Vistar Kansas City: what do users think?
Cherry on Cupcake!: Quick unloading, 1 hour I’m rolling to next pic
Kristijan Trajkoski: My driver had 6am appt, its now 2pm and he is still not empty.
John Johnsons: Expensive lumper, long wait time, small dock area, and overall unorganized staff. This makes it one of my top 10 most annoying places to deliver to.
Marco Polo: This place opens at 4am. There is very limited parking in the car/employee parking lot as you come in the entrance. They do not take credit cards for their over-inflated lumper fee payment. English is not spoken fluently.
J M: No overnight parking
Dean Berry: People are nice enough it's the lumpers that ruins this place, very slow.
Roman Perminov: Appointment 5 a.m. 6 a.m finish.
Chantel CEE: Will call process has always been met with nice staff and helpful people.
Alberto H Tovar A: Hablan español e ingles
taj johal: Apt. 8:00amChecked in 5:00amUnload @ 5:50am
Ricki Poppe: Where to start. I had a 4am appointment. It was all good was staged up in the driveway. About midnight my truck shut off. Batteries were dead. I checked in An told them about my truck that in the morning I would have to get a mechanic. It was so hot my phone died An my tablet was only for texting to a few family members. The nice lady in the office let me use the plug in by the office An even let me set in a chair while charging the ph. I fully got a hold of a mechanic. Kansas City mobile. Very nice people also. While waiting the heat got so bad 100 degrees. I didn’t even have charge left to call uber. Another nice lady from Vistar gave me my cat an pup a ride to Best western north. (More nice people) An pet friendly. Anyway a good night in a/c An the next day truck was fixed An load got delivered. Thank you every one at Vistar.
Maximus Cruz: Very not professional. Not efficient. They need to do better on there organizing and receiving and shipping.
Robert R: Unloaded very quickly, waiting on paperwork was about 2 hours. $339.00 lumper fee for 8 skids of potato chips..
Matt Lehenbauer: As a theater manager, I can say that Vistar KC is one of the worst concession supply companies we have dealt with. Good luck getting your shipments on time!
Claude Kiel: Second time here both times has taken over five hours to unload
Kenny Lero: Check don't bounce
Anthony zeno: Appt 0930Only 4 pallets- $224 lumper- who cares, drivers get reimbursedThe 1 star, their equipment sucks and the people dont pay attention or dont care about your equipment. Have hydrolic oil on my floor from their forklifts and damage my load bars that secured their load.Plus, 4 hours in a dock to finally get paperwork on a ice cream load. The 1 star was because I took a nap yo recoupe my split sleeper time.🤣
Jamie Gardner: Waited over 7 hours to get unloaded
sunny jerad: Zero star park at the Door 4:30amNow is 8:50 they are now even Touch it. Appointment at 6amLumper fee is $799 for 12 pallets.
Shashikant Tiwari: This place is staright trash, 7am appointment and got the door at 7.10 and sitting here since then and it's almost noon, they didn't even knew they gave me a door and am backed in and absolutely no communication and it's taking forever to literally just get the receipt for lumper fee.Only if I could give 0 stars
Nathan Baker: Really nice receiver, but other employees are pretty rude. Receiver was late to open. 0430 appointment, finished unloading at 0830. Refused 16 cases of product🙄

Opera House Bakery: what do users think?
Ashley Hughes: Ignore all the bad reviews below, this local bakery is badass! First of all everything is made in house from scratch. There is only 1 baker, her name is Annie and she is INCREDIBLE!Her macaroons are to die for! 6 different flavors & THEY ARE HUGE!! They have seasonal flavors of cheesecake which is hard to find locally. I recently fell in love with the granola bars, Annie also makes from scratch, Tropical Fruit & Trail Mix have been my go-to flavors when the restaurant is super busy on the weekends during the Farmers Market.
Lori Ventura: Such a cool vibe here!
Sean Tokic: Worst service ever experienced. Never wrote a review in my life until now. Waited in line while the barista spoke with her friend for 10 minutes and was told they couldn’t serve what was on menu. I asked when they stopped serving and she said when they get less busy. I asked when that generally is, she said 7pm. It was 6:30. She basically told me to kick rocks, and I guess I’ll kick rocks everywhere except Opera house from here on out.
Allison Dauzat: Bigger inside than expected, not much signage on where to go to order but went there strictly for the bakery. It in the very back left corner(if anyone wanted to know). Cute and small and a decent variety of sweets!
Vivian C: I ordered one Opera cake for special occasion and turned out that the sponge cake was dry and the buttercream was way too sweet. My boy friend tried it and also agreed with me that it contains way too much sugar and we ate not more than 2 slices. It was quite a disappointment.
Dave Cooney: Nice atmosphere but I do not recommend eating here unless you have a small stomach and big pocket book. Very small portions. A bit pricey.
Justin Marks: Walked in at 7:57pm (close at 8pm) and was told they were closed. That’s terrible service.
Peggy Beck: They didn't make opera house cake.
super fluffers: I went there for a birthday and just got a variety of treats to fit everyone's taste and it worked out really well! It's an awesome atmosphere and the treats were delicious, in fact I'm coming back next year!
Karen Bernard: Best coffee house in the city. Location couldn't be smarter. In good weather, you can't be the outside cafe. I go there on as many weekends as possible.
Amy Young: Delightful concept. Very friendly staff with great suggestions. Suitable for families, couples, job interviews and chilling out.
