Jared Peterson: I went on busy Friday night. I ordered my food around 7:30 and didn’t get it until 8:15. The pickup time was 7:49. I understand people get busy and restaurants get behind from time to time. I was apologized to once for sitting in their waiting for over 25 minutes and it wasn’t direct ti me just the lazy manager yelling sorry to the group. I was never offered a free beverage to drink while I waited. Never a free bag of chips. Then I watched the manager have a conversation with what looked to be one of his buddies for at least 5-8 minutes while his staff was drowned trying to keep up and tables covered with dirty plates.As a business owner myself I found it quite disgusting to watch this manager completely mismanage the situation and let his staff fail while he slacked off. Simply a situation of poor management here. Food was fine

Morgan Erickson: 4 employees on the front line when we walked up. Only 1 other table of guests. Employees just meandered around and then, upon noticing us, 3 made a beeline out of there. The one left reluctantly took our order. 15 minutes to receive our food. Again, only 1 other table of guests, and they already had their food. Sad that you now charge $1.00 for mac & cheese as a side. And I'm not tipping just for taking my order. That's not a tippable service...that's how you begin the transaction.

I was only there to pick up and order and the guy behind the counter told me to sit and wait for it to be done so I did and when it was ready he proceeded to yell at me to get up and show my phone because no one can see anything with me just sitting there. So I told him your the one who told me to sit and wait. There is no need for rudeness and poor customer service. I won't be going here again.

Greazy Olay: Worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an African American male, but as soon as i walked into the establishment i was yelled at and forced to be quick with my decisions.The 2 workers a older woman and a young man mentioned i wouldn’t have my order for another 15-20 minutes and i had to wait in my car i couldn’t sit inside and wait. Though when another group of customers arrived i asked them how were their experiences at this establishment, they mentioned they’ve never been here before. I told the customers about my experience before they went in, to see if we’d have similar experiences, we did not. Instead when they went in and made the workers aware, they now had my order ready 1 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.I do not appreciate this treatment!

Haven't had a bad sub yet and I have gone here for years.Only issue i had was being over charged then not realizing until I made it home. I ordered 2 whole subs and 2 drinks. I was also charged extra to "make them combos" I didn't get chips or anything that made them such nor did I ask for any. So you can see i was charged "make it a combo $3.59" for nothing. Im going back tomorrow to see if I can get it refunded but I imagine I won't be. I will edit this review if they make it right.But food/drinks 10/10 when not being charged for nothing... lol...I'm sure you can see the response below. The only thing I have to say is it should be given back just as easily as it was taken from me. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my money back that you wrongfully charged me. Lesson learned.... go to subway or Jimmy johns.For more honest reviews follow me

I am usually some what slower, but I just happened to get a check out next to an associate, just incase I froze up. She said it was due to people saying they want a job, but don't show up for work.Maybe Biden should give them more money for their being handycapped; laziness. 😪

And a Walmart at that.That's a big put off, I'll not be shopping at this location again. If there's an officer standing guard, it's obviously not a safe place to shop.

Jaz: Annoying lane 10 or 11 is the only register you can go to for tobacco and alcohol yet you have people bringing full carts and taking forever. Why not just make a lane ONLY for those products no one wants to wait 10+ minutes in line because there no limit and people don’t care about others needs!
