Starla Walton: multiple complaints about the installation contractors, and their coordinator, Dave. They have been awful, grossly unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive and have caused us TREMENDOUS distress. We are still awaiting installation almost 3 months later and living in our garage due to subfloors exposed with 2 toddlers, one of whom has special needs, and they could care less. It’s become a HUGE regret and if there were any way to undo it, I would immediately. Even though the actual LL employees and store manager brad have been helpful, cutting corners by using obscenely unprofessional contractors is abhorrent and they should be ashamed. It’s very literally been the worst experience of our adult lives.

He brought over some really nice options and then sat down with me to go over measurements and what all I needed for moldings, ect., since I brought pics of the home in and it’s an old farmhouse, so, uneven floors. But, Brad was super patient with me and my questions and concerns and talked me through all my options and also had great recommendations, too. But, never ever once, was he pushy on anything, which was such a fresh breathe of air.LL Flooring, love your prices, especially, after visiting a few other stores in town and you all offer what other flooring stores offer but with way better prices. Kirk Perryman: I recently bought a little over 600 sqft of laminate from LL. I love the flooring but i had to order it and it took 2 weeks to come in. Once it arrived all 31 boxes had damaged planks in them. The employee who loaded them told me to use what I could and box all the damaged planks up and return all at once. I ended up having 5 full boxes worth of damaged ones to return. I returned them and was told that I should have returned any box that had a damaged plank in it. I informed the employee that all boxes contained at leat one damaged plank and I was doing what I was told. I decided that despite the issues that I wanted to order more so that I could lay it in another room. I exchanged my 5 boxes of damaged planks and ordered an addition 9 more (14 total). I was told it would take another week and a half to come in. I picked them up tonight and when I got home I noticed that one of the boxes had been hit on the end of it(im guessing by a forklift). I now have to make another 40 mile trip to town and order another box and wait another week. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with the whole ordeal. This will make my 5th trip to LL and another delay in getting my floor finished.
Leslie Love: We had an appointment to pick our floor today at 1:00 pm. We were thereIt was the earliest we could get. We were trying to miss the rain later in the week.We drove almost 3 hours to get there. We wanted to get back before dark. Because the man at the front desk let someone who just walked in get loaded before us, it was 2:30 or later before we were loaded. We were taking it to a house we are working on so it was well after dark before we got home. However, the women who loaded our flooring was very good at her job. What was the point of the appointment?

Mary Hackney: They did an amazing job of refinishing our floors . We had the typical oak floors of the 90’s and we went with a natural stain and the orange/ red tone is gone! We love them. Only problem now we need to do our kitchen cabinets because they look shabby with the “new floor”
Annette Blair: I went to Mouery's for new carpet in 2 of my bedrooms. I was helped immediately on entering the store. Everyone I worked with was super great. The help in choosing my carpet was good, the guy who came and measured was good, the installers were good, and the job was done weeks before I expected it to happen. They had an unexpected open day and fit me in after just a couple weeks. I couldn't be happier. The carpet is very good quality and the pad feels great walking on it. I will absolutely go back to Mouery's next time I need any flooring. Thank you for a job well done!

We needed the whole interior of the house painted, new carpet in the bedrooms, new ceramic tile for the kitchen floor, and new backsplash to compliment the new granite. We went, multiple times, to a total of five different carpet and flooring companies. To make a long story short, everything we were looking for we found at The Carpet Shoppe. Tina King is outstanding. She was patient, always made herself available, and is extremely knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and proceeded to take our vision and make it a reality without any sales pressure. Pricing was very competitive and the installers were top notch. Tina even recommended a painting company to us. So save yourself a lot of running around and go visit Tina at The Carpet Shoppe. You'll be happy you did!

Dan Marquis: We were casting about to have someone refinish the hardwood floors in our foyer and kitchen areas. A couple of contractors turned us down because the job was too small and a couple of others wanted an outrageous price. We accepted Dave Sinks' bid of $1000 to do just under 300 sq feet and it is so much more than we expected. We were looking to get the old finish sanded off and a quick new finish applied. Dave repaired several places in the flooring by pulling up wood and replacing it with new and then sanded it all down using several grits until it was perfectly flat and smooth and then applied two coats of finish, sanded that and applied the final coat. My floors are gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. I am so glad I didn't accept the handy man's bid to do it for $600 and apply a urethane finish. Dave is an artist with hardwood. If you have a new floor or an old one or just want to jazz up an area, this is your guy.

Mike (Viper): Poor middle management, work atmosphere, and daily changing standards for grades of wood, quality standards for grading wood are based on personal opinions rather than a set "no better, no worse than" standard for consistent quality and depending on how bad the wood is for the day depends on how much worse they'll let pass for higher grades than it really is, "production bonuses" are based on the quantity of each higher grade produced rather than being based on the amount of production accomplished for the day, which is what it should be based on is how hard everyone works and how much wood gone through in the day. Hoping for a good batch of wood to run the whole day for a decent bonus isnt fair to the employees when they work equally as hard on good wood days as they do bad wood days. Its not the employees fault the wood is bad, if they work hard and produce alot then the bonus should match the work not the grades produced

I stumbled upon Pro Source and spoke with Brian. He was friendly and willing to help me out and answer the 1,000 questions I had. As well as show hospitality to my family. Sandy Larson: Called on Pro Source to order some tile that I needed ASAP. The salesperson said they had the tile I wanted in stock and could have it for me in a few days. I was so happy! So I placed the order and paid premium for the tile thinking I’d have it in a few days.After about I three days I called to find out when/where I could pick it up, only to be told by a different person that the tile was back ordered. And that it wouldn’t be in for a month!Its been a month today so I called again. This time when I told the person that answered what happened she laughed at me and said “yeah that’s par for the course”. Your tile might be here in a few days. We will call you when it comes in! Wow! Not happy.
