Kimberly Nicely: They charged me $215 for a sheet of tempered glass to go on the top of my brand new dining table to keep it in good condition from wear and tear.My father accidentally broke it when he put pressure on the table to help him stand up out of a dining chair because he has trouble with his legs. The tabletop split into shards. They had given me a cheap piece of non tempered glass but charged me for tempered glass. Whether it was on purpose or by accident, I don't know. They replaced it with a piece of tempered glass and we were good to go.The other day we came home after being gone all day so the house was nice and cold. Our dining table sits about 10 feet from the front door because of our open floor plan of our house. When we walked in the door the heat came in with us and apparently the change of hot and cold made our glass table top explode! We had glass go in every direction at least 10 ft out. We were lucky that our children didn't get hurt! It took us 3 hours to clean up broken glass. It was all over our living room furniture, in our window sills, all over the floor, and in the carpet.I called the company and told them that the tempered glass should not have exploded due to a temperature change. That was the whole point of having a tempered glass table top to begin with. They told me that it was probably a manufacturer defect and they would not be willing to replace it or hold it under warranty.It's definitely not my fault that they purchase something with a defect and then resold it to me. I should not have to pay another $215 for a new piece of glass that shouldn't have exploded to begin with.They told me that the manufacturer will not reimburse them so they will not replace or reimburse me. I explained to them that they should be responsible for the items that they sell just like any other business. If Walmart sells me a product that is defected I can go in and get a replacement or a refund. Then they deal with the manufacturers themselves. They still declined to replace it.The only thing they offered as consolation was a cheap non tempered piece of glass, which is absolutely not what we want, and I would have to pay to have it delivered to my house. I told them that that was absolutely not fair. There was no remorse.Apparently Springfield Glass has no problem selling defected glass and not being held responsible for it when something goes wrong. After having them give me the wrong product the first time and then not being willing to replace a product they sold me that was defected, I will definitely not be dealing with this company again.Be cautious!

Rachel Shuck: We are in the process of remodeling and needed some glass cut for a front door. This company has TERRIBLE customer service. We've been dealing with a lot of other companies, contractors, etc. and been very happy with them. This company by far has been the WORST that I have dealt with in a long time. The measurements on the door for the original glass did not end up being correct so we needed a new piece of glass cut. After weeks and weeks of calling everyday and them saying they would get back with us and no one ever calling back I finally spoke with the owner. No cares by this man about resolving the problem quickly, in fact it was suggested in the meantime that I put plywood over the door so we could spend even more time waiting for them to POSSIBLY come up with a resolution. Do NOT recommend.

Cindy Reynolds: I had an awning installed over my courtyard. It looks great! One of the reasons I went with this company was because I liked the fact that there is 3 inches of styrofoam sandwiched between the top and bottom of the awning. This allows for better temperature control when sitting under it. It will also be nice to sit under when it is raining and will soften the noise of the rain hitting the top of the awning. I will be adding an exterior ceiling fan, as well. The awning is constructed for a fan to be added if you like and that was important to me. I am also extremely pleased that the awning matches the color of my house almost exactly. Great experience with this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

This time, this crew didn't finish details well and their work was not near as good as the first crews'. We asked Scott to come out to be able to avoid back and forth calls with installer and get things finished after a month. The installer had led him to believe the job had long been finished. Scott became very rude and hung up on us when he had heard enough, we filled out a BBB complaint, then received an offensive call. The personal part of it, in addition to the job, was difficult. Not having an itemized statement added to our confusion. Recommend not paying till you are completely satisfied that EVERYTHING is done. I paid trusting that everything would be done and if I had any problems Scott would take care of us. That was not the case at first, but later he did send out people to fix the obvious problems. Scott called back and asked us to change the review and has told us he will honor the warranty on the contract if we have any future problems.

I appreciated St. Clair's prompt response to all of my requests. They allow texting, which is incredibly helpful during a busy work day.I ordered my windows in early June and I was told it would be October before they could be installed. I know there are supply-chain issues, but if the windows are made "locally" why does it take this long? Excuse my ignorance, but that's why I selected 4 stars, instead of 5.The windows are beautiful and they were installed quickly. The contractors that installed them cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. I'm sad that I don't get to enjoy them longer since I have to move.

Replacing windows in a house is expensive but it does not have to be outrageous. We had other companies give comparable product quotes and the bid was 4-5 times higher. Michelle Lewis: We ordered Windows in March and were told 12-14 weeks. With Covid, the housing market ect we definitely expected delays. However we only heard from them if we contacted them and were always told 2-4 weeks. At one point I waited 10 weeks to contact them because life is busy. At that point I was again told 2-3 more weeks. We finally got the call Friday that they would be here 1st thing Monday morning. It is now 2 o'clock in the afternoon. No sign of them. I have tried calling and no answer. I am hoping the actual install goes seamless but I am very very disappointed in the lack of communication.

No answer so I left a message and a week later after no response I called back and was told they don’t check their voicemails. They said they would get to my house and measure the screens.Another 2 weeks went by and I called and they said they were to busy. I said well I’ll wait. After another 2 weeks they called and said they had already been there and measured and would text me back to get them installed. The guy who told me that was nice and said he would text me the next day to set up a install date.I called back about an hour later and spoke to a different person about why were we making new frames when I already had frames. He was very rude and said he had no idea who I was or what I was even talking about so I guess they don’t share information with each other. He also informed me they are to busy with complete window install to be messing around with fixing someone’s screens.Needless to say I went with another local established company on commercial street and they were done in a week and very nice to deal with. Kathie Petro: This company replaced a window and door glass and some of my screens. During the bid process the guy took my screen frames off to bring with him to put new ones on in his shop. When he came back three weeks later and installed everything it looked great. Then about a year later I realized the frames on the screens he fixed didn't match the ones he didn't fix.On all 7 screen he replaced.They are much cheaper quality flimsy. Now two years later one of the frames has broke and another bent and just hanging there. They are not honest. They charged me a lot of money for what they did and also stole my heavy duty screen frames. Don’t trust them.

Cheyenne Tilley: We scheduled an appointment to receive a quote for 7 windows. Upon Burtons arrival, we knew this was nothing but a scam. As soon as he learned that we are first time homeowners as well as our age, he began to try to take advantage of us as we have no previous knowledge of window pricing. He went through a presentation with us about the benefits of choosing their company before quoting us a price of $24,000 before the discount. Additionally, we expressed that we are not looking to finance but he continued to press for us to make the decision to finance which made us extremely uncomfortable. When we expressed our desire to look elsewhere, he proceeded to call another employee of Champion and have my husband take a “survey” which was really just the representative trying to trick us into signing the contract. After he figured out that we really weren’t going to sign the contract, he offered to “hook us up” with another company. Very unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable experience.
