michelle mcpherson: I have always loved this store and the staff has always been very nice and helpful but on 3/21 & 3/22 which was yesterday and today there was a man working and he was very rude and treated me like I was less than for some reason. As I was looking around for stuff he never offered to help but when I did ask him for assistance he seemed to just point me in a direction and said IF WE HAVE IT IT SHOULD BE THERE. Well I didn't find what I was looking for and after purchasing what I had I noticed a clearance sale and decided to check it out. While looking through it I dropped a box of acrylic nails which scattered and said SHOOT well he eventually came back and was standing over me watching and I looked up and said YES??? He replied with I just came back to help and he still stood over me as I continued to pickup the acrylic nails and when I had them all gathered up he then takes them out of my hands and ask if I'm planning on purchasing them and I said no and ge walked away with them. It was very rude all around and to have had to dealt with the same bad attitude for two days in a row was terrible so I guess it's back to Cos Mo or SSG.

Kayla Smith: Been to this Sally’s a couple of times. Each time either my wife or I went to the store we’ve had problems with not only not able to find anything easily but also the employees there are extremely unhelpful. The employees won’t show you where anything is so you have to wonder around on your own. And if you ask a question you will get a beat around the bush answer or an answer to something completely different than you asked. Normally, I go to Sally’s on the south side of town even though I live closest to this one for these above reasons. But unfortunately I didn’t have the time and I had to fix a hairdye mistake on a time crunch. Never again will I step foot in this store and will go to a different Sally’s.

It was a flawless experience and on top of that, the manager Heather and Rosa the associate made sure I had my complete order and had everything we needed for our hair coloring project. Susan Hicks: Have been in there twice and the service is very poor. My first trip, I purchased multiple items and was asked to buy a bag to carry out my purchases. Pretty sad day when a business expects you to buy a bag for your purchases!!! Today I went in and purchased a product that should have been discounted as I am a licensed Cosmetologist. After getting home, I realized the discount was not applied even though she asked for information to verify for license. Do yourself a really a big favor. Skip this store!!! Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Chastity Adams: After going to this location 2 times.. I will never go back. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My 15 yr old son even was shocked! Really disappointed with their choice of employees. I will drive to Bolivar, where the employees have always been amazing, before I go back there!! I never write bad reviews, because too many don't take the time to post good ones, but that is how disappointed I am!

Shania Hall: Never had a bad experience until now, could not find what I was needing to find what so ever. An employee asked if we are finding everything we need and I said no, because we definitely couldn’t and she then walks away. Then decides to talk to the other employee about un related work stuff. That would have been completely fine with me but they just didn’t help me at all and watched me walk out.

Helen Boerner: I worked as a temp in their warehouse distribution center for four days. They have 1 of the most filthy facilities on evergreen st. They also have UNWRAPPED and UNSECURED pallets that are two and three stories high. The forklift operator and office lady that showed me what to do actually told me to not even tape the boxes shut while he stacked hot irons three pallets high. Unwrapped not even taped. I have pics but im not sure I can legally post them. All in all they have an extremely lazy warehouse staff that could care less what the place looks like. Avoid them if possible.
