to DeAndre, good customer service is hard to find, let alone great. He was very informative, it was a pleasure talking with him as I did my test drive. Just an all around sweetheart. He was very respectful and if I could I would give him 10 stars. Thanks Dre 🙂

I keep calling and can't get an response back. I need my truck fix right! I paided for it. Now I'm at another company that wants to do the fronts again. My car is shaking when I put on brakes. Sent your not answering I will have to let them do it. I'm getting a lawyer for my money back so you can pay it.

Laurel Wilson: My car was towed there d/t a serious mechanical issue that happened on the way to vacation. Dan worked with me and put a rush on parts when he found out I was a single mom traveling with 4 kids. He also was very honest and charged me a lot less than I was originally quoted, saying the parts were less than what the original estimate read. You don’t see that type of honesty every day! I highly recommend them!

Jim Scovell: My charges for the repairs made came very close to $5,000 which I agreed to over the phone. Once I got to the service department I was asked how I wanted to pay for the bill: cash, check, debit card or credit card. I said credit card. My service rep then told me there would be an additional 3% charge if I use my credit card. I had no idea you people were a cash business only! Taking credit cards but passing your cost for doing so on to the customer is outrageous! I had to pay another $147 just to do business with your company. However, I have learned my lesson!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

I’ve brought it in twice in the last 4-5 weeks for the same repairs and they will charge me for something different on paper to fix the SAME PROBLEM I’ve brought it in for. The “check engine” light came on again THIS MORNING and they want to charge me another $100 to have the same thing fixed. Don’t waste your time with service here. They don’t actually fix your car

We had an appointment to get an oil change at 10:00am. We got there at 9:30am and didnt leave until 12:45-1:00....thats a little ridiculous. Not sure if they're under staffed or what, but just a little heads up if you're going to schedule an oil change!

Jennifer Sands: Sales experience: Good experience. Personal service.Service: Part of our agreement on the purchase was to install a seatbelt and fix a recall on the airbag. It took longer than expected and the communication was poor. I made multiple calls and was told they were trying to order the parts and track it down. I do know that there’s a delay on products which I understand but its the lack of communication is my issue. Then I was told that the Service Department would call and we never heard from them. I called again weeks later, spoke to Clayton, and he got us scheduled. Clayton was very nice. The seatbelt color doesn’t match what’s in our vehicle but at this point, we’re just happy to have it done. The airbag recall part was the wrong part so we’re going elsewhere to get it handled. We’re unimpressed with the overall experience and will likely not be back.

Jim Morrison: The Service Managers are fantastic and keep me abreast of what's going on and approximate time remaining on my service. Once I got my truck back after the service was completed, I had greasy hand prints on the top chrome portion of my grill that wasn't cleaned off. I thought as an appreciation of having my Truck serviced with Dave Cross, someone would have washed the outside and ran a quick vacuum through the interior my truck, but it wasn't done.
Mindy Thompson: Took my car to the service center after my car dying on me several times on the way there. They had my car 4 days ran tons of gas out of it and told me nothing was wrong with my car!! So they sent me on my way just for the car to break down on the way home. Took it to another gmc service center where they found the problem within a couple hours of looking at the car. I wouldn’t recommend their mechanics to anyone! I even mentioned trading the car in and nobody even reached out. Ended up taking it to cable dahmer and traded it in no problem.

Adrian is very knowledgeable about their vehicles. This is the second vehicle I have bought there and had all my maintenance done there. The service department is second to none. I was trying to change a certificate that I got from Chevrolet but it ended up I couldn't use that certificate towards this vehicle so the time it took which the vehicle came in on the 13th of September it was getting towards the end of the month I said if I didn't purchase it before the end of the month they would put it on the lot and sell it but disappointed me when they said that I said I'd probably not going to buy it buy it then it's in the long run they said they're going to keep my $500 so I guess I wouldn't purchase anything from them.

Using the app for Roadside Assistance didn't work out so well as the wait time was very long before help could arrive, not sure of it was the time of day or if it's always like that, but overall very easy experience

Buddy Foutts: I brought my 2006 Buick Lacrosse in to resolve a check engine / steering related error message being displayed. The Service department reviewed the car and contacted me to provide the diagnostics. I was initially hesitant about resolving other issues identified until the primary reason was resolved. They assured me that the recommended repairs would resolve the issue. I gave the approval to proceed.The Service department reviewed the repairs made to the vehicle and informed me that the steering assist warning message would resolve in the next few weeks of driving the car and if it did not I should call to have it checked. When the steering assist error message did not resolve on it's own, as directed it would, I once again contacted the Service department. They scheduled a time to bring the car back in. On this subsequent review they communicated that the issue was now part of the electronic brake control module and that this part has been discontinued.So my initial issue was not resolved, but, it could now probably be fixed if I found the part (e.g., ebay or other used parts service) and they charged me to install (and no warranty for it).After $5K+ in various repairs, Robert Brogden Service recommendation for the steering assist issue, now has a new solution, it could be fixed for more money and no warranty, "probably". This brings to mind the old adage, "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me."Maybe just bad luck with this 2006 Buick Lacrosse, I did get other $5k+ issues resolved (here's hoping). I'll not be giving Robert Brogden Buick GMC Service another chance to fool me.
