Anthony Williams (Director of MOPAC, LLC): I was sent to Boyd Aluminium through QPS Employment Agency as a temporary worker, and I must admit that I was very impressed with the company. In the past few years I've been employed at several warehouses and factories in the Springfield, Columbia, and St. Louis, Missouri areas, but by far Boyd Aluminium has been the very best warehouse experience I've had. I was taught how to perform the task of Material Handler a job I'd never worked in a factory, and I was given the opportunity to get some fork lift experience as well. My Lead, Glenn, treated me with the utmost of respect and dignity, and everyone in the company were nice and very helpful. Boyd Aluminium is a company I would recommend to anyone wishing to make a career in the factory or warehouse industry. Thank you for the opportunity to experience a Grade A warehouse/factory experience! If I were not relocating to Columbia, Mo. I would graciously still be working with the fella's over at Boyd.
Haewon Park: don't be a fool to go with boyd aluminum. We ordered our windows and doors from them, products arrived 4 months later, with so many missing parts, no product warranty- on top of that, the worst thing is that their sales person doesn't want to talk to you about their mistake, and never takes action in fixing the problem they caused. I wish I ordered my windows and doors from Anderson or Pella where they actually communicate with you with detailed information.The update: we had live with mal functionality of windows and door that constantly fall apart from its frame. Door handle isn’t normal and it twists your wrist while the windows leak cold airs from outside. I wish I can post pictures here.

Paula Haik: I was looking for a shower door for my house. Had Matt come and look at what I needed, he was professional, but terrible about call backs. I did get a quote timely, but he was rude when I asked him about about timeline. Wouldn't work with me on getting it ordered quick. So I went with another company. Sad we have big projects in the works. As times get tougher customer service should be priority.

Helen: I was very glad that I found this company and we were looking forward to do a lot of business with them as we specialize in installing shower glass. We have done many projects in another state with a different company and never had any trouble with ordering products. However with this company it's been 2 months and we still can't get one shower glass ordered. Very disappointed with the service that we received. Phone calls and emails are NOT answered in a timely matter. Still haven't received a quote back I requested months ago. Very sad and disappointed as I thought this was a great company. Customer service is terrible. We have worked with many companies before but this by far is the most difficult one. I would really appreciate if one of the mangers would contact me.

Been There: Recently we remodeled our master bath shower and chose American Glass for the new doors. Josh was our installer and he truly did a great job and was very personable while explaining everything! Coordination was a key issue as we were changing out the marble walls with another vendor. Our hat's off to both Josh as well as Justin for great work in a timely manner!
Keith Baker: One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the 40 years of being in the glass business. Don’t return phone calls, don’t keep you informed of delays, ships orders incomplete, very unprofessional, always to busy to take a phone call, and never take orders over the phone. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve been waiting over 5 months on a simple shower that should’ve been here in a week. I suggest you do the same.

Nathan Gardner: Not terribly impressed. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful, however it took nearly two months to get my storefront repaired after someone drove through it. They've also had to come back three times to repair the door. In an age where I can have something manufactured on the other side of the planet and shipped to my doorstep in less than two weeks, it seems that American Glass might be too far behind to sustain...
Ed: Requested a quote for center table glass top, representative came over for measurements and ended up taking it with him, that was the last time I saw it. Never got a phone call or nothing, now the table is missing and it's my fault for not following on it after they reassure me they will get back at you.
Chuck Meppelink: They have done work on 2 occasions for my church in Ozark. Once they created 2 exterior metal doors with with closers and full glass, and another time created a large custom anodized frame with glass for the church nursery. It was an unusual design, and they pulled it off flawlessly.
James Ortery: We have had a long standing relationship with American Glass, and now that they've started the tempering side of their business they're a standout company in this regard, they care and take great pride in what they produce as a product. Jason Klein: I needed to replace a glass shelf that had been damaged while moving furniture. The shelves had an unusal cut, so I couldn't just provide dimensions over the phone. The cabinet had multiple shelves, so I took an original shelf to American Glass. Several days later, I picked up the original shelf and the replacement shelf that they had cut. The shelves were very well wrapped and ready for pickup when I arrived.When I unpacked the glass shelves at home, it was almost impossible to tell which piece was the original and which was the replacement. Very impressed and very pleased! Price and turn around time were excellent for this type of custom work.I highly recommend American Glass to anyone who needs custom cutting!

Susie Rea: Bought a self propelled Troy Bulit mower from Menards and it was to slow for me. I am 6ft tall so I walk fast want a fast self propelled mower. Called and spoke to the manager at the Eastgate location and he informed me that once I put gas in it, it's mines no return or exchange for a faster one. Sold it at a loss and went to HOME DEPOT asked about their return policy on mowers and was told if it didn't work for me I could bring it back no problem. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM MENARDS. They do not stand behind the products they sell..

Checking the website/app is useless because half the stuff they say they have isn't on the shelf so you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and they tell you it's 'upstairs' and except you to know what that means (it's basically 'in the back' and they would have to go get it).
David Fraley: Do NOT buy anything that says SPECIAL ORDER! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you have to return it for any reason. LOWES and HOME DEPOT has never done that to me. I would give them zero stars if I could. And this after I spent over an hour completing the return process. Outrageous. Will not do business with them again!

May Thompson: I am livid. I spent 1,400 on a refrigerator that arrived(Tuesday) damaged, so I refused delivery. Wednesday I canceled the replacement and requested a refund. I was told 3 days. Well we are well into the next week and still no refund. I would like to thank Kirk and Betty who are trying to help me actually get my refund but Home Depot needs to do something to change the way they do damaged appliance returns. The customer should be able to go into the store and get their refund the same day if not the next they should Not still be out $1,400 a week later.

Dillon Brewer: ***Update*** it’s been over a week since I cancelled the order and I still have not received a refund….. I had a terrible experience with Home Depot's delivery. Despite placing an order online and providing my contact information, they never called to schedule a delivery window. I figured the first time was just a glitch in their system, however when I rescheduled for the next available date and set the four hour window for 7:30-11:30am they scheduled me the day of for a 12:00-4:00pm delivery. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my problem. I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery that never arrived. I will not be using Home Depot's delivery service again and would caution others to consider alternative options.
