I am dealing with a parent that has dementia and has been doing strange things to her phone and phone provider when not supervised.First of all- Rebecca gave me her cell to walk me through the process of getting her to T-Mobile the proper way from another carrier. Rebecca spent so much time with me- and was EXACTLY the person that was supposed to be there in my moment of need. He also informed me about the S23 Ultra and the trade-in deal that the last salesman should've told me about when my phone was confirmed returned. I went and spoke to Korey, who ordered my S23 Ultra phone and let me know it would take a week for me to receive it. I received my correct phone in less than a week. I returned to the store, and Hem helped me get my new phone up and running. Jabriel helped with replacing my sim card for my new phone and erased all my content in my old phone.Everyone was pleasant, had a great atmosphere, was attentive, and cared about my customer experience.

Katie Gilpin: I bought the Moto G Pure phone from this location. In the first 7 days of having this phone, I had to go up to the store 6 times. The phone kept freezingup on me. They replaced it once, and when THAT phone kept doing the same thing, they refused to do any more about it because then they would be out the money. So now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly EVER. I can't even disconnect from a call because it freezes up. I'll never go back to this store for anything.

Susan Miller: I ordered a phone and an employee was to bring it in from another store. He set a date and time for me to pick it up, but when I got there he said he hadn't picked it up because he was low on gas. If there's more than one person ahead of you, prepare to wait for quite a while to be helped. The phone service itself could be better--I have been disappointed so far.
bettykinslowo: The store manager did such a great job. I switched over from consumer cellular and it was a bit of a hassle because of a port delay but Christian was very patient and such a great help. He transferred my information and helped me get in contact with my sister, such an amazing man
Michele Williams: I went to buy the $19.99 phone with promotion as I have been a cricket customer for 5 years. Christian waited on me. He told me there wasn't a promotion and my phone would cost over $80. Looking at the receipt when I got home. I did get the $19.99 phone promotion and he gave me a cut partial receipt and I was charged $83. He charged me for items I never ordered or received. Upon returning to the store today and demanding a full receipt, explanation, and refund. I only got the full receipt after Christian saying he couldn't find, alot of stalling and trying to misdirect me, after saying I would call the police. So far I have not been told what the charge is for or given a refund. Christian would not give me a straight answer and said it don't concern him. I looked up the charges, one is for an unlocked phone and the other is for insurance I never ordered or received. Almost $35. I'm 67 years old and could be mistaken for an easy target. I'm not done with this matter and demand a refund. I hope the owner of the store will correct this and issue me a refund and rethink who he/she has managing the store as I was told Christian is the manager I'm not sure exactly what I was charged for, maybe it was a case. I don't know because I was charged for items I never requested or received. I don't need the owner to day sorry. I need a refund of the money that was taken from me. My only income is veterans widows benefits and I need a refund. Sorry don't put food on my table. The owners, please respond accordingly

Betsy Wilson: My phone service is through a company that I started with when I lived in Las Vegas, I kept the service when I moved back to Kansas City. They use T-Mobile towers so I have to have a T-Mobile compatible phone. I bought a new one at a different store and could not get the SIM card.loaded properly. I literally spent two entire days on this. With my anxiety through the roof I drove to this T-Mobile store, walked in and had about a 10 minute wait. A young gentleman waited on me I explained to him very quickly the problem he asked if he can see my phone and the SIM card I handed it to him. He immediately put SIM card in with no problem or judgment and helped me finish setting up my phone. Very very nice, patient and very knowledgeable.

You can't even cancel your service in store. When in store employees will provide the customer service telephone number and prompt you to call and wait like you have already done at home. Steer clear of Tmobile if you value your time and don't appreciate surprise charges that result in multiple customer service interactions with no resolution. If you enjoy pain Tmobile is certainly the best choice.In response to Tmobiles response:There will not be another visit. I'm happy to report my services being terminated and finding another service provider. I hope your company can resolve its issues to prevent other unsuspecting individuals the headache and frustration in the future. The entire Tmobile experience was subpar. I'm astonished with such poor customer service and long wait times that there is anyone fielding these reviews so quickly. If only your company could have been concerned with customer service before my surprise charges and 30hrs of dealing with customer service both in store and via telephone with no resolution.

I was instructed by the store to go to mytmoclaim.com for the claim. They sent me another phone for $99. Got everything set up only the sim card would not activate. I took my phone in. The lady I talked to 6/25 at 1 pm up in the front told me they no longer service LG phones and said I had to spend another $130 to pay off my phone then purchase a new one. And that I MIGHT be able to get my $99 back from insurance which is incorrect. That is through insurance not T Mobile. She was assuming. I left. Called another TMobile and they told me she was incorrect and not sure where she received her information. Do not go to this store as they are uneducated on their product and try to upsell by lying to the customer that has been there for over 10 years.

Bob Page: Went to this store to replace my wife's iPhone and had a great experience. Worked with Spencer and he was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us an overview of the replacement and we told him we wanted to think about it and would be back in the next day. Came in the next day and he remembered us. He helped us pick out a new phone, made sure everything was transferred over and that we knew how the new phone worked. Spencer was outstanding!Also want to point out the excellent teamwork between Spencer and Kevin in making sure our legacy Sprint account was properly handled. It was nice to see how we4ll they worked together. Thanks Kevin. Nico also said hello and was very friendly. Nice to know we are in good hands with T-Mobile and have a store we can count on.Thanks!
Nick Korth: The rep john was very helpful. There was a miscommunication from 611 customer service , and he gave me a credit for my trouble. He did a great job. The store in independence is lucky to have him

Charlie Goodrich: The store is smaller than the other T-Mobile locations. Employees were friendly and the lines seem to move pretty quick. After the 40 hwy location refused to help me I had no problem getting a phone here. Thanks Quinn.
Stephen Johnston: Staff are spirited, helpful, and knowledgeable. The parking area is shared, confined, frequently full, and moderately inconvenient to access while not impossible for drivers that are skilled and able. The parking is the only reason for the loss of the star.
Joshua Soldanels: Me and my wife were upset with the bill and we went into the store after many phone calls to 611 to try to solve our problem. Stephanie was the lady that helped us she listened and then made a phone call to customer service for us and was on the phone with them forever but she got our problem solved. Thank you Stephanie you handled everything very professionally and patiently excellent customer service!!!!! We appreciate you!!!
