They delivered a sectional to me infested with bed bugs and did not want to come back and get the sofa bc of the bugs that came from their own store, do not offer to replace the furniture the store manager was Rude and showed no sympathy I had to call cooperate and get them involved I would never recommend at least this location to anyone if hall can save up and buy a sofa or go to rent a center before you come to this location

Amanda Gallion: Shoutout to Jared for helping us with our washer and dryer! When I had to call him because his drivers accidentally dropped off two washers it was fixed within an hour or so. I have to say though I feel bad for the older gentleman that was the driver looks like his partner doesnt listen well to instruction and is a bit unprofessional. I have a long voicemail that was accidentally sent to me of them arguing and cussing. Also left me with no dryer hose but certainly nothing but a 30$ fix at homedepot. I still gave 5 stars ⭐️

Amber Polen: Everyone was very helpful, honest and patient. I can't remember the time frame it's either 90 days or 6 months same as cash, which if you can do that option, it saves you money. The prices of appliances are similar as buying from other stores. The guys that brought my new fridge were super nice and helpful.

One thing I am not good at is picking out furniture that goes together. I told Shana what colors I needed to work with and she took it from there. Kenneth Smirl: You guys I have some wise advice for you all who go through this place to get any sort of furniture. Don’t ever go through this place to get furniture if you don’t wanna get ripped off out your own money that could possibly go towards a better place or find better use like paying bills because I am currently having to file a lawsuit against them and the financial place that they are through along with rent A center and by the way my grandmother at 80 years of age wound up with bedbugs because of them and had to get rid of a lot of stuff including stuff that her mother and father passed down to her and shortly after she experienced that with them she passed away from natural causes along with having curvature of the spine on top of that. Will literally lie to your face switching up story to story and they will also try to sweet talk you into buy anything from them even making payments on anything of theirs and than turn around and try to make you believe that they have better deals than any other place that has furniture and trust me it’s not worth any of their time after you guys read this review and hopefully you guys will take heed to I’m saying right now as I write this review as well because due to what they’re doing to me and my soon to be wife we are literally about to wind up homeless because of this place and what they’re currently doing to us behind our backs.

Will be recommending especially Kimberly my sales person. Your other associates helped me find someone to take the old furniture away. And your store manager is also a gem to work with.
Cayce Palmer: I purchased a Chair and a half, and the matching ottoman 18 months ago. I also paid extra for the "goof proof" guardian plan that they claimed covered any kind of damage. The fabric on the ottomon started to pill a few months after we got the set, now the fabric is separating on the arm of the chair and some of the nail heads have fallen out. On top of that, the "certified foam" in the ottoman is caving in. I contacted Bobs, and their reply was "sorry, we only cover products for 12 months" and that the Guardian plan likely wont cover it because it is a manufacturing issue. So almost $1200 got us a chair and ottoman that need replaced less than two years later. I wouldn't spend a dime here unless you have the money to replace your furniture every two years.

But the lady on the other hand seem to be offer. Answering phone call. Didn't want to help carry the TV out. The guy had to ask her a few times to please help him amd to get off the phone. That she would have to tale care of the phone call later. She was really stand offish with him. If I do ever go back. It won't be to the one at 23rd and less summit rd.

Diana Todd: They wouldn't take the back off the sofa for easier delivery. So as a result they scraped and chipped the paint off the hallway into my apartment by pushing the sofa in. I don't know if I'll be charged for the damage when the apartment manager notices it.

They came and got the washer and refuse to give any refund for me only using it for two days. Really 63.10 for two days. Not expecting all of it but would be nice for some. Karry DIVERS: So I experienced a very frightening Friday night after dark. There was a knock at the door, and two men asked for a different person than myself to which I replied was not here. I wasn’t even sure who they was because they didn’t identify themselves and it was dark. These two began harassing me left and right. I explained that I am not the customer and I would try to reach him. He wanted me to do it right then and I couldn’t because I was busy. They bombarded me with such anger and rudeness the entire time that I was trying to explain that I would do what I could. One told me he was supervisor for collections and he was going to call the police on me! He then proceeded to completely insult me. Just then my sitter pulled up and he proceeded to harass them! I even asked if they had a card so I would atleast know they wasn’t pulling something scary. They did not give me one and needless to say my son was so afraid that he didn’t even want to come out of the room to go with the sitter. Someone in corporate needs to know about what kind of employees they have! I will take this to the BBB

SirJuan Ingram III: Overall the experience that I had with the staff was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I had come in and originally rented a sectional. Come to find out that the sectional I rented was too big to fit in my apartment. So the delivery guys who I have to say were very professional and on time, took the sectional back to the store. I called and spoke with the manager and she was like hey come back to the store and we can get you something else. So I went to the store and after measuring several sofas and sectionals I finally found one that would fit thanks to the help of the manager and the delivery guy. After getting everything situated I was told I wouldn't be able to get the sectional until Monday. I asked the manager if they could deliver it the same day. The manager went to speak with her driver and came back and told me they could come out today. So they did finally come back to my apartment, after one of the delivery drivers just got back from delivering a refrigerator, and delivered my sectional and it fit and I am a very satisfied customer. I really wish I could remember their names but they know who they are and I thank them so much for making sure I left satisfied.

I called and told them what i was wanting and by time i waa able to get to the store they had everything ready for me when alex made my delivery i had just lost my kitten and he cared enough to help me look for her he was so sweet and told me to make sure i let them know if i found her or not. Kim: If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I placed an order for an LG TV when I called they told me they didn’t have any LG‘s but they had a Samsung I could have. They delivered it yesterday and it’s an off brand TV that I’ve never heard of and the cable company has never heard of. They left without checking it and it had no sound. The cable company couldn’t get the sound to work so I called them today and told them to take it back. I was told it would be sometime next week. I called and asked for the Regional Manager’s name and number and Stephanie refused instead they told me they would not rent to me again. Funny they rented my entire home of furniture and several tv’s in the past. That’s customer loyalty. This is not the same pleasant store and staff that it used to be. If this is now their idea of customer satisfaction they are going to fail.
