Chrissy Glotfelty: First time ever and was good, but tastes like I could make the sea salt caramel at home for the same if not cheaper price. I could get sea salt caramel creamer and make about 10-12 16oz drinks for the price of one large iced coffee. Iced Sea Salt Caramelicious is nothing special in my opinion, BUT it is good salty caramel flavour. You get what you ask for and I can't say anything bad about that! Service in drive thru was very fast, but I think I'll stick with Starbucks for drive thru coffee. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The first time found out they closed at 5pm on Saturdays as posted on the door (not the website). Today came at 2:30 and again closed. This will definitely be the last time we try.

Chris Sapp: Visited 2/17 - When I decided to stop in, I wasn't expecting to be impressed. A lot of coffee houses look nice but are disappointing. But this place is first rate. This is the first place in Springfield I've been in the 13 years I've lived here where the milk is steamed properly, including two other long time, popular coffee houses that I also love and visit frequently. This time, mid day, I opted for the "Sticky Chai"... (Highly recommend that if you enjoy a good chai latte). My drink was perfect, the place impeccably clean, and the crew working there very friendly and welcoming. I looked out of place, being a blue collar worker in jeans & work boots, but I know the coffee & tea business well, having worked in it myself. Though I wasn't a college professor or graduate student, and may have been a little dirty from work, I felt very welcome here. I'll definitely be visiting as often as I can.

Sara Slayton: My sister and I tried to go there a few days ago for her birthday dinner. We were one of three groups in the restaurant and they sat us at the only table sitting directly in the sun. There were tables on either side of us, so we got up and moved to the table that was right next to ours. The server was right behind us, and we mentioned that the sun was in our eyes, and he seemed fine with us moving. He gave us waters and said the server would be right with us.We sat for close to 30 minutes with no service. Servers kept passing us, making eye contact, and continuing to walk by. I completely understand that we should have asked to move before doing so. However, to be refused service because of something so miniscule is despicable.

Sonya Trantham: We made a reservation for 930am. We got there on time and was seated. 11 minutes later our waiter came to the table. By then we ordered our drinks and food because we had plenty of time to look at the menu. We got our drinks 15 minutes later. At 10:45 we finally got are food. The food was cold and not edible. It had to have sat in the window for at least 15 minutes before he brought it to us. We asked for a manager, 10 minutes later we explained what happened. We paid for our drinks and left. We will never go back.
