Shelley Chaulklin: Got a call from “the manager” tried to bully me into changing my review.Went last night to celebrate our 37th anniversary. Beautiful location but a homeless man sat down ordered a cocktail and got food. Then he starts coughing, hacking and spitting into his napkin! It made me so sick I hardly ate! They finally asked him to leave.

Micah Beebe: The food was descent, but Texas de Brazil is WAY better! It was definitely a let-down, especially given how much you pay. I don’t think I’ll go back. The food just has to be better than what it was.

David Wagner: This was my first and it will be my last time with this restaurant. I had great anticipation from people telling me how great their food and service were. Our reservations were at 7:00 on 6/10/23. When we went to the buffet it had gnats flying around the strawberries. Had to ask 5 times for someone to bring the A1 steak sauce and couldn't get a medium rare to medium strea brought to our table.Everything was practically well done. Maybe they were understaffed but there was lots of vacant tables so the service should have been better but having gnats on your food is inexcusable. If the bill for 5 was under $200 maybe I would let it go.

Edgar Ferreira: First I would like to mention that in the last two months I have visited near 10 fogo de chaos in different cities since I wanted to discover how standard is the chain and probably even become an investor.Made a reservation and when We got there for nearly 10 minutes nobody even showed where the check in was, the bartender was the one that asked, do You have a reservation? Which I responded, Yes.Once We were addressed to the table the first thing I noticed is that was the first time dress code was not being followed by the servers around, something that prevails in all the ones I've been in the past.When We were ordering, the guy receiving the requests was being rude and We felt super uncomfortable with Him being Our principal.While doing the experience We got to wait for extreme times between meat cuts and it was the worst experience, We talked to them and mentioned politely and asked why twice and even three time the reason why that was even happening.Most of the cuts Were really bad cooked, I have all the experience to talk about this since I just eat steaks everyday, once One of the guys came with something that He mentioned it was Ribeye, which was not!One of my coworkers asked for a dessert and ordered and They never showed up with it.While We were waiting for cuts to be served, all the servers took Their top blue dress part off and some were on shirts apparently taking Their dinner from the salad bar and not paying any attention to the customers, We all ended up really upset and asked for the check and left, this place has to close, it is worst than Texas Roadhouse, Fridays, or any low key restaurant chain, cuts are not good, this was a total waste of time for somebody that brings so much to this chain.

Texas Customs: I had been looking forward to trying Fogo de Chão for a long time, but I was sadly disappointed with my experience. The food was mediocre, the service was VERY slow, and the atmosphere was chaotic.I ordered the Churrasco experience, which is supposed to be an all-you-can-eat feast of grilled meats. However, the meat was dry and overcooked, and there was a limited selection of cuts. The salad bar was also disappointing.The service was slow and inattentive. Our waiter took forever to come to our table, and when he did, he was not very friendly or helpful. We had to ask for water multiple times, and our sides arrived at the end only after I had to keep telling them over and over again. I also kept trying to order another drink, the waiter never bothered to come to the table , other than when we were seated.Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Fogo de Chão. Alvin S: This was my mother's first time at Fogo De Chao. It was everything it needed to be. The staff was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The staff was very attentive to my mother and young daughter's needs. The food was spectacular, as usual. I definitely would recommend. We had the pleasure of having Simone, Ricka and Joe serve us throughout the lunch. Once Simone knew it was my mother's first visit the rest was Brazilian Steakhouse History!!!! Thank you

At that time I would have rated this place 5 out of 5 but unfortunately our last experience we were placed in the back room area which it would have not been a big deal if servers were paying any attention to people in the back. I could count maximum 7 different meat with pork loin,pork sausage and caramelized ham, spicy chicken and chiken spiedini making half of those meats and the actual beef was mostly of Top sirloin stuffed with provolone cheese🤦🏻‍♂️ to the point that as a joke we tried to geuss what the next beef was and everyone geussed Top sirloin stuffed with provolone cheese and they where right every single time and even that would come after a good 15 min gap as your appetite is gone because of the wait. Unfortunitly these tricks might save them some money ( very understandable in this bad economy) but it will have some customers not returning. I would increase the menu $20 and keep my service untouched before I cut the quality and go nuts with pork, chicken and Top sirloin stuffed with provolone cheese to save money. Im sure your customers understand everything cost more these days and no one wants to see you go out of business.

Vidas P: Don't like leaving negative review, especially for a small business, but that is one way to improve. We had Nr.2, Nr.4, plus Coxinha and Risole. To start, everything was overcooked, Nr2 beef was overcooked to a point that beef was pretty much just a beef jerky. Nr.4 Chicken was so salty it was inedible. Both Coxinha and Risole were fried too long as well. Risole menu description says: filled with ham and cheese. Inside was ground beef and peppers, beef like chicken in Nr.4 had too much salt. Overall, for someone who has been in Brazil and enjoyed their cuisine this was a complete disappointment. Hopefully, this is just our experience, otherwise they have work to do.

Nathan Sherer: The restaurant was very clean. All their food is good. I have never had anything of theirs that i didn't like. Tonight I had the ribeye. It was so juicy that it almost melted in your mouth. I had their seasonal strawberry pecan salad. It also had grapes and mandarin oranges. It was fantastic!
