Jared Peterson: I went on busy Friday night. I ordered my food around 7:30 and didn’t get it until 8:15. The pickup time was 7:49. I understand people get busy and restaurants get behind from time to time. I was apologized to once for sitting in their waiting for over 25 minutes and it wasn’t direct ti me just the lazy manager yelling sorry to the group. I was never offered a free beverage to drink while I waited. Never a free bag of chips. Then I watched the manager have a conversation with what looked to be one of his buddies for at least 5-8 minutes while his staff was drowned trying to keep up and tables covered with dirty plates.As a business owner myself I found it quite disgusting to watch this manager completely mismanage the situation and let his staff fail while he slacked off. Alex Westendorff: Got 2 sandwiches online. Picked up, 1 was fine. Meatball was disgusting. Soggy as hell, tomatoes and tons of sauce with zero cheese. Called and "manager" said she would refund it but needed the card brought in. Did that and then they refused and offered a new one at a discount. What a joke. Will NEVER be back.

americancamper 21: We ordered 2 whole penny clubs and 2 large red cream sodas. (The best soda bar none) food was great as usual. Haven't had a bad sub yet and I have gone here for years.Only issue i had was being over charged then not realizing until I made it home. I ordered 2 whole subs and 2 drinks. I was also charged extra to "make them combos" I didn't get chips or anything that made them such nor did I ask for any. So you can see i was charged "make it a combo $3.59" for nothing. Im going back tomorrow to see if I can get it refunded but I imagine I won't be. I will edit this review if they make it right.But food/drinks 10/10 when not being charged for nothing... lol...I'm sure you can see the response below. The only thing I have to say is it should be given back just as easily as it was taken from me. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my money back that you wrongfully charged me. Lesson learned.... go to subway or Jimmy johns.For more honest reviews follow me

Karleigh Burnett: This is my normal go to jimmy johns location but after tonight that may have to change, we pulled up to the drive through and wait about 5 minutes at the speaker with nobody saying anything by boyfriend spoke up trying to see if somebody was there and still nothing, we pulled around front to see employees inside, that’s when we decided we’ll just try to go inside, my boyfriend went in first and asked if they were closed cause the employees we’re definitely making us feel like they were, the man who took our order was very rude, the music in the building once we were inside was so loud the employees were having to yell to even communicate with each other the floor was wet with no signage. Tonight was by far my worst jimmy johns experience, which is a shame cause we eat here normally once a week

Aly Downey: Every single time I want to choose the delivery option the store is marked as closed on the website and doordash. I don't understand the point of being on doordash if you only allow JJ employees to deliver and you are almost never fully staffed enough to carry through on the delivery part. You're losing a customer because it's become more of an inconvenience to order from you.
Daniel Rodgers: Normally delivery is fine but today I called up to order and was informed I was outside of the delivery area before I gave an address....I've ordered here for years to the same address. The guy looked it up and said it is in range and would be 10-20 minutes.....now 40 minutes later and my food has still not arrived, I called and they said we'll it probably didn't go through on the app sorry....I ordered through the phone sooooo that's not right. Then she went and checked and said oh we put the wrong address. I have never experienced this from this location and I hope it is not a situation that continues to occur.

Keely K: I’ve had a decent experience at this location until today. I made my order in the drive thru and get told by the woman at the window that it will be a minute because they just got a bunch or online orders. Which I took to be about a ten minute wait and that was cool.. but that wasn’t the case. So they make the line of people in the drive thru wait.. I’m there 30 minutes, she tells me to pull around and she will bring the food out. We do, we wait longer.. still, no food. So, my husband goes in and was going to get a refund but then they say his order has been ready and sitting on the counter for a minute.. we get the food to the car, the order was wrong. So, I took it back in for a full refund. The woman who took the order just turned and walked away while the person is who did the refund offered no apologies. There were at least 5 people on staff, so why I waited a half hour for two sandwiches that were incorrect makes absolutely no sense. And why you would have people in the drive thru wait while you fill online orders, especially with the price of gas? It made absolutely no sense and I won’t go back after dealing with that level of incompetence.

I have always been a fan of JJ but now I'm reevaluating my loyalty. $31 for two sandwiches but I'm getting half of the sandwich I would get from their competitors. Why do they carve out some of the bread? To make it even smaller? Why in the world would a $15 turkey sub not come with cheese? Was going to cost $2.38 to add cheese. Lol. I'd recommend going to goodcents a few doors down instead.

Chase Leslie: Horrible experience on my lunch break today. I tried to order online and it would not go through. So I drove to the store to place an order. Upon arrival the door was locked. The sign said open, the store hours posted on the door said open and according to the internet it said open at 9 am. I was there at 9:40 and it was not open. There was a blonde lady at the counter who just stared at me yanking on the door. I ended up getting in my truck to leave. As I came to a stop at the stop sign, I looked back one more time and saw the lady unlocking the door as I left the stop sign. She could have opened it when I was yanking on it. I wasted my lunch break and time. Terrible customer service. I also tried to file a complaint online, but I couldn't because of the lack of store number. It's on the receipts and online on the store locator supposedly. But when you look online it gives you a 4 digit number and to file a complaint you need 6 digits then hyphen and 2 more. So horrible experience. 😞 not the first time I've been ignored by employees at this location. 😒

Heaven Gabauer: I ordered a custom sandwich (took all the veggies off) for my little sister who is allergic to cucumbers and lettuce. They put all the vegetables on so we brought it back to be fixed and they refused to fix it unless we paid them. I had proof in my email that i removed all the vegetables and they still refused to fix it unless we paid them. Customer service is horrible. So glad I looked at the sandwich before i gave it to her, it saved a hospital trip. Never returning again. Do not recommend.

Kirk Wayman: Warned everyone in line they only had 1 type of bread (15 min after Noon), were also out of 3 other items, charged incorrectly for our sandwiches, between them couldn't ring up the refund, they phoned the Manager who never answered, searched unsuccessfully for napkins (none at the front) and when we left: ANOTHER customer ran our sandwich out to us because they'd forgotten to sack. That's when I noticed they also charged us $4.87 for 3 cups of WATER. I warned a guy about to go in they are a DISASTER- he went somewhere else. You should too. We are.

Jake Michael: I ordered one of their new 12 series sandwiches. While there employees were polite and prompt, they messed up my sandwich. I didn't eat until I had gotten home and noticed then. I got a foot long monster which was supposed to come with bacon. And there wasn't any on my sandwich. I wouldn't care so much if it weren't for the fact that this singular sandwich with no chips or drink cost me over $14. If I'm gonna pay that much I feel like I should say least have gotten what I paid for. Subway (all of them) is just to expensive to go to anymore when a pretty basic sandwich costs me 15 bucks.
