Ereka Lindsay: I have only worked for the company for a brief time. I have worked for about 2 local call centers in the Overland Park area steering away from Centrinex because of bad reviews I have heard. Recently due to life situations I applied to the company and was hired. During just a short time of employment I quickly realized the accusations I've heard regarding the company , management , and even employees is completely false. The portfolio I work with deals with loans which I love working with. Management is very considerate , my direct Supervisor meets my needs to succeed. Centrinex is a wonderful place to work. No complaints which is a lot to say about any company. I have not personally met Bart but from office gossip he is great just as well. Thanks Centrinex for allowing me to join the team!

He is the only Manager I would want to work with. He has gone out of his way to make sure I'm able to get to and from my car in bad weather safely and listens to my concerns. The only downside I have is restrooms when it comes to adults being clean and courtesy of the environment they are in. And dresscode not being complete followed.

Allice Crawford: Worst work experience ever. It’s the Covid 19 era. They claim they will make safety a primary deal. Even have you sign a fake agreement that you won’t be asked to share equipment. I’m a pregnant first time mother. I was told I would be surely taken care of. They lied. They forced me to share computers and equipment during training that was 90% them bashing the president and my religion. After two days of being forced to share the same computer I got sick. They fired me on the spot. Lied about if something happens they wouldn’t fire us. I’m now devistated and struggling because they lied 100%. Do NOT work here !!!!!

Marsha Austin: This is the worst place to work for. Unprofessional and unorganized. If I would have known before the interview; I would not have applied and accept any offer. The cultural is bad. You can wear whatever you want. Not conservative enough for me to work here. Management is a joke and the training sucked. Three days of training is not enough time to learn the job and the systems. They really want to micromanagement the employees. Do not apply at this place of business. It is not customer service; this company process loans, and it's all outbound calls not inbound and they have a script for you to read. Run away!!!

Devil Cloud: Came in first thing. No techs available for hours. Went to discount tire. Was cheaper and done in 35 minutes.

me myselfandI: It was horrible sat there for three hours some were there longer. I still didn't get anything done and it was the third time I had went for the same thing. The first 2 times she let all the worker go home at 3pm. Everyone who actually got their cars done this day came right back in saying something else was wrong.

Mike Foster: They won't tell you how much it'll cost until they're done. They they charge you for things you didn't want or need. I won't be buying tires from Walmart again.

I tried to be as nice as possible because i know they can be short staffed but he was so rude still after I tried to deliver my full question while being interrupted.

Roxanne renfro: The people at the desk were great, the technicians were a little mean. When my oil change was completed, there was something hanging from the bottom of the car. There was one man that was understanding and fixed it. There was another man that didn’t want me watching as the thing hanging was fixed and he was mean while asking me to step outside. Don’t recommend!
