David O'Connor: Ordered 26 windows in March 2021. Twenty-three of the windows were installed in December of 2021. Most of these were not installed/manufactured correctly. The windows were very hard to open, and the weather strip kept sliding out of position. The final 3 windows were installed in August of 2022 (17 months after they were ordered). The second installer (*****) told me the reason the windows couldn't be opened was that the first installer didn't install the windows correctly. So, fast forward to December 6, 2022, when I met with *****, one of the owners from Omaha, NE. Thought I was really getting somewhere. He inspected the windows and acknowledged the deficiencies. Before he left, he said he would get back to me that afternoon with an offer of compensation for one of the windows that was damaged prior to installation. Still waiting to hear from him. I guess he lost my phone number and email. I'm sure he'll find it when it comes time to send a bill. Overall, my experience with Window World of Springfield, MO has been less than acceptable. Their communication is poor, and they don't follow through with their promises. During a recent winter storm, I was amazed at the volume of air that was blowing through the windows. I sent videos of the issues to the company but got no response. Unfortunately, I've become accustomed to "no response". I would advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with Window World. We are now over 24 weeks and when I call to find out the status, I am told there are delays with shipping, or delays because I ordered a color for the exterior of my windows or delays in general. I have become a nagging customer and was told in so many words, don't call us, we'll call you when they arrive. At this point I am just disappointed that I could not get them before the Holidays, when I have family coming in from out of town. I have never paid $3,500 down for a product and then waited six months to still not receive even part of it. There has been no follow up (unless I did it) and nothing to reassure me that my business is important to them. The excuses are lame and at this point, I just wish I could get my money back.

Kimberly Nicely: They charged me $215 for a sheet of tempered glass to go on the top of my brand new dining table to keep it in good condition from wear and tear.My father accidentally broke it when he put pressure on the table to help him stand up out of a dining chair because he has trouble with his legs. The tabletop split into shards. They had given me a cheap piece of non tempered glass but charged me for tempered glass. Whether it was on purpose or by accident, I don't know. They replaced it with a piece of tempered glass and we were good to go.The other day we came home after being gone all day so the house was nice and cold. Our dining table sits about 10 feet from the front door because of our open floor plan of our house. When we walked in the door the heat came in with us and apparently the change of hot and cold made our glass table top explode! We had glass go in every direction at least 10 ft out. We were lucky that our children didn't get hurt! It took us 3 hours to clean up broken glass. It was all over our living room furniture, in our window sills, all over the floor, and in the carpet.I called the company and told them that the tempered glass should not have exploded due to a temperature change. That was the whole point of having a tempered glass table top to begin with. They told me that it was probably a manufacturer defect and they would not be willing to replace it or hold it under warranty.It's definitely not my fault that they purchase something with a defect and then resold it to me. I should not have to pay another $215 for a new piece of glass that shouldn't have exploded to begin with.They told me that the manufacturer will not reimburse them so they will not replace or reimburse me. I explained to them that they should be responsible for the items that they sell just like any other business. If Walmart sells me a product that is defected I can go in and get a replacement or a refund. Then they deal with the manufacturers themselves. They still declined to replace it.The only thing they offered as consolation was a cheap non tempered piece of glass, which is absolutely not what we want, and I would have to pay to have it delivered to my house. I told them that that was absolutely not fair. There was no remorse.Apparently Springfield Glass has no problem selling defected glass and not being held responsible for it when something goes wrong. After having them give me the wrong product the first time and then not being willing to replace a product they sold me that was defected, I will definitely not be dealing with this company again.Be cautious!

Rachel Shuck: We are in the process of remodeling and needed some glass cut for a front door. This company has TERRIBLE customer service. We've been dealing with a lot of other companies, contractors, etc. and been very happy with them. This company by far has been the WORST that I have dealt with in a long time. The measurements on the door for the original glass did not end up being correct so we needed a new piece of glass cut. After weeks and weeks of calling everyday and them saying they would get back with us and no one ever calling back I finally spoke with the owner. No cares by this man about resolving the problem quickly, in fact it was suggested in the meantime that I put plywood over the door so we could spend even more time waiting for them to POSSIBLY come up with a resolution. Do NOT recommend.

I appreciated St. Clair's prompt response to all of my requests. They allow texting, which is incredibly helpful during a busy work day.I ordered my windows in early June and I was told it would be October before they could be installed. I know there are supply-chain issues, but if the windows are made "locally" why does it take this long? Excuse my ignorance, but that's why I selected 4 stars, instead of 5.The windows are beautiful and they were installed quickly. The contractors that installed them cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. I'm sad that I don't get to enjoy them longer since I have to move.

Replacing windows in a house is expensive but it does not have to be outrageous. We had other companies give comparable product quotes and the bid was 4-5 times higher. Michelle Lewis: We ordered Windows in March and were told 12-14 weeks. With Covid, the housing market ect we definitely expected delays. However we only heard from them if we contacted them and were always told 2-4 weeks. At one point I waited 10 weeks to contact them because life is busy. At that point I was again told 2-3 more weeks. We finally got the call Friday that they would be here 1st thing Monday morning. It is now 2 o'clock in the afternoon. No sign of them. I have tried calling and no answer. I am hoping the actual install goes seamless but I am very very disappointed in the lack of communication.
