michelle mcpherson: I have always loved this store and the staff has always been very nice and helpful but on 3/21 & 3/22 which was yesterday and today there was a man working and he was very rude and treated me like I was less than for some reason. As I was looking around for stuff he never offered to help but when I did ask him for assistance he seemed to just point me in a direction and said IF WE HAVE IT IT SHOULD BE THERE. Well I didn't find what I was looking for and after purchasing what I had I noticed a clearance sale and decided to check it out. While looking through it I dropped a box of acrylic nails which scattered and said SHOOT well he eventually came back and was standing over me watching and I looked up and said YES??? He replied with I just came back to help and he still stood over me as I continued to pickup the acrylic nails and when I had them all gathered up he then takes them out of my hands and ask if I'm planning on purchasing them and I said no and ge walked away with them. It was very rude all around and to have had to dealt with the same bad attitude for two days in a row was terrible so I guess it's back to Cos Mo or SSG.

I went to another store that was suggested to me by the lady at Sally’s and it was similar to the Sally’s (it looked like a wig shop) so I googled “beauty supply near me” and I chose this one from the list because it said it was “ethnic” and to me that means black. I found what I needed here and more! Unfortunately, I must have missed the big sale going on now because they had exactly 2 items of Winter Candy Apple when we got there a week ago. 3 wick candles for $12.50 and room scents for $3.00. Both fantastic prices, but I really wanted hand soap. It's my fault, but it's aggravating. Wait for next fall and a sale.

Courtney Vaughn: I like Sally beauty supply but this credit card that I got through them…. Synchrony bank is kind of weird they want your bank account info to let you pay your bill. Meaning routing and checking account number. If you try to get around it without just going up to the store to pay your bill you may be charging nine dollar free to talk to someone in customer service. I went up and paid my card off yesterday wanted to know why it seemed like double the amount but between the cashier and the people on the phone nobody is going to tell me why or be able to tell me why as far as I can see. There’s some reason why my credit limit has changed I guess it’s gone down $100 possibly? It says temporary credit limit $300 that doesn’t sound right. I thought it was like 400 maybe 200 but not 300. I don’t really care what the limit is I’m just wondering since when do card limits go down? Is that a new thing? I’m stuck with I tip extensions from their store because they don’t have the correct beads and I can’t find the beads anywhere and I don’t have a credit card for just anywhere so by the time I have money in a different form I’m not in the mood to go searching for beads. My bill which is not supposed to be a bill is saying my credit limit is $4.50 what does that mean?

Alayna Pearson: The operation hours are listed on Google as being open until 8pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as well as a sign taped to the door saying the same thing but it is 6:12 and the door is locked, the first row of lights is turned off, and no one is answering the phone when I called 3 times. Obviously the hours need revised to be correct or something. I've been trying to return a purchase and this is the 3rd time I've came to the store and its been closed when it says on the hours it shouldn't be. Very irritating

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as they were rude after I realized how much it was after my things were rung up, they looked at me as if they’ve never seen anyone who’s checked their bank account and realized they didn’t have enough for all of it. I paid $25 with visa after realizing I didn’t have enough they wouldn’t refund the $25 I already gave them, along with never stating they wouldn’t do a refund. They said they couldn’t afford a refund when there was plenty of cash in the register and said it would cost more on their end to give me a refund. All I wanted was my 25 back. They gave me in store credit for somewhere I’m never going again.
