Margaret Courtney: I had a wonderful experience with getting a new phone due to a broken phone. I mostly worked with Alana who was fast, courteous, knowledgeable. I also worked with some other staff who were equally nice and knowledgeable.
FrenzaLatroya: My experience today was exceptional. I haven’t experienced this kind of customer service in a long time! Kobe was outstanding and very knowledgeable about all the questions that we had. Our upgrades didn’t take a long time and we were out of there in no time. I recommend choosing him for your cellphone needs. Kobe didn’t disappoint. We really appreciate him for all that he did for us today!

I came in not to long ago to get my phone upgraded to the new iphone and Kobe made the process so easy and smooth, even though i came into the store half an hour before it closed, he still helped me with no problem! I recommend my friends to go to this store specifically because of the hospitality is top tier.
Emily Daniel: 5 stars for Kobe.Went in to try to figure out why my smart phone wouldn't send or receive data over 5G, i.e. use the internet. After troubleshooting on my own for about 4 weekends and talking to other AT&T reps (one at a different store, one over the phone), Kobe solved the problem. He knew to check if there was a data block from AT&T, and that's what it was.

Significantly lower!I've been considering a move to a budget provider (Mint, Cricket, etc) but I wouldn't have been able to go into a store and get as much help as I did today. I'm more than happy with my experience in the store and the sales associate, Kobe. Patient, helpful and knowledgeable, he definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars!

I highly appreciated their honesty. Moreover, I came back and Alana & Kobe attended to me. They are so amazing!!! They’ve helped me get a brand new phone with an AMAZING deal. It saved me so much money per month and I’m VERY grateful for that. They’re very friendly and are so quick in getting everything taken care of. I remember coming in and the store was super packed, but they helped everyone and such a calm and effective manner. It appeared that everyone left satisfied. Alana is an amazing store manager by the way 👏🏽 sis really knows what she’s doing. Thank you guys for everything!!

Over the phone you talk to 12 bots, 6 computers 8 touch tones, and 5 people you can't understand and then finally when you about to pull out the last 15 stands of hair you got left you speak with a nice individual and you forgot half the stuff you wanted to say...🙄

David White: Do not recommend using this location. They added stuff to my bill that I did not want under the guise that it would lower my bill. It increased my bill. When I returned to address they sent me to customer service on the phone who I am still dealing with (impossible) to get my issue resolved. Avoid them. Do not put yourself through this.
jacque replogle: My name is Jacqueline and it was the worst day my iPhone could have given me problems. I was awaiting news with my 89 year old mother who is having her own unexpected health issue as my brother was going through serious surgery...my phone also receives medical updates for my blood sugars and more. For an unexpected reason my phone wouldn't send texts or calls. Wi-Fi was messing up, etc. I was at a loss. I went to the AT&T Store at 2515 NE Vivian Road near my mother's home and Mel was able to fix the issue. Not only was she professional, but she was kind, pleasant and a joy to be around. I've been an AT&T client for almost 20 years. She's the best customer service rep/consultant I've ever dealt with. Thank you so much!

Hanna Anderson: I went in to upgrade my phone from a X ProMax to a 13 Pro Max, and Mel was a ROCKSTAR taking care of me. She was quick & efficient; answered all questions I had, and was even willing to help my TWICE more when I came back in to the store not getting my phones to transfer data. Mel is very knowledgable, and SHE NEEDS A RAISE! Thanks, Mel!
Alan Hutchins: Very friendly customer service and helpful staff but they add additional charges to your account when you upgrade with them. Per the staff they are required to add those charges but ATT does not require you to sign up for the upgrade fee or the protection plan even though this franchise store does. Best to save money and upgrade directly online with ATT if you do not want additional and unnecessary charges added to your bill. Canceling some of those charges require a 21 day waiting period and a call to ATT customer service.
