Greazy Olay: Worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an African American male, but as soon as i walked into the establishment i was yelled at and forced to be quick with my decisions.The 2 workers a older woman and a young man mentioned i wouldn’t have my order for another 15-20 minutes and i had to wait in my car i couldn’t sit inside and wait. Though when another group of customers arrived i asked them how were their experiences at this establishment, they mentioned they’ve never been here before. I told the customers about my experience before they went in, to see if we’d have similar experiences, we did not. Instead when they went in and made the workers aware, they now had my order ready 1 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.I do not appreciate this treatment!

I could have dressed up some reformed meat product with some sugar. I would be ashamed to sell that as ready to eat for the price charged. My dogs approved.

Haven't had a bad sub yet and I have gone here for years.Only issue i had was being over charged then not realizing until I made it home. I ordered 2 whole subs and 2 drinks. I was also charged extra to "make them combos" I didn't get chips or anything that made them such nor did I ask for any. So you can see i was charged "make it a combo $3.59" for nothing. Im going back tomorrow to see if I can get it refunded but I imagine I won't be. I will edit this review if they make it right.But food/drinks 10/10 when not being charged for nothing... lol...I'm sure you can see the response below. The only thing I have to say is it should be given back just as easily as it was taken from me. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my money back that you wrongfully charged me. I understand people get busy and restaurants get behind from time to time. I was apologized to once for sitting in their waiting for over 25 minutes and it wasn’t direct ti me just the lazy manager yelling sorry to the group. I was never offered a free beverage to drink while I waited. Never a free bag of chips. Then I watched the manager have a conversation with what looked to be one of his buddies for at least 5-8 minutes while his staff was drowned trying to keep up and tables covered with dirty plates.As a business owner myself I found it quite disgusting to watch this manager completely mismanage the situation and let his staff fail while he slacked off. Wyatt Rasmussen: Our wedding was catered by Dutzel's and everything was delicious. They were very professional since our first contact with them. During the tasting, we were allowed to try different appetizers, entrees, and dessert bars and ultimately decide which ones we wanted to go with for our big day. KT was a huge help in making sure everything was to our liking in the process of planning by answering any questions we had and working with us as we got closer to the day. Jeff was there on our day to serve and make sure everything went perfectly. In the end, we were able to donate leftovers to the local fire house (not that there was much left!). Overall, we loved having Dutzel's cater our wedding and would highly recommend to others!

Rachael Redler: Wonderful! The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. They offer compostable plates and forks, etc, too! It was all a huge hit with our event guests. Reasonably priced, excellent to work with, and outstanding product.

Chad Bruton: Jeff, KT, and the rest of the Dutzel team did a great job catering our wedding reception. We hosted a cocktail styled reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres. The food was delicious, beautifully presented in buffet style, and plentiful. The team made sure that our table was always full and our guests did not go away hungry! They were awesome to work with and selected items that met our preferences and budget while also capturing the elevated taste profile we wanted! They also assisted with our linen's for the event which was considerably more cost effective and less hassle than using other linen vendors. Additionally, Dutzel catering is a gay-ally vendors which was important to us as a couple. I highly recommend Dutzel Catering!

My agency used them for a gala we had back in October. The tasting was by far the best one I have been too, and some how— the food ended up being even better at our actual event!

We got so many compliments from our guests about the appetizer selections and the dinner as a whole. We had an intimate wedding of 45 people and there was more than enough food to go around for everyone to enjoy. The process of booking a food vendor in 2021 was insane — as a bride I was having trouble getting places to respond or meet with me. But Katie at Dutzel’s answered me quickly and efficiently after my inquiry and continued to provide that level of excellent service throughout the entire process. It was wonderful to work with her, and even more so to have her at the wedding for a full circle moment! We are forever grateful to Katie and the Dutzel’s team and highly recommend them for your wedding & event needs!

A: I can't give a higher review for KT, Nick, Shirley, Skye, and the entire team at Dutzel's Catering! Our nonprofit has had two events with them so far, and the prices are reasonable, and the food is next-level amazing!! KT is extremely detail-oriented and hands-on, and they work hard to make sure that each menu is perfect for the occasion. Plus, everyone is very professional and nice. We just had an event with them last week, which is an annual event for our organization. Everyone agreed it was the best food we've ever had for that event! The event in September had a Tex-Mex theme, and not only was the food amazing, but the aesthetic and the small details put it over the top. Our oven broke unexpectedly, but they rolled with it and were very graceful under pressure and still pulled everything off beautifully. Again, can't give a higher review!

The food was delicious. The bride and groom chose the menu and we committed to a contract that day. Katie was especially helpful with answering my many questions and keeping in close contact up through the event. She ensured at every step that we were getting the meal we expected.
