Jeremy Shirah: I guess these people are just all thieves. Had two load straps on the trailer so they could secure my load. They bring the trailer back closed and sealed so I didn't know they had stolen my straps until I was 600 miles away. Don't leave stuff in your trailer. They will steal them!

No phone network but you can connect to their guest wifi which is cool.Note: It's really tight inside the cave so slide tandems all the way front b4 going in and b4 coming out else u might scratch the stone wall.

The colors were intensly hideous and clashed bc of it (we wanted something lighter), the font was wrong (they did flowy script font when we wanted it to be super simple and now we can barely read it), everything was off centered (the font was crooked and parts were floating randomly), and there were additions that weren't asked for. My spouse came home with it in tears because we don't have the time to get a new one made (what they said we would have to do if we wanted anything better) --- the celebration is today :( if I could give them 0 stars I would. The ready made ones in the case are 10x better than this which they had over a week to make!

Jessica Leigh Allegedly: The food is seriously good.. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be or not.. after trying the sesame chicken/fried rice/crab rangoon once- I was hooked. The fried chicken is fire, the pop breakfast is a personal fave when ordering from DoorDash.. however, the brownies are omg delicious. Unfortunately, if I buy a tray of them.. if I don’t have friends or family to help devour them and/or babysit me (lol) I have been known to eat them all by myself in one evening.. aha. Also, the people working in this dept are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s no surprise to me that they have a five star rating. They have earned that, for sure.

Stan Conner: Avoid the bakery! The service I received was just as nasty as the donuts. This last Saturday I had some woman yell "can I help you?" For a family gathering I needed to order 2 dozen donuts. As I was giving my order she kept saying "next" then said "Be specific" I told her she was being rude. Her reply was "be specific." I ordered chocolate bars and chocolate donuts. Pretty specific! She gave me donuts with sprinkles! I didn't notice until I was checking out. I contacted the company with my complaint... No reply! I will NEVER enter another Hy-Vee. Nasty service. Nasty product. Poor company reply!
