Jazzy Doty: Have had nothing but good experiences with each visit to Queens. I had to have my husband go pick up my color and bleach, he had never done that and he was not pleased with me for sending him! But, he left and got home in no time with all the correct products. This was due to the owner’s patience and assistance!! My husband wasn’t grumpy when he got back and said that staff was great and immediately began helping as soon as ge walked in.They have great prices, large number options for hair, product and accessories.and the owner and staff are always very helpful!!
Dana Dane: I was out of town (I’m from GA) and I visited this store because I was looking for some Jamaican mango lime loc gel. I went to Sally’s and it was NOT the typical Sally’s. I went to another store that was suggested to me by the lady at Sally’s and it was similar to the Sally’s (it looked like a wig shop) so I googled “beauty supply near me” and I chose this one from the list because it said it was “ethnic” and to me that means black. I found what I needed here and more! The man that was working the register directed me to everything I asked for, so I had NO trouble finding anything .. and no disrespect to his wife if he’s married, but that man was FIONE! 😮💨

Felsen Drache: Della's is my favorite place to buy wigs! She has wigs, foam heads, and even some makeup. Della is so helpful, friendly, and so sweet! The wigs are beautiful, soft, and quite reasonably priced! I enjoy wigs for cosplay as well as personal wear. I have now bought four wigs from Della's and I look forward to buying even more!

Zoe Ennes: I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give them a zero. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as they were rude after I realized how much it was after my things were rung up, they looked at me as if they’ve never seen anyone who’s checked their bank account and realized they didn’t have enough for all of it. I paid $25 with visa after realizing I didn’t have enough they wouldn’t refund the $25 I already gave them, along with never stating they wouldn’t do a refund. They said they couldn’t afford a refund when there was plenty of cash in the register and said it would cost more on their end to give me a refund. All I wanted was my 25 back. They gave me in store credit for somewhere I’m never going again.
