April Gary: Horrible customer service! Gave completely wrong order and when I called to have them correct my sandwich and the man told me no. Wish I could give zero stars!!! Never going here again. If anyone has the GM’s number or someone higher up that I can complain to please send it because they refused to give that info as well.

I was only there to pick up and order and the guy behind the counter told me to sit and wait for it to be done so I did and when it was ready he proceeded to yell at me to get up and show my phone because no one can see anything with me just sitting there. So I told him your the one who told me to sit and wait. There is no need for rudeness and poor customer service. I won't be going here again.

Greazy Olay: Worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an African American male, but as soon as i walked into the establishment i was yelled at and forced to be quick with my decisions.The 2 workers a older woman and a young man mentioned i wouldn’t have my order for another 15-20 minutes and i had to wait in my car i couldn’t sit inside and wait. Though when another group of customers arrived i asked them how were their experiences at this establishment, they mentioned they’ve never been here before. I told the customers about my experience before they went in, to see if we’d have similar experiences, we did not. Instead when they went in and made the workers aware, they now had my order ready 1 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.I do not appreciate this treatment!

Alex Westendorff: Got 2 sandwiches online. Picked up, 1 was fine. Meatball was disgusting. Soggy as hell, tomatoes and tons of sauce with zero cheese. Called and "manager" said she would refund it but needed the card brought in. Did that and then they refused and offered a new one at a discount. What a joke. Will NEVER be back.

americancamper 21: We ordered 2 whole penny clubs and 2 large red cream sodas. (The best soda bar none) food was great as usual. Haven't had a bad sub yet and I have gone here for years.Only issue i had was being over charged then not realizing until I made it home. I ordered 2 whole subs and 2 drinks. I was also charged extra to "make them combos" I didn't get chips or anything that made them such nor did I ask for any. So you can see i was charged "make it a combo $3.59" for nothing. Im going back tomorrow to see if I can get it refunded but I imagine I won't be. I will edit this review if they make it right.But food/drinks 10/10 when not being charged for nothing... lol...I'm sure you can see the response below. The only thing I have to say is it should be given back just as easily as it was taken from me. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my money back that you wrongfully charged me. Lesson learned.... go to subway or Jimmy johns.For more honest reviews follow me

Treeev: I first went to this location in November 2021. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Subway with the poorest sandwich I've ever eaten from Subway. Last week (Sept 2022) I gave it another chance and had the best sandwich I've ever eaten from Subway, made by Kevin. The employees told me they were under new management and that things had changed. I was excited!I go in there today and received almost the exact same experience as I did last November. No greeting, male worker with glasses and earrings just piled ingredients onto sandwich with no care. 1/3 of my sandwich did not even get lettuce on it and the lettuce is BROWNING. Why is the service from different team members so inconsistent? I will never return to this location.

Angi Werner: The girl working there was extremely rude the young gentleman his name was AJ had wonderful customer service and went out of his way to make sure he can make us as happy as possible due to the situation. We weren't told that all you guys had was wheat bread and you guys were out of meatballs because they didn't stock stuff up like they should have I asked the girl working for the manager's name and number and she said she's not allowed to give that out I am a co GM and know that is not true. So I would greatly appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me for the service she provided me was awful and ridiculous.

Jacob Porter: Nearly the same experience as the previous person. Ordered online and went to pick up food. Everything on our order was wrong… they ran out of roast beef, forgot to put lettuce on a BLT, forgot to put banana peppers on another sandwich, forgot to put cheese on another. Essentially nothing was correct on a $30 order.Called up and tried to let them know they messed up my order and was promptly told that I “need to learn how to read a receipt.” Tried to tell him (Gary the manager) everything on the receipt and what was missing, was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me.Tried to call back again today, was told (by Gary) I needed to call a different number. Was actually just given the store number which I had already called and was talking to him on and proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up again.Have already filed a complaint with corporate. Will not be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from the place.
Kelly boyd: I ordered by Club sandwich online and when I returned to work ready to eat I see that there is no roast beef. The issue is not that the store was out of roast beef but that at no point did they tell me. The online system allowed me to order and pay for something they could not properly make. The workers in the store did not call to see if they could add anything in it's place or if I would like to change my order. When I picked my food up from the store I spoke with the girl working and she did not bother to inform me of any of this. Most disappointing is that when I opened my sandwich they did not even give me more of the other meats that go on the sandwich they just shorted me. I called to speak to a manager and he was not in, the girl I spoke to stated she printed off my receipt and took my name and number so management could call me that evening. I never received a call so I called the next day and Gary (the manager) answered the phone and while I an explaining who I am and the situation, tells me to call back later and hangs up. I will never spend my money at such a disrespectful location again.
Dawn M: Went in to get my family lunch and the employees refused to serve the three customers in side stating it qould be an hour had a be back in 10 min on the door but yet customers like me amd 2 others were able to come in and thee employees were very rude.
