Susan Miller: I ordered a phone and an employee was to bring it in from another store. He set a date and time for me to pick it up, but when I got there he said he hadn't picked it up because he was low on gas. If there's more than one person ahead of you, prepare to wait for quite a while to be helped. The phone service itself could be better--I have been disappointed so far.
bettykinslowo: The store manager did such a great job. I switched over from consumer cellular and it was a bit of a hassle because of a port delay but Christian was very patient and such a great help. He transferred my information and helped me get in contact with my sister, such an amazing man
Michele Williams: I went to buy the $19.99 phone with promotion as I have been a cricket customer for 5 years. Christian waited on me. He told me there wasn't a promotion and my phone would cost over $80. Looking at the receipt when I got home. I did get the $19.99 phone promotion and he gave me a cut partial receipt and I was charged $83. He charged me for items I never ordered or received. Upon returning to the store today and demanding a full receipt, explanation, and refund. I only got the full receipt after Christian saying he couldn't find, alot of stalling and trying to misdirect me, after saying I would call the police. So far I have not been told what the charge is for or given a refund. Christian would not give me a straight answer and said it don't concern him. I looked up the charges, one is for an unlocked phone and the other is for insurance I never ordered or received. Almost $35. I'm 67 years old and could be mistaken for an easy target. I'm not done with this matter and demand a refund. I hope the owner of the store will correct this and issue me a refund and rethink who he/she has managing the store as I was told Christian is the manager I'm not sure exactly what I was charged for, maybe it was a case. I don't know because I was charged for items I never requested or received. I don't need the owner to day sorry. I need a refund of the money that was taken from me. My only income is veterans widows benefits and I need a refund. Sorry don't put food on my table. The owners, please respond accordingly

Why wasnt anything said to them? I stood there for a half hour with no help. There is not even any information or prices next to the phones. How am I supposed to shop for a phone with no details about them or prices. The ceiling drops water, the place looks like trash, and the employees are rude.

Male employee shaking his head no when clearly the closed sign on the door still showed open till 8.Very frustrating when all I needed was to purchase one thing.
ray porali: Transfered a line to cricket had to pay over $100 to get a new phone and also paid for sim. The phone they gave me is NOT responding to calls phone rings and you tap to respond but there is no screen response, I kept it to see may be it would go away or there might be a trick to it? But I was wrong. So I called customer service for help. He said No BIG deal just go back to our store and BUY ANOTHER PHONE. I said but sir you sold me a LEMON and you are suppose to make it right? The agent was NON RESPONSIVE just like the phone they sold me. If you considering cricket read this one more time! Good luck.

Krystal Smith: I wish I could give them 0 stars. But they okay people when you are buying a phone but not when you have issues. I got 3 phones from them, switched over, and I have 2 bars of service but no actual service to do much.They have switched out my phone also. The only place I have service is at their store or on Wi-Fi. I have ONE bar everywhere I go. Can’t send picture messages, can’t get on the internet, service on the phone calls go in and out. I have been in the store 4 or 5 times for this issue and it’s a torn acl so I have to send someone else in everytime. They have 2 imei numbers attached to my phone. Got the phone at 7 at night didn’t have service til 9 am the next morning due to someone switching my sim to a different iPhone. This is the only cricket iPhone I own. They won’t give me my money back but 26 bucks I paid for the phone. I work from my phone so everyday I don’t have my phone working properly I’m losing money. They don’t wanna refund me my money so I can have actual phone service that works so I can work like everyone has to for a living. The other option is for someone to look at the tower near me don’t know what good that will do since I don’t have service ANYWHERE. But I guess my next step will be cooperate since I can’t talk to anyone by the representative at the store no one above her. Customer service isn’t any better either poor attitudes. None of them actually care about their customers. Being someone who has sold cell phones, a store manager, and regional manager at several phone places I would of never made anyone of my customers go through this. They can refund me the money back they just don’t want to. It’s sad. But I guess I’ll keep climbing up the pole some how to reach someone who will ACTUALLY help. I literally just wanna have the service I pay for and not have to deal with issues every day and I certainly can’t afford to not work being a single mom of 3.
Chris C Koontz: Needed a new cell phone because my touch screen quit working. I took in my $800 Ule Fone I got a few years back and already had on my account before. They were nice enough to switch my sim card from my broken phone to the Ule Fone for free. They even suggested the discount you can get if you qualify for threw the government where they will pay part of your phone bill. I'm already using it for my internet. I have 5 lines at Cricket with Insurance on 3 of the phones with unlimited calling, text, and data. I only pay $160 a month for all 5 phones. This cannot be beat by any other cell provider out there, period. Believe me, They've all called me trying to get me to switch and when I tell them what I have at Cricket they are quickly discouraged.

I walked into this location and within 10 minutes (including waiting in line) the rep at this location had done exactly what I went to the Raytown store for, a simple phone switch. The rep here was nice, fast, and I will be driving the extra to come here instead of the horrid location on 350 in Raytown.Thanks for the quality customer service!

Cherelle Cook: I went to the AT&T store. Jeff greeted me. Bryant helped me get the wrong S22 phone from a previous salesperson, not at his store shipped back. He also informed me about the S23 Ultra and the trade-in deal that the last salesman should've told me about when my phone was confirmed returned. I went and spoke to Korey, who ordered my S23 Ultra phone and let me know it would take a week for me to receive it. I received my correct phone in less than a week. I returned to the store, and Hem helped me get my new phone up and running. Jabriel helped with replacing my sim card for my new phone and erased all my content in my old phone.Everyone was pleasant, had a great atmosphere, was attentive, and cared about my customer experience.

I have quite a few issues with this transaction .1, you took our money without even letting us see the finished product.2, after 5 mins of accessing the products you were made aware of our issuesThe case was incorrect, the screen protector had bubbles. At that time you were asked for a refund. You refused that, took her receipt and offered a fix. The protector is still messed up, it has hair and glare in it, specifically over the camera lense. You also still have our receipt. Unprofessional service. Will absolutely not return or refer. Buyer beware ‼️

I tried to return it, and the immediate response from the manager was combative and disrespectful. I told him the product came that way from the sealed box and he repeatedly accused me of somehow causing the damage. The products here are overpriced and poorly made, with staff that obviously doesn't stand behind them. Don't waste your time or money.

Elisha McIntire: I was sent to this AT&T store by an AT&T Technician to have my phone factory reset and the Guy and Girl working there did not know how to factory reset it. They were rude and unhelpful.They did not even try to learn how to do it. The girl sat there on a stool the whole time on her tablet and did not even try to get on computer and to help All the while I'm on the phone with another AT&T Technician who is saying that that factory reset is one of the most basic and easiest procedure's. I turned my speaker on so they could hear him say they didn't have the basic training and that AT&T will contact this store to try to make sure the people working there learn the basics they should already know. Don't waste your time going to this location because they will send you to another store for help.

Tina Torres: I was not giving all the information that I needed I was told it would be said sent to me via email, I still have not received it, I had payment arrangements not only did they not honor the arrangements but my car was towed and in less than 24 hours it was put on the auction I was fortunate enough to get it back once they finally located it. They literally located minutes before the auction started I would never recommend this service or location to anyone
