M G: First, the meal wasn't served inside the Hereford House, being that it was Mother's Day it was served in the Banquet Hall adjoining to the Hotel..I'd say it was organized chaos..the food was in abundance and it was several things to choose from but because it was in Giant pans under heat a lot was overcooked and some of it wasn't good considering the price was 39$ per person. It was 4 of us and they put gratuity on our bill, which we weren't made aware of before hand. As I said several food items to choose from but not worth 39$ and additional gratuity wasn't appreciated ..also because it was 2 and 2 myself and my son...my friend and her daughter. I wouldn't do it again. Lacey Fine: Took my bf's mother here for Mother's Day. The appetizers weren't really our favorite, we felt the mushrooms were a lil too salty and the spinach dip had a weird sweetness to it but that could just be how we thought it tasted, they were present freshly and looked good. Our steaks were amazing. We got The Ribeye, Cowboy, and Prime Rib. They were all cooked perfectly rare and seasoned amazing. The waiter (Drew) was super nice and attentive even though he was so busy. Poor guy was running back and forth the whole time. He did a great job with the bread pudding fire display though! Quite fun to see and it was delicious.

Stan Conner: I am so bad at names... We ate here Monday the 17th 3pm. I overheard they were short servers. The young man that served us was so personable and very attentive to our needs/requests. The food was cooked as requested, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and we did not feel rushed. When we were ready to leave, we did not have to wait long. As I said, our server was attentive and checked on us continually. Great food, great friendly staff, and great atmosphere. We will be back!5/14/23 Very disappointed. We will never return to any Hereford House. I reserved a table for 2. We arrived only to find a line waiting for their Mother's Day Buffet @ $40 a plate. $80 for bacon and eggs? It was so juicy that it almost melted in your mouth. I had their seasonal strawberry pecan salad. It also had grapes and mandarin oranges. It was fantastic! The bread basket comes with three different spreads to try out. The appetizers of bacon wrapped shrimp and chicken empanadas were absolutely delicious.I ordered the beef medallions with tiger shrimp. It was phenomenal. Excellent flavor, and the sauce for the medallions was exquisite. I highly recommend ordering the chicken empanadas to start and go from there. They gave me a complimentary cheesecake slice for my birthday. 10/10 for the food, service, and atmosphere.

Empinadas were ok.They did make an accommodation for vegetarian entre. jj marcotte: I was so disappointed for a “cattle” restaurant to lack flavor on prime rib!! The au jus was so watered down and I didn’t even attempt the horseradish sauce. Also ordered the Apple pork chops and they were dry and lacked flavor. The best thing was the waiter, my sangria, and the garlic mashed potatoes!! Will never eat there again! Too over priced for what they are serving. I looked around at multiple tables and saw lots of food on their plates as well!EDIT:Their executive chef has reached out to make it right. Once we are able to figure out a time (live out of town) that we can make it I will edit again.

Susan Clark: Albeit, I have been here numerous times and really enjoy the place, I have to say this was one of the worst experiences. The service (Mobinz) was terrible. He seems like a nice person, but the timing and check backs were not good. I had to get up at least twice to get my own beverage refill. I had to ask different employees for additional items such as butter, our check, etc. The amount of mashed potatoes on the entree was approx 1/4 of a cup or less. At first glance, I didn't even see any mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed the chicken fried steak. However, the baked potato was old and hard and didn't taste good. This is not my normal experience here, but it was not a good one this time. : (

Edward Love: Just a Casino flop, steak was cold, sauce on rigatoni broke. Atmosphere akin to chain steakhouse; turn them and burn them. Don’t be fooled by any menu pictures you see. This place is cheap on quality and expensive on wallet for what you get.

Ric Smith: Met my parents there on a thurs night to celebrate my 60th b day. First thing I noticed was the ambiance...the hostess sat us next to one of the multiple fireplaces. Gorgeous and the architecture was lodge like. Confortable, big leather booth seating. We ordered crab cakes for appetizers and I had a KC strip with baker. OM Gosh folks...best steak I've had ever...maybe, but 5 star for sure! And our server was perfectly attentive and polite...took great care of us. I'm going back soon! Our waiter was always attentive and worked to split our check with a big group. It’s definitely expensive but it’s a nice treat. Make a reservation if you have a bigger group.
