Wayne Heintz: My battery is located under the back seat and the compartment was filled with water. I had no idea why. TopKing told me to bring it in and they would get right too it. The problem was the moonroof drains were clogged and they fixed the problem. Carl was very knowledgeable and explained and showed me the problem along with his solution. He was outstanding. The reception was friendly, informative and helpful. They deserve a 5 Star rating.

cwongkc: Broke the the sunroof glass on my 2011 Honda CRV,. I called 5 different shops, all of them did not repair sunroof. 2 of the shops recommend Topking. The only other quote for repair was from the Honda dealer. Honda's quote was $2000 more than Topking. Staff was great and only took 45 minutes to repair. Topking is really the only place get your sunroof fixed in KC Metro.
Courtney Drake: Picked up my car the day after it was done and noticed the driver's side door had been left unlocked, meaning my car could have been sitting unlocked for two days and a night at TopKing. My vehicle also smelled like cigarette smoke (myself and my family members are non-smokers) when I picked it up. The service was quick and my leaky sunroof was fixed within a couple of hours, but the lack of respect towards their customer's property is certainly frustrating.
Dennis Mutz: Top kings has a good warranty when it comes to their sunroofs. everybody says they’re the best and I think so too. I seen a different review where his car was dirty after… they’re not a detail shop and I expected that. Overall like factory sunroof.

Franklin Coleman: I took my 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis, which has low mileage despite its age, to TopKing at the recommendation of the Gladstone Auto Trim company. Steve, the manager, was most helpful about recoverings for my deteriorating half roof, and suggested a fabric which made the car look like new. They did a splendid job at a good price,and completed it on time as promised.

Dale Forrest: Rod the owner is a great guy and his wife Brenda is a wonderful chat. I took my envoy in a couple days ago, I was chasing down some PCM, TAC, APP problems. One of the last things I could do was replace the CAT. He confirmed that I had a bad CAT and had also informed me that I had fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump problems on top of replacing the fuel filter for me already. I will use them for anything I need in the future, price was fair and honest for the economy we are currently in and their vast knowledge in the field really shows.
Michelle Rogers: I was referred to them by my sister who said they are a good shop and very honest. I set up an appointment they were able to diagnose the problem within two days. Turns out it was under warranty still a Jeep. I went a picked up my car and paid a reasonable price for the diagnostic fee. They were very helpful and even offered to talk to Jeep if had any problems there. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for a auto mechanic!

I took my chances to get a tire rotation, oil change and for my heat to get fixed in my car that stopped working 2 weeks ago at a mechanic I was not familiar with and I am so happy I did. What an experience! I didn't have a ride back home when I dropped off my car and planned to walk home in November and their staff had none of it. This was the only place I've ever dropped off my car where I was asked if I had a ride home. It made me feel like they truly cared about me. I will always recommend this place to any friends who ask. Tyler LeBar: Set appointment and they were 45/minutes late. said I needed new inner tie rod (it was fine) replaced it called to get reinspected. It was recommended by a friend and I'm glad they did. It's hard to find a mechanic I can trust not to make another service needed soon if you know what I mean. After 3 visits to Hyundai for a crack in my windshield reservoir pump, Hyundai tells me nothing was wrong when continuously an hour later I had no windshield fluid. 6 months later I found these guys through my insurance agency - Allstate. They had me in & out in one hour - pulled out the damaged/cracked pump where the fluid was leaking from & showed me the issue. They were also able to get me certified Hyundai parts under warranty. Take that Hyundai!
