If you need a referral to a different type of dentist, they have you covered. The two specialists for my children, special circumstances, are amazing and talented as well in what they do. The billing lady, is so helpful and smart about how they do their billing. Thank you Dental Excellence for my amazing new smile!!! And Brooke you are so gifted and amazing at adjusting these. Fixing where they rub and making me super comfortable after hating to even talk or show my mouth. :)Update: You will not be disappointed choosing this office. They truly care and make plans to help you love your smile. Again Dr. Wiley is so gentle. I had about 6 teeth taken at one time to be able to get dentures and I was only in pain that day and the next morning.They really do put Excellence in everything they do. :)

Debbie Epperson: This place is a joke. Beware of all the "work" you need to have done. My husband and I stopped going here and found a dentist that is a sole practitioner. In other words, not part of a quota pushing corporation. All the thousands of dollars worth of work they claimed my husband needed was a lie. Period. They were cleaning my teeth every 3 months instead of 6, sucking all of the insurance dollars and also charging me $135 on top of it. Doing the SAME EXACT cleaning job on my teeth as they were doing on my husband. Good riddance. Beware to all.

OranjeKola: I would never visit this office again. For any reason.When I arrived at 11 even though I had been to Aspen Dental in LS I was told that my insurance would not be accepted. I then waited an hour before I even saw the dentist who then proceeded to poke at the teeth that were in pain and send me back up front to figure out my method of payment. Where I was told my care credit would not be accepted and that I needed to call CareCredit and get my card fixed while they proceeded to ALL take their lunch break. After I called CareCedit they told me there was no reason my card would not be accepted and that no charge attempts had even been made to my card. Crazy. Then I proceeded to wait for another 2 hours before the receptionist ask me what I was waiting for?!?!? They then went back and forth with me on my insurance again and had apparently made a new patient account for me? Then FINALLY I went in to get my teeth pulled. Because I was so numbed I obviously couldn't tell but, the dentist completely annihilated my gums while removing my teeth. I had more pain from the cuts in my gums than from the tooth pull.Thanks a lot. What a horrible 4 hours of my life.If you know whats good for you, you will skip going to this Dentist.
Andrew: I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 10 years so I was very nervous. This place exceeded my expectations. Dr Nick and the hygiene Kaylee were so thorough and explained everything so I understood. I was able to get a cleaning and an extraction same day and it was amazing.
Patty Oswald: This place is horrible, had my teeth pulled for dentures,I only saw my actual dentist twice, was told it was because they had a big turn over. Then they tell you you wont pay more then they quote, then charged me over a thousand more, and would not give me my dentures until I payed in full. then my dentures were huge from the first time I put them in, and tried to reach them by phone but always rang busy,finally drove to the office and was told system was down and had been for awhile that is why they weren't answering phones. It has been an awful experience. Still wearing teeth that fall out.

But they even found a way for me to have full dentures on a small low income in my insurance paid it all. I am so glad that I went to my appointment to Aspen dental so that I could get what I needed to eat healthier and to have more self love for my smile. Thank you Aspen dental for being there while everything else in my life seems upside down you put my smile right side up thank you.update, I told my friend in tx about Aspen, I'm now sorry I did, I now also have a new dentist. If you want affordable teeth or dentures, not where the mold is is not ready in 4 to 5 visits. My friend can't even get his REAL dentures for six months and he's making payments, run don't walk to the nearest exit. My opinion. It's a free country. You have been warned.
Tammy Wickizer: My husband was having the worst pain he’s ever had we made an appointment on a weekend was able to get one the next day. Aspen was very kind from the moment we walked in the door. They made my husband feel very comfortable on his first visit. He had a really bad infection. They were able to get him in the next day to get that taken care of. I was really impressed and relieved they did a wonderful job.

One time I was having severe tooth pain, with an appointment made after waiting a week with pain there was still nothing done about to fix my problem or relieve my pain.

Moriah Ireland: As soon as I arrived it was a new girl working the front. She was super nice. When they called me back the nurse that helped me was also a very nice African American lady. After they called the doctor back to evaluate my teeth she had me smile and simply said “no we can’t do this implant, go to where you normally go” because it was in the front of my smile. The nurse tried to explain to her that my Orthodontist referred me to get my implant at this location. And she was super hateful and rude to her own nurse and cut her off mid sentence saying “no. Listen to me. I said we can’t do this implant.” I thought it was very unprofessional how she was talking to her nurse in front of a CUSTOMER. Also they FAILED to tell me I had to check out at the desk after they refused my implant. The front desk woman never stopped me or mentioned checking out. I had to go to work that night so I wasn’t able to go back to pay the 20$ they charged me to SMILE. Litterly. So they need are charging me 100$ for refusing my services..I work customer service so I understand people can be very nit picky on their services. But the way the doctor treated her nurses in front of a CUSTOMER had me angry for the nice lady.

Lisa Erickson: I have been seeing Dr. Newhouse for years and I am surprised by any negative reviews or experiences. She and her staff are wonderful! I've had extensive work done due to my lousy genes and both Dr. Newhouse and her staff are and always have been very kind, professional, and caring. Yes - oral surgery is painful and unpleasant, but it's an unfortunate part of the process for implants in my situation. Dr. Newhouse has ALWAYS called me the evening of any procedure to see how I'm doing. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.

After talking to my aunt and uncle which are a hygienist about wat she did they both said once she saw that i was having a bunch of pain at her doing the probe thing they should have at minimum put the numbing stuff on the gums if not done it in quadrants after they saw the xrays and did the full numbing and just did the thing to tell how bad it was and done a deep cleaning
Laura McGrew: Typical dental Rip off.I was referred by my dentist for a max facial bone tissue graft, to see if I would be a good candidate for dental implants. My dentist sent over the bite wings and 3D pano he had taken. I went to Dr Newhouse office and was there for over 2 hours. They did a full mouth series of xrays, which they stated I would not be charged for. They then did a series of photographs with my lips pulled back, they then did a cone beam cat scan which they also stated I wouldn't be charged for. They then did a comprehensive Periodontal evaluation, ok I see another periodontist regularly but I understand that Dr. Nancy wants to look for herself. At the end of the 2 hour appointment I was presented with a treatment plan for the ridge augmentation and gum grafting; expensive - but no surprise.I was surprised however to be presented a bill for $474. It feels like they were more interested in getting a payment for the privilege of being evaluated than in actually making me want to become a patient.I paid the bill, no protest, and walked out. I will not be going back.
Kiley Cain: After YEARS of searching for relief, I was thrilled to find Dr. Newhouse and her team. I have had countless appointments with other Dr's in the industry and would leave my appointments frustrated, without any answers, and without a plan on how we would move forward in correctly fixing the issues that I was having. I have been seeing her for just under a year and have been so happy with any/all work that has been done. If you are needing an expert in Periodontics, look no further!
Bev Huffman: My experience at Newhouse Periodontics was a very pleasant one. They are very nice to work with and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Beverly Cook: She charged me over $3,000 to "straighten" a tooth, deep cleaning 3 bone graphs and not much else. She cause me so much pain, my face was bruised and swollen. I would not advise any one to go there.
Cindy Entwistle: Several years ago, Nancy Newhouse performed gum surgery on my top teeth and it was one of the worst, most painful experiences of my life. I recently heard an advertisement for her on the radio and felt it necessary to give others fair warning. Dr. Newhouse was extremely rough and I was screaming out in pain, my husband said he could hear me from the waiting room. She said she would call me that evening to see how I was doing and I never heard from her. The third day after my surgery the stitches came loose and were hanging down into my mouth making it difficult to chew my food. I was not able to reach her to report the problem. She recommended I have the same surgery done on my bottom teeth as soon as possible. When I called back to cancel my next appointment, her staff were very rude. I saw another periodontist and he said surgery was NOT necessary.
